Beautiful summer holidays in Italy

Dear Silvia, at first: sorry for the late entry, daily routine had us back nearly directly after our arrival at home. But we could live on the memories of Italy and get through it :-) As we told you already at departure, the vacation at your apartment and the visits in Florence made up our most beautiful holiday so far! It was a pleasure living at such an authentic and homey place in really the original tuscanny style. We loved the atmosphere and all the great historian places in as well as around Florence. We drove home with rich memories of the most pleasant summer days. We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit and will contact you regarding it. We send our best regards and wish you & your husband merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Vera & Fabian : - )

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Appartement mit 2 Terassen und Whirlpool ist absolut zu empfehlen...einfach super! Der Blick auf Florenz ist fantastisch! Vielen Dank für eine tolle und sehr entspannte Woche in einer wirklich schönen Umgebung.

hält, was es verspricht

eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Weg dorthin erscheint nur das erste Mal lang. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass die hinführende Serpentinenstraße 5 km lang ist. Der Ausblick von oben auf Florenz entschädigte uns jeden Abend. Wir empfehlen die sehr schöne Wohnung, in der auch Hunde herzlich willkommen sind, uneingeschränkt und verbinden diese Bewertung noch mit einem lieben Gruß an Silvia und Ehemann

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit Panoramablick auf Florenz

Wer auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen abgelegenen Häuschen ist, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist sehr schön und landschaftlich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf Florenz ist wunderschön. Gerade im Jakusi kann man den Ausblick sehr genießen. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und herzlich, bei allem behilflich. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sunset over Florence

We were welcomed by Silvias Husband. Two Gardens, both just for us. On small, perfect for a sun downer with a view over Florence, the second, large one equipped with a Jacuzzi and a BQQ. While we had a bit difference expectation of the layout (flat in the first floor) garden down a small private road, about 30m, overall the location was even nicer than expected (better then on the photos). Many thanks for the 5 days we could enjoy this place.

Ruhe, Entspannung und Kultur vereint

Sehr aufgeschlossene, herzliche und in allen Belangen hilfreiche Vermieter. Von Vorteil sind ihre Sprachkenntnisse für uns besonders in deutsch. Wunderbare landschaftliche Lage mit traumhafter Panoramaaussicht auf Florenz und Umgebung. Vom Domiziel aus gute Erreichbarkeit in punkto Stadt, zu Wanderungen und Einkauf. Sehr zu empfehle!

"La vue est exceptionnell...

"La vue est exceptionnelle car le lieu est situé sur d''anciennes cultures d''oliviers en terrasse. L''accès est difficile, le 4X4 style Fiat Panda est à privilégier et les véhicules bas et larges à proscrire. Ne peut convenir à une famille avec enfants en bas âge ou aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Le logement est le point de départ de belles promenades dans ces hautes collines ainsi que vers toute la région du Chianti et bien sûr Florence qui est à 20 minutes en roulant doucement. On ne va pas dans ce lieu pour cuisiner mais il y a de l''huile d''olive, du thé, des épices... tout pour faciliter l''arrivée. Comme souvent en Italie les WC sont dans le cabinet de toilette. Les propriétaires sont charmants et Madame parle très bien le français."

"Un endroit charmant à quelques minutes de Florence en autobus. Environnement très campagnard idéal pour ceux qui aiment le charme et la tranquilité, les arbres fruitiers, les poules et le coq qui chante le matin, le silence total la nuit. La propriétaire était très accueillante et serviable pour nous conseiller sur notre planification de visite de la région. L''appartement était vaste et très propre."
