About this property

The villa offers one of the most beautiful sea views of the Issambres, majestically dominating the gulfs of St Raphael and St Tropez.

The private infinity swimming pool, heated and equipped with a safety shutter, overlooks the omnipresent 'Grande Bleue' - You can also admire it from the living room, 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the balcony and the garden.

All this in the greatest peace and quiet, as the villa is nestled at the end of a dead end street. The colourful and airy decoration and furniture allow you to relax in a cosy and tasteful atmosphere.

The cleaning fee is 250€ and will be paid directly to our contact person on site.
The other payments of the booking are made online to block your dates on our calendar.

For your leisure time, the villa is equipped with WIFI and satellite TV (Astra and OrangeTV), and if your professional or academic activities continue, a small office will allow you to study or work in peace and quiet.

Just a few hundred metres down the road, the village of San Peïre with its fine sandy beach, restaurants and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

For all short term rentals, a supplement may be required.
Linen and towels are provided on request for an extra charge to be paid on the spot - 1 set per person for the stay.

Lovely house, incredible view.

To sit in the balcony with breakfast and look at the view is why are holidays are made of. Pool lovely. House clean and lots of amenities etc. Definitely need a car.

Comfortable villa with wonderful view

We greatly enjoyed our stay as family of four at this wonderful location. Since I was travelling with three young adult sons we used all four bedrooms and they were all well-prepared for a good sleep. Communication with Wivine and the location managers (Lauriane and Benois) was relaxed, timely and very friendly. The view from the house is wonderful and we greatly enjoyed the brunch's and dinners with the sight over the ocean. Easy to get to St. Tropez, half hour trip directly from Les Issambres by boat. We stayed a week in summer and I recommend using sun blinds etc over most of the day and open balcony doors and windows over night or at least in the morning, as the rooms will strongly heat up over the day. But in any case, the pool has a good size for refreshing and the whole pool area is great for chilling out in the evenings.

Excellent Villa

Our recent stay was amazing. The villa had everything we would need/want. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. One slight warning though is we had walked into Les Issambres during the daytime and had to walk back in the dark where we encountered some wild boars who were aggressively protecting their babies. Luckily a lovely French neighbour assisted us. Lesson learned, next time we will take the car! We will definitely be staying in the villa again and hope to come back next year.

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely week at the house. It’s in a quiet location and the pool was definitely the highlight. On check in day unfortunately we couldn’t get into the property until 5.30 as the previous occupant had left quite a mess so it was taking longer than normal to clean. Wivine contacted us on arrival to make sure everything was ok and Madame Decan who looked after the property was very helpful. If you are looking for peace and quiet and amazing views this villa is for you.

The most amazing view ever experienced

Wonderful stay in a house with the most spectacular view. A view that could be watched for hours and hours both day and night. Beautifully renovated living space with all the amenities that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and all had ample fans for the warmer nights. We were able to arrive early to drop off our luggage in order to go to the supermarket which was a great help. The swimming pool was heated to our requirements and was a delight. Contact from the owners was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. We have been visiting this part of France for 30 years and we will most certainly return here. The restaurant on the beach at SAN Peire is a must (Rive Plage) we were served fresh fish filleted at the table. Thank you Wivine and Mark for letting us share your beautiful house.

Voyage parfait

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa avec mon mari et notre bébé de 3 mois. La maison était parfaite ! Les chambres juste à côté de la piscine c’était parfait pour garder un œil sur le bébé tout en profitant de celle-ci. Piscine nettoyée 2 fois par semaine. Transat avec coussins. Une vue magnifique sur la mer ! Levé de soleil superbe tout en buvant son café La cuisine tout équipée. Localisation idéale! Entre sainte maxime et saint Raphaël. Parfait visiter sans trop faire de voiture. La propriétaire Wivine est d’une gentillesse incroyable, très disponible et répond rapidement aux demandes. Pareil pour Lauriane et Benoît, le couple qui s’occupe d’accueillir les locataires. Toujours disponible et s’adapte pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. En gros des vacances parfaites! wonderful week at Les Issambres

The property is great and in a great location. We had a wonderful week. If you go down to the coast road to come out at Tutti pizza place - there is parking opposite with access to a good little beach cove to do a bit of snorkelling. We also found a wonderful restaurant just behind the Boulangerie in Ave Des Muges. The pool is wonderful but whilst we were there the hedge cut out the views from within the pool which was a shame because what great views they are! The only issue we had was that it was so hot and at night that the fans were not enough to make it comfortable to sleep. I would definately consider visiting this wonderful villa again - but, for me, only if air conditioning was installed.

Schöne Aussicht, alles wie im Inserat angegeben

Schönes Haus mit warmen Pool, sogar noch im Oktober. Vielen Dank! Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wohnraum und Küche sind renoviert und modernisiert worden. Die Bäder haben es noch vor sich. Auch wenn diese in die Jahre gekommen sind, alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Nur beim Geschirr mussten wir da und dort etwas nachhelfen, haben wir aber schon vielerorts so erlebt. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern sowie mit der Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei. Man weiss woran man ist und alles wurde eingehalten.

Fantastic Location with a dream view

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig am Hang gelegen mit einem ganz tollen Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, es ist alles da für eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist toll und beheizt mit genügend Liegen. Platz ist für bis zu 8 Erwachsene. Wir kommen gerne wieder The house is beautiful and very quiet on the hillside with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The equipment is complete, everything is there for a great time. The pool is great and heated with enough loungers. There is space for up to 8 adults. The handling with the landlord is easy and uncomplicated. We would love to come back

Urlaub les issambres

Sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick und super Pool. Das Wohnzimmer,die Küche und der Balkon sind sehr modern.Die Bäder sind alt und es war leider nicht wirklich sauber bei unserer Ankunft obwohl hierfür extra Kosten anfallen.Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Superbe vue pour un séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille aux Issambres. La maison est spacieuse, la piscine parfaite, la vue magnifique et l’environnement calme, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour dans de bonnes conditions. Les plus Vue splendide sur la mer - un réel plaisir du matin au soir, à contempler depuis le salon ou les deux terrasses. Piscine agréable avec jolis effets de lumière de nuit. Chambres confortables avec nombreux rangements. Le village de San Peire et les plages sont accessibles en 20 minutes à pied (un peu plus à la montée). Les voisins sont discrets et Isabelle, la personne qui nous a accueilli, est très réactive et efficace. Les moins Principalement ce qu’on ne voit pas sur les photos: les salles de bains des années 60, la vue mer entravée par un lampadaire et des câbles électriques, pas de parasol pour déjeuner autour de la grande table située au niveau de la piscine, wifi faible à l’étage inférieur, couverts dépareillés et vaisselle ébrechée voire fissurée. Merci Wivine pour ce séjour!

Maison agréable à vivre, magnifique vue

Propriétaires charmants. Maison très agréable. Maison plutôt ancienne mais très bien pensée, chaleureuse, propre, pratique.Piscine chauffée. Très belle vue mer. Rien à redire !

Un beau séjour

Wivine a été très agréable pour présenter la maison et les modalités de réservation. L'accueil/départ ont été parfait. La vue est magnifique et la piscine est vraiment agréable. Côté intérieur, la maison méritait un rafraîchissement, et qq petits détails à corriger.
