Une Adresse Précieuse
L'appartement est grand, propre, chaleureux et accueillant. Les propriétaires Marta et Sergio sont très aimables, disponibles et serviables. La maison est vraiment située dans un coin de paradis entourée d'oliviers et d’une belle piscine. Nos deux fils ont adoré la baignade dans la piscine après les longues journées chaudes et estivales. Ce qui est bien aussi, le domaine est ancré au milieu de la campagne toscane, ce qui permet vraiment de se déconnecter du monde... si c'est ce que vous recherchez. Une très Belle expérience ! Nous remercions infiniment Marta et Sergio de partager leur bout de paradis avec nous ! Amira& Lars

Un posto d'eccezione
Casolare antico in pietra immerso nel verde della campagna Toscana a pochi km dalla riserva e dall'abazia di Vallombrosa. Camere ampie con tutti i servizi, piscina tenuta in eccellenti condizioni come tutta la proprieta. Prolrietari disponibili per ogni richiesta, accoglienti, simpatici con i quali si è entrati subito in ottimi rapporti. È stato un soggiorno di alto profilo che abbiamo gia consigliato e che pubblicizzeremo. Voto massimo a tutto.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in mitten einer tollen Olivenbaum Plantage. Die Zimmer waren alle so wie beschrieben, sauber und wohnlich. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gepflegt. Es gibt am Pool sogar ein Bad und eine Dusche. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Marta ist eine sehr liebe, geduldige und einer hilfsbereite Person. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Real Italian charm - beautiful garden with a view to the mountains. Big hospitality.
Real Italian charm, both inside and outside. The estate is sorrounded by olive trees. Oldfashioned, but beautifully decorated appartment with big, heavy furniture. Good facilities for children outside. Big and lovely garden with a view to the mountains and a place to yourself with shaddow where you can have your meals. The owners live on the premises in a small house next to the swimmingpool. The pool is perfect - around 1.30 mtrs deep. It is undisturbed. Toilet (WC) and shower at the poolarea. LIghts around the pool and in the pool in the evening. Very calm atmosphere. You can swim in the evening, coming home from excursions. The pool is kept clean - and the water is usually very clear. The pool area is shared by three other apartments. The house itself has three-four apartments which can house up to 12 persons. Breakfast/lunch can be ordered at the owner, Marta. Marta is very hospitable and warm - and eager to help and assist. She has a good knowledge of the Tuscany area, and knows how to get around , where to park the car, sights, shopping , good restaurants and wine tasting. Taxis can not be requested to this area. Free washingfacilities. The tap water is drinkable, The kitchen is in old, Italian stile. The fridge is ok - but the deep freeze is minimal. It may lack a microwawe and a mosquito net by the kitchen window - but the fans are working satisfactory. Bath and toilet by the pool and in the apartment are modern and well kept. Be aware of many mosquitoes, depending on the season. Table football -table tennis and fitness facilities are available. A quiet dog, chickens and affectionate cats / kittens are found on the premises. There are good possibilities for good take-away (huge pizzas!) from local restaurant in Rigallo. Ask Marta. Super pizzas at a better quality and prize as the ones you can get at the local supermarket. Groceries are a little expensive at the local supermarket COOP. Remember to bring adapters and extension cords. Some defect sockets. All in all a super experience for both children and grown ups. This place gets our best recommendations. "The first floor apartmen...
"The first floor apartment is suitable for 6 not for 8 people. Microwave-oven is missing and small refrigerator has not a deep freezer. Owners Marta and Serggio are so wonderful and kind persons. L''appartement au premier étage est convenable pour 6 personnes, pas pour 8. Le four à microondes est absent et le très petit frigidaire n''a pas un congélateur. Les propriétaires Marta et Serggio sont très gentils et généreux. M. L."
