Nice Apartment and a very nice location

The Apartment was very nice, particularly if you consider the price. Its not the newest or most luxurious apartment but everything is clean enough, some things could be newer but nothing serious. We were at the Apartment, because we were diving at the dive center in the bay. Oure host was a very nice elderly lady. Which was kind and helpful. We would revisit the Apartment again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Sie verfügt über eine große Terrasse und Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus.Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Hanglage und der Treppen ist die Wohnung bei eingeschränkter Mobilität weniger geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt in ca. 1km Entfernung, am besten mit dem Kfz, da die Straßen sehr steil sind. Einkäufe können aber auch gut mit Ausflügen mit dem PKW kombiniert werden. Große Supermärkte finden sich in ca. 6 km Entfernung auch inTrogir. Wir wurden von der Mutter der Eigentümerin empfagen. Die schon ältere Dame ist sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Sie stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne und schnucklige Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben uns von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Kristina - auch mit kurzfristigen Änderungen - lief sehr gut, sie war perfekt erreichbar, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch ihr Mutter war sehr herzlich sowie familiär und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was nötig ist und hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Bucht. Von dort kann man dem Treiben auf dem Wasser zuschauen, die Sterne beobachten und es ist sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig zum Beispiel zum Trocknen der Badesachen (mit Wäscheständer) und entspannten Sitzen, Essen und Ausspannen. Die Wohnung war warm, jedoch nicht heiß - auch wenn wir sie nicht benötigt haben, so waren zwei Zimmer mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gab einen eigenen Parkplatz, fast am Haus. Die Aussicht war herrlich und vor allem ist das Haus sehr nah am Wasser, sodass man in einer Minute im Meer sein kann. Zusammengefasst: Sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber und eine traumhafte Lage --> Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter!

Wunderschöner Ausblick und direkter Meerzugang vom Haus!

Es ist sehr schön dort und die Gastgeber*innen sind sehr nett. Leider war es in den Zimmer sehr heiß, da es nur in der Wohnküche eine Klimaanlage gibt.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Sehr schöne Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, im Garten steht ein großer Grill zur Verfügung den wir auch gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, mit Oliven, Feigen, Orangen und Zitronenbäumen bepflanzt. Zum Meer sind es ein paar Schritte durch den Garten, das Wasser ist klar und sauber dass man gar nicht mehr raus will. Nach dem baden kann man sich im Garten an einer Außendusche das Salz abwaschen. Nun das beste zum Schluss: die Gastgeber! Die Mutter der Vermieterin wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hält alles am laufen. Eine wundervolle und liebe Frau dessen Gesellschaft und Gastfreundschaft man einfach genießt. Die Vermieterin selbst ist auch so oft wie möglich da, ihrer Mutter in nichts nachstehend! Ein wunderschöner Urlaub und eine wunderbare Erfahrung!

Formidable location

Location idéalement située : plages à proximité, grandes villes et autoroute proches également. L appartement est bien agencé, la terrasse surplombe la mer et offre une vue à couper le souffle. (Cela va nous manquer). Un grand merci à Kristina et Teresa pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs idées de balade. Nous reviendrons c est sûr !

Sehr angenehm und freundlich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Umgebung ist schön. Wir haben uns viel angesehen, Split, Sibenik, Trogir und viele andere kleinere Orte in der Umgebung sind ihren Besuch wert. Wir waren sehr gerne am Strand von Labadusa....Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit

Ein entspannter Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Alles war super, das meiste an Geräten und Inventar was wir brauchten vorhanden. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Ausblick einmalig, ein wunderschöner Garten um das Haus herum. Die engen Straßen in Okrug gornji, das Parken und die vielen Treppen und steilen Straßen (vor allem die nicht vorhandenen Fußwege) waren unsere größte Herausforderung. Ich bedanke mich nochmal herzlich bei Kristinas Mutter, die uns wunderbar in Empfang genommen hat und immer ansprechbar war. Vielen Dank. Ich würde aufjedenfall wieder dort Urlaub machen. :) Als etwas unbekanntere Ausflugsziele kann ich die Burgruine Klis empfehlen und ein Besuch der Küstenstadt Omis. Dort unbedingt Zipline machen! Ich wünsche Kristina (nur Kontakt per Mail) und ihrer Mutter (war vor Ort) alles Gute und viel Gesundheit.

un petit coin de paradis !

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans la partie haute de la maison. La maison était au complet mais tout était très calme. Nous pouvions même dormir la fenêtre ouverte lorsqu'il faisait très chaud. Le petit coin de baignade au pied de la maison est super, l'eau est magnifique mais il faut avoir des chaussures de baignade (en vente à 60kn ~ 10€ à quelques centaines de mètres de la maison). La voiture est indispensable, même si la circulation n'est pas toujours facile (routes très étroites). Il y a un petit supermarché sur la place du village accessible à pied mais la route n'est pas sécurisée et si vous souhaitez plus de choix, il y a un Lidl et un Kaufland à moins de 15mn en voiture. La communication a toujours été parfaite avec Kristina avant le départ, qui parle un très bon français. Nous avons eu le plaisir de la rencontrer sur place. Sa maman et elle sont très accueillantes et adorables. Je vous conseille vivement cette location ! Les + : le calme, la propreté, la vue, les hôtes, le confort de l'appartement Les petits - : Wi-Fi un peu capricieux pour mon mari qui avait besoin de travailler sur place, pas de climatisation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bardzo udany wypoczynek

Miejsce, widok z balkonu na 2 piętrze bardzo ładne, zejście po schodach prosto do morza. Klimatyzacja działa choć dotyczy tylko i wyłącznie kuchni/dużego pokoju. Jakość adekwatna do ceny - bardzo pozytywnie. Gwarantowane miejsce parkingowe. WiFi o średnim zasięgu ale wystarczające. Generalnie rekomenduję miejsce na wypoczynek.

Great view, comfy location, cozy apartments

Me and my family (4 persons including my small daughter) had a fantastic time staying at this Okrug Gornji apartment. The surroundings are really quiet, with a private beach entrance near the doorstep and a nice beach nearby (~15 minutes by foot to the east). Nearby beaches feature crystal clear water and calm sea. The rocky landscape of the island with pine forest and olive trees feels very relaxing. Trogir, Split and Split airport are quite close to this locations and can be readily reached by boat/bus/taxi. The apartment has all necessary equipment (the washing machine is on another floor, but laundry can be easily arranged when needed) and features a balcony with a great sea view and a nice private garden. It felt quite spacious for 4 persons. Overall, I found this place perfect for vacating with kids and great for people who prefer calm vacation spots. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the hosts. The landlord responded promptly to my requests regarding documents for the visa, and her mother living nearby is a very nice and welcoming person.

séjour et gîte parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en famille avec 2 enfants, avec un appartement parfaitement équipé et placé. Petite plage à proximité, une vue sur la mer des plus agréables, et plein de place. La maman de Kristina nous a accueilli très agréablement, elle a été très serviable et nous a donné pleins d'informations utiles. En résumé, un séjour parfait en Croatie ! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Toit simplement génial

Super séjour ! Anna est très gentille et très accueillante ! Toujours disponible pour de bons conseils. La vue est magnifique et le confort de l'habitation très bien ! Je recommande fortement cette location. Pas très loin des commodités.

Magnifique, Parfait

Rien à redire, cette location est parfaite , la maison est au bord de mer, l'eau est turquoise et limpide.La voiture est indispensable pour visiter les merveilles de la Croatie, pas d'inquiétude une place de parking est réservée. La propriétaire de la maison est au petit soin, c'est certain, nous reviendrons.

Une superbe location

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de vacances Croates MAGNIFIQUES et c est en grande partie grâce à cette location. Appartement avec grande terrasse qui surplomb l adriatique et où on peut se baigner dans une petite crique, juste en bas, l eau est si claire que l'on peut voir les oursins accrochés aux rochers. La maman de Kristina est adorable. Discrète, de bons conseils et toujours à notre écoute. Nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir. Merci à vous 2.
