Spacious Villa Walking Distance to Ocean

This South Forest Beach villa, located at Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the beautiful tropical beach on the Atlantic. Also located within walking distance is the popular Coligny Circle. It affords many conveniences including numerous restaurants, shops, and other activities. You are also within a brief drive from Harbour Town which offers more unique shopping and fine/casual dining.

Guests are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day from the world famous Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex, located right next to the villa. Additionally, guest have fitness center privilages free of charge. There are more than 10 public golf courses within a ten minute drive of Springwood.

The villa is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area and the master bedroom. The inviting living room opens to a balcony area overlooking a lagoon and then a few stepping stones to the pool. The open kitchen, dining and living area creates a relaxed homey space. For your convenience a half bath is located on the main level. Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. These quest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a third bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional flat screen TV's in the master bedroom as well as the queen bedroom and third bedroom.

Great Condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were a great size! Dennis is a great host and responded very quickly! The beach is a bit of a walk about 15min so for younger kids it might be a hike. Overall would definitely stay again

Relaxing family getaway

Great location and accommodations. Dennis was extremely responsive with any questions or needs we had. This was a family vacation and it was so nice for every bedroom to have its own bathroom. While it is within walking distance to things, we did usually bike or drive as parking wasn’t really an issue anywhere. Pool was close and very nice. For great seafood with a local flare, highly suggest Sea Shack!

First Hilton Head Experience

This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head, and it was a wonderful vacation! Our villa was just as described online and perfect for our family. Dennis had excellent communication with clear check-in and check-out details. It was a bonus to find 5 beach chairs in the closet, available for our use. The pool is close by, and we enjoyed biking to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again if we come back!!

Perfect Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay over 4th of July week here! The condo is in a perfect location for getting to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and bike riding trails. We rented bikes for the 8 of us ranging from 13 to adult and we were able to get everywhere so easily! We enjoyed using the gym (Spinnaker's) across the street and the tennis facility was very nice as well! We found the condo to be plenty spacious for us. It was wonderful having 3.5 baths for 8 people (especially with teenagers!). We found the condo to be well-appointed with everything we needed-including lightweight beach chairs that were easy to carry! The pool and grounds are well maintained, also. This was a perfect choice for us. Dennis is an excellent host as well. Great communication! Thank you, Dennis!

Charming condo in perfect location

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Trip

My wife and our friends stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and our host gave us plenty of detail regarding check in and check out. The location of this condo is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would totally recommend this place.

Great location!

Nice little unit real close to Coligny. Location is great for access to Coligny Square events and the beach! Unit also includes access to a nice pool. Great place to stay for a family! Unit was clean, but some of the appliances felt dated. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying down here.

Fall Getaway

The unit and surroundings areas were as advertised..easy walking distance to shops and restaurants ( including Coligny Plaza area)..the property manager was accessible and responded promptly when we had a question/concern..on the morning of checkout(Sundaymorning, mind you), we awoke to a flat tire,and had quite the time as you might imagine finding someone/place to repair it..Our host ,Dennis ,was cery accommodating ,and allowed my family to remain past the checkout time while the tire was repaired (two giant thumbs up!)..we'd stay here again ,for sure!!

It was more than we expected. Pictures told the true story. Pool and grounds were wonderful - even after a hurricane! Dennis was prompt with information and even more prompt when we had questions during our stay. The cleaning company wasn't the most thorough - Dennis assured me he would pass along our complaints. Great vacation

We were two families with 4 kids together (12,12,15,16). Dennis was very good host. We loved that each bedroom has each bathroom and the place was very clean and cozy. 60th Birthday Celebration

The Villa is as advertised. Spacious, well decorated, stocked, and centrally located walking distance to the beach and shopping. Commications with owner was cordial and informative. He was genuinely interested in providing the best experience for his tenants. My entire group was throughly happy with their stay and accommodations. I've added the owner's number to my contact list. Review of Springwood condo 108 on Deallyon Ave.

The condo was very nice ! We especially liked the ample space , 31/2 baths , and large walk in shower on the first floor. The pool looked very inviting but the weather was a little too cool so we didn’t use it. We had almost everything we needed. We would have liked having an outlet in the master bedroom/ bathroom close to a mirror for blow drying hair ( plugs were not long enough to reach the mirrors) and also waste baskets there. We prefer doors that close rather than barn doors for the bathrooms, but not a problem. The rooms and beds were nice and comfortable and the grounds were well kept. Bike rentals and beach were also close, very helpful! Communication from the renter was very thorough and timely! Thank you!! We had a wonderful time!

My wife Andrea and I live in Houghton, Michigan, which is located in the northern most point of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Andrea is a retired H.S. teacher and I am a retired school administrator. We have been retired for 10 years and spend our winters on Hilton Head Island and our summers in Michigan.

Hilton Head Island is especially attractive because of it's comfortable temperature, abundance of sunshine and proximity to the ocean and it's beautiful beach. Our villa at Springwood Villas, in the South Forest Beach area, is located in the heart of Hilton Head, just a short walk from the ocean, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is beautifully decorated with many new upgrades including remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, new furnishings and new appliances. Our vacation home is especially appropriate for a family, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Renters will enjoy free access to the Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Center. The tennis center is just steps away from our villa. Clearly, one of the prime advantages of our villa is it's location and proximity to the ocean and Coligny Beach.
