Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles roch frisch, Bettwäsche, Handtücher…Selbst der Flur der Etage, der Aufzug und der Eingangsbereich waren immer frisch und wurden mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Sehr freundlicher Check-in/Check-out durch Isabelle, stand für alle Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Perfekter Ausgangsort, um zum tollen Strand zu laufen (15 Min) oder mit dem Auto in die umliegenden Städte (St. Tropez, St. Raphael, St. Maxim, Monaco, Nizza, Xannes, Grasse…) zu fahren. Pool schön warm, sehr ruhig und nette Nachbarn. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!! Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement confortable dans une résidence de haut standing. Les bons points : La climatisation dans toute les pièces. Un grand balcon aéré et ensoleillé le matin (très appréciable au petit déjeuné)et belle vue Deux grandes chambres dont une avec salle d'eau. Le grand garages. La piscine de 9h à 20h. Une cuisine moderne bien équipée (un plus avec le lave linge). Tout à proximité (plage, crique, commerces, marché....) ... et beaucoup d'autres encore... Les défauts : très peu, même pas la peine d'en parler... Cela vaut son prix, comparer au prix des mobil-homes, je préfère cet appartement. PS :Pour le commentaire du 04/10/2012, je suis venu avec mes deux jeunes filles et je n'ai pas eu de problême donc pas de restriction... Merci pour ce séjour de trois semaines ; on serait bien resté encore

Appartement très confortable pour passer un séjour agréable dans une résidence au top , à proximité de tous commerces . Voiture au garage gage de sécurité . Accueil de Madame Bacrot formidable , beaucoup de gentillesse , de disponibilité . Madame Decombe (propriétaire) est aussi très sympathique ,beaucoup de confiance avec les locataires. We had an excellent stay ...
We had an excellent stay in the apartment of Mme. Decombe in St Aygulf. Everything that we could have wanted was there, the location is excellent and the facilities superb. The apartment is quiet and has an excellent view from the balcony.

L'appartement et les pres...
L'appartement et les prestations sont conformes à la description. Toutefois je ne recommande pas cette location à des familles avec jeunes enfants: mon fils de deux ans et demi a fait tomber la télécommande de la climatisation et le cache plastique s'est cassé. Je précise qu'il était déjà cassé et avait été recollé. La propriétaire a retenu pour cela 100€ sur notre caution afin de remplacer sa télécommande. Même si cela est conforme au contrat de location, je considère que ce n'est pas l'usage lorsque l'on met en location son appartement, de retenir sur la caution ce genre de frais. Par ailleurs, elle ne nous a pas avertis de l'encaissement de notre chèque de 500€, ce qui n'est pas très courtois. Enfin, cette semaine coutait 1000€, je considère que c'est un montant suffisant pour couvrir ce type de dommage malencontreux. D'autre part, nous n'avions pas pris l'option ménage à 100€. Nous avons donc bien sûr fait nous-même le ménage avant notre départ. La concierge a estimé que ce n'était pas assez propre, elle a donc devant nous renettoyé le micro-ondes, une vitre et la lunette des toilettes. La propriétaire a retenu pour cela 50€ de plus sur notre caution. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce genre de problème, c'est très contrariant et cela gâche le souvenir des vacances. Et au final, ce séjour ne vaut pas les 1150€ qu'il nous a coûté.

"We have spent two weeks ...
"We have spent two weeks here this summer and must say that the apartment is very practical and well decorated and also with all kinds of appliances you could wish for. The apartment was clean just like the hallway and stairs which always smelled fresh thanks to the houseguard who also was very kind and helpful. The apartment is close to the center of St.Aygulf as well as to the sea, just a couple of minutes away on foot. We went down there for a swim every morning at 07.30. Somewhat rocky bottom, but no problems when using bathing shoes, and at that time of the day we had a beautiful calm and quiet beach. We would also like to say that the owner was very helpful with any questions we might have. We would gladly be back in this apartment"

Nous avons trouvé un appa...
Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre avec un agencement des plus performant dans une belle résidence . La piscine est très belle accompagnée d'une petite piscine superbe pour les enfants en bas age d'une profondeur de 40 cm beaucoup plus agréable que les pataugeoires . L'accueil par la personne sur place est très sympa , n'hésitant pas à nous donner des informations à l'arrivée . Tous commerces à proximité , voiture au garage pendant le séjour . Contact chaleureux de Madame D. Sans hésiter nôtre choix pour un nouveau séjour est fait .

"Très bel appartement spacieux entièrement climatisé,très bien équipé et agencé (il ne manque rien), décoré avec goût dans une belle résidence très bien située et entièrement sécurisée. Grande terrasse agréable. Literie de très bonne qualité. Tout est à proximité. Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances et reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir profiter de cette excellente prestation, à recommander. "Een prachtig appartement in het centrum van St. Aygulf. Het is zeer net onderhouden en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De communicatie met de eigenaresse en de concierge ter plekke zijn zeer prettig geweest. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen. Je zit echt overal dichtbij (centrum/marktplein/strand op wandelafstand) en het dorp is perfect gelegen voor allerlei autouitstapjes naar Frejus/Cannes/Nice/St. Tropez. De steden zijn allemaal binnen 1 uur rijden te bereiken"

"Wir waren Ende September...
"Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche an der Côte d’Azur. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Anlage die abgesichert ist. Der Abstellplatz fürs Auto ist in einer Tiefgarage, dort hat es wiederum geschlossene Garagen, die genügend Platz fürs Auto und zum Beispiel Fahrräder usw. bieten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Sie entspricht genau wie sie auf den Fotos abgebildet wird. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (davon ein kleineres, aber ebenfalls mit Dusche), 1 Wohnzimmer (Fernseher nur mit französischen Programmen, ausser Arte konnte auf deutsch umgestellt werden – ist aber mit einem DVD-Player ausgerüstet). Die offene Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine sowie Induktionsherd ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist gross und mit direktem Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen vom Hausmeister gereinigt – auf Sauberkeit wird grossen Wert gelegt. Am Pool hatte es praktisch keine Leute. Dies lag einerseits vielleicht an der Jahreszeit, da viele Wohnungen nicht besetzt waren oder daran, dass nur ein Badetuch mitgebracht werden durfte und Liegestühle nicht erlaubt waren. Die Wohnung verfügt über direkten Blick aufs Meer. Ist etwa 200m von der Wohnung entfernt – dies ist aber nur eine felsige Bucht – baden kann man dort nicht. Der schöne Sandstrand ist aber auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir sind jeweils mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren (2 min.). Dort hat man die Möglichkeit die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zu mieten (9 Euro pro Person und Tag) oder links und rechts davon bietet sich genügend Platz an, die eigenen Badetücher und Sonnenschirme mitzubringen. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist die Lufttemperatur etwa 26 Grad und das Meer war etwa 23 Grad. Meist war es ein bisschen windig. Das Meer ist auch geeignet für Kinder – ist flach und sauber. Fazit: Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, alles hat gepasst – die Wohnung, das Meer und die Temperaturen. Auch zu erwähnen ist das Hausmeister-Ehepaar, sie sprechen zwar nur französisch, sind aber jederzeit erreichbar und helfen bei einem Problem schnell und gerne."

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable .L'appartement est très bien situé ,à proximité de la mer et des commerces dans un parc très bien arboré et fleuri.On peut se passer de la voiture si on le souhaite.. L'appartement est joliment décoré et bien équipé. L'accès à la piscine permet de varier les plaisirs. A recommander!"
