Très bien

Maison très agréable, idéale pour une douzaine de personnes. Équipements et décoration très bien. Position à côté du marché et pas très loin de la plage et du centre-ville, quelques minutes à pied. Accueil très sympathique.

relaxing holiday in centre of Dinard

We loved the location, so close to the sea, beaches, town centre and market. The house itself was well suited to 2 families sharing and the garden is a haven: calm and filled with flowers and a beautiful tree providing shade when needed.

merveilleuse maison à recommander : situation , déco, équipement

Avons fété Noel avec enfants et petits enfants dans cette maison de famille très chaleureuse, bien équipée avec tout le confort souhaité .une délicate attention des propriétaires pour notre arrivée : pôt de confiture maison et bonne bouteille de vin . Super séjour malgré un temps pas toujours au top !

Rundum wohlgefühlt!

Sehr schönes Haus, mit aller denkbarer Ausstattung (innen etwas verwinkelt bei den Zugängen zu den Zimmern). Sehr persönliche, liebevolle Einrichtung. Tolle Terrasse, sehr schöner Garten. Sehr gute Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vacances en famille

Une maison familiale, facile à vivre, avec beaucoup de salles d'eau (4) et WC (5) donc idéale pour un famille nombreuse et chacun peut avoir son espace. La pièce de vie de plein pied sur une terrasse de bonne taille permet une vie dedans/dehors agréable. Bien placée à proximité immédiate du centre et à 10 min. à pied de la plage principale.

Un été parfait à Dinard

Magnifique maison de vacances pour deux familles. Endroit complètement calme. A quelques minutes à pied du marché et du centre ville et des plages de la ville. A vélo, vous pouvez vous rendre confortablement sur l'ancienne voie ferrée jusqu'à Dinan ou aux baies de baignade des villages avoisinants. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Beau jardin avec emplacement ombragé sous le noyer. Et le temps était formidable! Nous sommes très heureux de revenir.

Très belle maison bien équipée et idéalement située à Dinard

La maison est située au centre ville de Dinard dans une petite rue au calme, à 5 minutes de la plage. Elle est très bien équipée: machine à laver, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, cafetière, machine à café, beaucoup de vaisselle, etc etc ce qui est idéal pour une grande famille. Le petit jardin joliment fleuri et la terrasse exposés sud invitent à la détente. La grande pièce à vivre est lumineuse et également très agréable. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec de la gelée faite maison, une bouteille de vin rouge et de la documentation sur Dinard et la région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Merci

Perfectly equipped house, central Dinard

We had a wonderful Christmas here (2016). I've stayed in many properties over winter and they can be variable (cold, dusty etc). But this house is perfect. Perfect for a large family with lots of space for everyone. A great dining/living area with open plan kitchen, a lovely garden for the children to play and you are 5 minutes walk from either St Enogat or Dinard beaches. Very clean, superbly equipped (2 fridge freezers is great with a large group), water always hot and the wifi was very good. Would be wonderful in summer but was just as lovely in winter. Very close to all amenities and the owner and his family was great with all the booking and key handovers etc. We hope to visit again!

emplacement parfait, à pr...

emplacement parfait, à proximité immédiate du centre, de la plage et du sentier côtier. le pavillon est très bien équipé, tant en électroménager que vaisselle,avec une nespresso (!) et la toute petite télé oblige les enfants à jouer ou à lire, ce qui est fort appréciable... les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec un petit présent et nous ont fourni le bois pour la cheminée. la literie est très confortable, les sanitaires ne manquent de rien, les deux salons permettent de s'isoler pour lire, jouer, surfer (wi-fi...), la rue est très calme et les voisins charmants,...alors, pour quoi 4/5 ?... il manque une séparation entre la chambre et la salle de bains dans la suite parentale, peut être que des toilettes dans l'extension au 1er étage auraient été heureux, car cela oblige à descendre l'escalier pour le petit pipi de la nuit...au total, merveilleuse adresse, et nous y retournerons avec enthousiasme !!!
