VILLA TAMARIS - 300mt SPIAGGIA CAMPULONGU

Independent and air-conditioned villa, with 7 beds and 2 bathrooms, 300m from the beach. In the renowned area of Campulongu, near the prestigious Tanka Golf Club, our villa is located in the front row facing the pinewood a few steps from the beach. The sound of the sea through the pine trees makes our home perfect for a restful and peaceful holiday. Close to all the services of Villasimius. CODICE IUN: Q2322

The villa, surrounded on all sides by a courtyard of about 400sqm, has a veranda accessible from the sleeping area on the north side and a furnished veranda on the south side, complete with a laundry area with washing machine, sink, and barbecue. Next to the outdoor shower, the pedestrian access communicates directly with the path that crosses the pinewood to the beach of Campulongu.

Internally the spaces are arranged as follows: • air-conditioned living room and TV, dining table with 4 seats • equipped kitchen • air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite bathroom [shower - sink - WC and bidet] and patio door • air conditioned bunk bedroom • second bathroom with shower - sink - toilet and bidet • large covered veranda with outdoor table [6 seats] and laundry / barbecue area.

Additional beds are available thanks to the double bed and the bunk bed in the basement [photo 31-32-33]. The basement has a window on the light well, and an independent entrance to the courtyard, so as to be accessible both from the inside and from the outside. The frames and windows equipped with mosquito nets ensure perfect ventilation. Air conditioning is present in the living room, in the master bedroom and in the bunk bedroom. Mobile fans available too. Guests can park up to 2 vehicles inside the courtyard. Villa Tamaris can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a child. ACCESSORIES AND COMFORT: independent entrance - parking space for 2 vehicles - air conditioning - TV - washing machine - Microwave - fridge and freezer - kitchen accessories [dishes - dishes - glasses - pots] - barbecue - outdoor shower - mosquito nets - covered veranda.

ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS: in addition to bathing, the area offers countless possibilities for lovers of various sports: biking, dinghy trips, scuba diving within the Marine Protected Area of Villasimius [at the tourist port at 1km] - golf at the Tanka Villasimius Golf Club - horseback riding - shopping and food and wine tours.

NEIGHBORHOOD: We are close to all the most famous beaches in the area, in an elegant neighborhood, near the prestigious Tanka Golf Club. In addition to the nearby Campulongu beach, the other beautiful beaches: "Porto Giunco" - "Punta Molentis" - “Porto Sa Ruxi” - “Simius” can be quickly reached. The services of Villasimius operating even in winter, guarantee guests the convenience of supermarkets - bars and restaurants - bank - pharmacy and medical service in less then 5 minutes by car.

Getting around the area: from the house it is possible to easily reach the village services only by car. In any case, the car is also recommended to visit all the other beaches in the area. All the internal and external spaces are exclusively available to guests, it is possible to park two vehicles in the courtyard.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Haus in Villasimius

Sehr schönes, grosszügiges Haus in der Nähe von Villasimius. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss in 5 Min erreichbar, das Haus ist gut und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr unkompliziert. Villasimius bietet tolle Strände und ein nettes Städchen. Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenager Töchtern) hatten eine tolle Zeit dort!

Great Place to spend your holiday

We had a wonderful time on Sardegna! incredible island and a perfect accommodation, The house is located in a small quiet road. It has everything you need: three/four bedrooms, two Bathrooms a living room, kitchen and a huge veranda including an outside kitchen. The walk to the beach takes around 3 minutes and it ends at a very nice and beautiful beach. Enrico and Elisa were very helpful and easy to talk to. every question was answered within 5 min. THANKS to both and MILLE GRAZIE.

Great spacy and calmly situated villa

The Villa is fully equipped and air conditioned. We found everything we were in need as a family with small children. The beach is very close and beautiful. There is only one star missing for the surrounding, since Villasimius doesn't seem to care much for the needs of pedestriants. Thank you very much for your care Enrico, CU next time. Cheers.

Great stay

The villa was great, good location as was only a 5 minute walk through woodland to the local beach, which is perfect for children. Villa was perfect for our family of 4. It was well equipped, although we did buy a couple of things that were missing like a cheese grater. Also the clothes drier needs replacing as it is old and broken. The neighbors were friendly and made us feel welcome in the neighborhood. Everything you need is only a 5 min drive away in the center of Villasimius. Lovely location and comfortable villa. Thanks for a great stay.

Schöner Herbsturlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit bin dem Haus von Antonio. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super, vor allem durch die vielen hilfreichen Tipps von Enrico (auch für Regentage) und die flexiblen eincheck und auschecke Möglickeiten (Danke tania). Bis zum Strand sind es ca 10 durch einen schleichweg direkt hinter dem Haus. Bis in den Ort dauert es zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten- dort findet man viele gute Restaurants und Eisdielen 😍 Für uns fünf Freunde war ausreichend Platz im Haus und im Außenbereich! Wir können es nur empfehlen.

VACANZA FANTASTICA

Abbiamo trovato tutto come indicato, è una tipologia di casa che permette la convivenza di due famiglie senza problemi. A 400 mt dal mare, percorso parzialmente in pineta, quando improvvisamente si apre uno scenario fantastico pieno di colori. Il mare lascia senza parole. La casa si trova a circa km 2,5 da Villasimius, in una zona molto tranquilla. Il proprietario, il sig Antonio, ed il suo collaboratore, il sig Enrico, sono due persone estremamente disponibili che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie...solo il giardino non presentava come avrebbe dovuto visto la tipologia della casa. Vacanza da ripetere!

"La maison est située au calme à quelques minutes à pied d''une très belle plage de sable. Elle est bien entretenue, le jardin également et il y a une très belle terrasse avec coin barbecue. L''équipement de la maison quelque peu minimaliste était toutefois suffisant pour 6 personnes adultes. L''emplacement, à quelques minutes en voiture de Villasimius, est idéal pour visiter le sud est."

"We were very happy with ...

"We were very happy with everything about the villa, it was more like a comfortable home than a holiday let. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to cook a full meal for a family of five and the villa was beautifully clean throughout on our arrival. What we found was far better than the photographs indicated. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The location was very peaceful and the lovely beach only a short walk away. Our children particularly liked the large basement bedroom. We would definitely recommend this propery."

"La location s'est faite ...

"La location s'est faite avec 3 adultes et 1 bébé (14 mois). POSITIF : + les propriétaires sont très agréables, accueillants et serviables + la maison est bien conçue, très propre, idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants + la plage (très jolie) est à 2 minutes à pied, par un petit sentier + extérieur bien aménagé (barbecue, terrasse, douche ...) NEGATIF : - pas assez de vaisselle disponible (assiettes, verres ...) - pas de lave-vaisselle Le séjour a été très agréable et c'est une adresse à recommander."

"Wir haben Ende May 2 Wochen in der fast neuen Villa verbracht und können bestätigen dass das Haus sehr schön, sauber und comfortabel ist. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen sind vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir können das Haus jedem Interessierten weiterempfehlen. Die Abwicklung der Anmietung und Übergabe waren völlig unproblematisch. Die Umgebung is traumhaft, aber das muss natürlich jeder selbst sehen. The house is beautiful, clean and well equiped. The lessor and his family was very friendly and helpful in all situations. All in all, our stay there was very comfortable and convenient. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the lessor and can recommend the property for all interested people."
