We are following Summit County, Breckenridge, and VRBO cleanliness guidelines and restrictions for short term rentals.
Our spacious 2232 sq. foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Chalet style townhome has easy walking access to 4 O’Clock Ski Run (2 minutes), Snowflake Lift/Sawmill Trailhead (5 minutes), Peak 9 Base & Main Street Station(7 minutes), as well as downtown's central Main Street (8 minutes). The townhome’s 3 levels each have a private bedroom and bathroom. The spectacular vaulted great room has a wall of windows with great views of Mt Baldy, 2 comfy leather sofas, a great rocking chair, and a beautiful stone fire place with gas log, large hearth and easy on/off timer. Dining area has a rustic 7ft hardwood table with seating for 8. The large fully equipped kitchen has full sized appliances, cooking utensils & dinnerware for 10+, as well as a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large vaulted ceiling master suite has a king size bed, large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, as well as a full walk-in closet. On the master level is a quiet loft sitting area with office hutch. The second main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The third lower floor bedroom with full bath has a king size bed and twin-size trundle beds, great for a third couple or family. It has a one car heated garage with storage for skis, boards, boots, bikes, and equipment. The convenient inside laundry room has a full sized washer & dryer. There is easy access to the complimentary clubhouse heated pool with hot tubs, kids’ play-set, and two blocks from downtown Main Street restaurants and shopping.

Although very conveniently situated to the ski slopes, hikes, and downtown Breckenridge, this three level townhome is on a lovely, wooded, quiet street with good mountain views, privacy, and excellent access to family playground & pool clubhouse area. It is just half a block to the Free-Ride bus stop.

Great location for walking to Main St and ski lift
This townhouse feels like home. The owner is very hands on and wants you to have a great experience at his property. We cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed and more. Location was convenient for exploring the town and also for those in our group hitting the slopes. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family ski week
Lovely home for a family ski week. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is a delight-updated with new appliances and well-appointed. Pretty easy walk to Snowflake lift, even easier ski down. We walked to town several nights. Easy down, not too bad back uphill. Host is very responsive. When we choose Breck again, will definitely re-book this home!

The home is very comfortable. Three levels, three bedroom, bathrooms are nice. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Living room for family activities. Owner very nice and well organized. I would recommend this property for families, and I would stay there again.

Perfect TownHouse For Family Ski Trip
Townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. The three story townhouse had plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and had everything from extra pillows, blankets to washing machine detergent. The gourmet kitchen more than well equipped with pots, pans, serving pieces, paper products and big table. The open living was cozy with comfortable leather couches and gas fireplace. The top floor master bedroom was perfect getaway with big soaking tub in bathroom. Washer & dryer were essential to dry ski clothes and the heated garage was perfect for putting on/off ski gear. The 5 minute walk to snowflake lift is fine for experienced skiers (snowflake is not necessarily a beginner lift), but Owner even called to discuss this and ensure we understood. Definitely would recommend!

Breckenridge ski in /out townhome
This townhome is conveniently located 1.5 blocks from lift and ski run. It’s so easy to start and end the day without driving and parking. Everyone can be on own schedule because of proximity to slopes. It’s also about a 19 minute walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The townhome is very well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. The host is very organized, informative and responsive.

The perfect Breckinridge vacation
This is the perfect spot to experience Breckinridge the ski resort and Breckinridge the town. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of your trip is seemless. There’s no stone left unturned. The place was set up flawlessly and we felt like we were at home. Thanks to bill who was always quick to respond to any inquiries. I think mr Avirett was more excited for us to experience breck than maybe we were in the beginning. 😁We will be back.

Family ski trip between Christmas and New Years
Our family of 7 (all adults) had a great time. Plenty of room to gather to play games and to eat. Kitchen was well furnished - we cooked several meals there. Easy walk to town and snowflake lift.

Fantastic Host
Bill is a fantastic host, and we really put him to the test. We had to cancel at the last minute due to Covid issues at my business. We initially changed the schedule and moved dates around. I was back and forth with him several times. Bill was incredibly patient, flexible, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication with him was very easy and he is a very kind, caring person. Just great. We will attempt to stay with him in the future without a doubt. He even delivers a whole packet of information about the property and the area, which includes step-by-step access instructions. He is a first-rate property owner.

Great Breckenridge Stay
The 3 bedroom condo was spacious and perfect for my wife and I, our two adult children w spouses and two grandchildren. The pictures were accurate and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for our family. The location is super convenient to Main Street. The communications with owner were excellent. Further, he is extremely accommodating - from use of detergent for allergies to accommodating us if needed as 2 tropical storms headed to Texas. This property is fully equipped with every kitchen gadget needed. All the bathrooms are well stocked. Beds and towels are good quality. Well stocked townhome. Further, proximity to town and several trails make it a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend this townhome!

Well appointed townhouse
This place was perfect for my family of 4, plus brother and wife. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked including plenty of dish ware and mini appliances such as a crock pot, electric skillet, and an electric pancake grill. The master bedroom has a nice big bathroom with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The place was clean and cozy once we figured out the balance of the fireplace and thermostats. It’s not hard, we just had to find the right balance. Easy and quick communication with owner! The little things: Kleenex in every room! Sounds weird ... but very useful. 3 way bulbs in the lamps (and extras!) - don’t always find that in a rental. The garage! Loved having a garage for getting ready and storing equipment. Throw blankets! The skiing was top-notch including 2 deep powder days and 1 light powder day as well as a few groomer days. If you are able to ski it, make sure to go up the imperial lift. The only downside for us was the distance to the snowflake lift. Due to the altitude, a couple of us older skiers had a bit of difficulty managing the daily walk. It didn’t seem too far, I’d say 350 yards with the last 200 yards uphill (that was killer!) carrying skis. We didn’t find the path and walked the road, primrose to four o’clock road to snowflake lift. The ski home was much easier having to only walk the flat part of primrose path. If you go home for lunch, leave your skis at the lift! Enjoy!

I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 37 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 49 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! Freeride Bus stop is just around the corner, serving Main Street, the Gondola, Grocery Store, the Transportation Center, and more.
The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, comfy leather seating, a great rocking chair, and a wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable and convenient setting for family food prep and a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 provides a comfortable dining and gathering place. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION!!! Close-in, yet private & quiet, good parking, and spacious living areas.
You don't have to pile into a car to get to skiing, shopping in town, or restaurants. Everyone can have their own schedule for activities without meeting up to get home. At the end of the day, you come back to a large and comfortable family room/dining area to share your adventure stories or show off the good deals you found in town.
When it is time to call it a night, each bedroom has a flat screen HDTV with cable, good lighting for that special book, and comfortable bedding to get rested up for the next day..
The Master Bedroom is a true retreat with its vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, and double sinks. The Master level also has quiet get-away sitting area loft with an office hutch including a wireless printer/copier.
This townhome is a great retreat yet conveniently located.
