En attendant la flamme olympique....

L'emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel, on a une vue sur l'entrée du port de Marseille. Nous avons pu admirer l'arrivée du Belem, avec des jumelles, la patrouille de France,depuis l'appartement.

Great flat with awesome view over the sea

The location of the flat is really stunning. There is a direct view over the Sea from the terasse. We sat there lots of evenings togehter and enjoyed the view! The check-in was very easy, we just called Adrien and he showed us everything. Everything was clean, the kitchen also has very good equipment to cook for many people. We did some trips to Marseille, that can be reached with the train easily from Carry le Rouet, about 40 min, but its mostly just going every 2hours. The harbour of Carry le Rouet is also nice to visit, we did a boat trip from there and ate in a nice asien fusion restaurant. The only annoying thing were the mosquitoes, they were everywhere, but glady we found some smoking spirals in the flat that helped a lot. I can only recommend this flat! Thanks very much Adrien and Muriel!

Belle vue sur la grande bleue

Accueil courtois par le gestionnaire… à notre arrivée la femme de ménage ne s’était pas présentée…. Adrien a rapidement fait des démarches afin de pallier à la situation et a finalement fait lui même le ménage; de plus il a pris l’initiative de nous rembourser les frais déboursés pour le nettoyage (merci) L’appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel pour une grande famille. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle et la plage facile d’accès! Nous croyons que les chambres ont besoin d’un bon « rafraîchissement >> et d’un ménage en profondeur…. Sommes toute un séjour bien agréable!

Tolle Ferienwohnung bei schönstem Oktoberwetter genossen

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Es ist wirklich eine schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit sensationellem Meerblick und allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Eine kleine Anmerkung: die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist nicht gut geeignet für längere dunkle Herbst- oder Winterabende.

Die Wohnug liegt wunderschön mi tollem Blick. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Strand und auch sehr schnell in der Stadt. Leider hatten wir bei der Ankunft nicht die richtige Telefonnummer, aber das hatte sich dann nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin innerhalb einer Minute geklärt. Ein bisschen sauberer hätte es sein können, daher gibt es hier etwas Abzug. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle 14 Tage am Meer

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Blick auf Meer und Pinienwald, kleine Strandbucht in 200m Entfernung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig, was will man mehr? Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht neu aber gut in Schuss und absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Amère déception!!!

Points positifs: Emplacement magnifique. Points moins positifs: -Infestation par les fourmis, dans tout le logement, qui venaient nous piquer dans les lits la nuit. -présence de punaises de lit (nos 2 jeunes garçons ont étés piqués sur tout le corps) -Ménage laissant à désirer à notre arrivée (présence de toiles d’araignées). -Prise électriques murales DANGEREUSES dû au fait que certaines étaient mal fixées au mur ce qui causé un choc électrique a une de nos jeune fille qui essayait de brancher son chargeur de iPad. Ceci a d’ailleurs causé un déclenchement d’un disjoncteur de circuit qui nous a privé d’électricité lors de la dernière journée de notre séjour. Un seul ventilateur bringuebalant pour ventiler les quatre chambres lors des nuits de canicule. -Absence de moustiquaires pour garder les fenêtres des chambres ouvertes la nuit pour éviter les pictures d’insectes. -Escalier de la terrasse non conforme et DANGEREUX. (Pas de main courante, dernière marche surdimensionnée plus de 40 cm). -Parasol de terrasse brisé et inutilisable. -Barbecue au butane non fonctionnel. -Barbecue à plaque en panne de butane au bout de 2 utilisations (bonbonne remplacée le lendemain). - Couvercle de puisard brisé devant la porte d’entrée qui a cédé plusieurs fois durant le séjour.DANGEREUX - Jardinet négligé avec des objets épars aux abords des chambres. -Stationnement des visiteurs toujours complet et difficultés pour trouver de la place. -Surface du comptoir de cuisine gluante. -Panne d’alimentation en eau potable pendant 2 journées, donc pas de douches, pas de toilettes, pas d’eau de cuisson pour les repas. Suggestions du gestionnaires... prendre des douches aux douches de plage!!!!, remplir des seaux d’eau près du portail d’entrée du complexe!!!! -La salle de bain principale doit dater des années 80 et est surannée (selon les dires de monsieur Houget) absence de photos des salles de bain sur la fiche technique du logement!!! La propreté générale était douteuse. Je pense que cette liste n’est pas exhaustive et que d’autres éléments pourraient certainement y être ajoutés.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war fantastisch und wir konnten während unseres Aufenthaltes mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partner die ganze Zeit draußen „leben“ und das Mittelmeer vor Augen genießen samt dem Blick nach Marseille. Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Urlaubstage braucht und die wichtigsten Geschäfte und der Markt und vor allem der Strand in der Naturschutzbucht war fußläufig erreichbar! Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war äußerst ruhig. Die Absprachen und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. die Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise und Abreise war völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir behalten das Appartement im Hinterkopf und können uns durchaus vorstellen, noch einmal dort hinzureisen, wenn es uns nach Ruhe und Enspannung und „Savoir-vivre“ ist!

Refugium im Pinienhain

Das Appartement liegt herrlich, auf einer Klippe, mitten im Pinienhain. Von der Terrasse führt ein kleiner Pfad in 2 Minuten direkt zum (sehr kleinen, aber beschaulichen) Strand . Dort gibt es auch ein nettes Strandcafe. Zu Fuß kann man bequem auch den Ortskern mit Hafen, Restaurants, Eisdiele und Geschäften erreichen. Sehr nett auch ein Ausflug mit der Bahn nach Marseille. Wer möchte, kann an der Küste entlang wandern, die kleinen Calanques genießen (Kieselstrände). Schön für Kinder ist der Sandstrand von Sainte Croix und La Couronne. Empfehlenswert sind auch Ausflüge nach Martigues oder zu den Marais de Vigueirat im Naturpark Camargue (Auto). Mit zwei Kleinkindern hatten wir einen kleinen Radius, wer mehr unternehmen möchte, findet in Carry-le-Rouet einen strategisch günstigen Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer genossen und eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Idéal pour randonner sur les sentiers de la Côte bleue

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour à Carry-le-Rouet. Quel beau site et très bien situé pour profiter des multiples sentiers de randonnée dans les environs. Gros avantage d'être aussi à distance de marche des commerces de Carry. Nous avons amplement profité de la terrasse et de la vue sur la Méditerranée. La propriété est vaste et confortable. Un voyage fort agréable!

entspannte Weihnachtsferien

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Wir haben es genossen, morgens mit Meerblick zu frühstücken und konnten uns sogar trotz Mistral in der Mittagszeit auf die windgeschützte Terrasse setzen und uns sonnen.

Wonderful Time, Close to Everything

We stayed at the Carry-le-Rouet apartment for 10 nights and had a wonderful experience there. The description and photos on Homeaway do not do justice to how spacious and comfortable the apartment really is. The backyard was especially wonderful. We ate breakfast and dinner out on the patio every day, admired the magnificent view, listened to the cicadas, and just lounged around enjoying the beautiful weather. The apartment is within walking distance (under 15 minutes) to everything - the beach (Cap Rousset), restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, etc. The train station is about a 20 minute walk if you want to make a day trip to Marseille. You get one assigned parking spot, but the ability to park a second vehicle in the complex’s visitor parking was a blessing as parking in town can be horrendous. Located close to the major highways, the apartment is an easy drive (30 min to 1.5 hours without traffic) to Aix-en-Provence, the hill towns of the Luberon, the Alpilles area, Arles, Avignon, Orange, Nimes, the Camargue, Cassis, and Marseille. There aren't any wineries in the immediate vicinity, but the Rhone Valley and the Coteaux d'Aix are both relatively close, as is Bandol. Lavender country is also about 1 to 1.5 hours away. We caught the beginning of the bloom and it was magnificent. Mont Ventoux, Nice, and Cannes are a bit farther away (~2 hours without traffic), but they are doable. Carry has a small, but pleasant farmers’ market on Tuesday and Friday mornings, so it’s a nice place to stock up on fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. The kitchen is well stocked, so if you don’t want to eat out, preparing food at home is definitely an option. We did so a few times. Booking and check-in and check-out all went very smoothly as the owners are very attentive and respond to emails very quickly. When you get there, a man who lives in the apartment complex will greet you to open the gates and let you into the apartment. You get two sets of keys which is very convenient with a large group. Overall, it was one of the best places we’ve rented.

Eine wunderschöne Pfingstwoche an der Küste

Die Lage der Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Hinter dem kleinen Garten gibt es einen Aussichtspunkt mit Blick über die Bucht von Marseille. Die Terrasse erstreckt sich über die ganze Hausfront, ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen, Essen, Sonnen, Spielen. Drei Schlafräume sind eher klein, aber mit reichlich Stauraum ausgestattet, das vierte sehr geräumig. Die Betten haben einen sehr guten Schlafkomfort. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Alles in allem ideal für eine Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partner/Freunde. Die Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location propre, spacieuse et agréable. La vue sur la mer est très appréciable et, en mars, nous avons pu manger à l'extérieur. Nous recommandons cette location.

Sommertraum in der Provence

Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz drinnen und draussen. Der Garten mit den duftenden Pinien, den singenden Zikaden und dem Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft schön. Ein idealer Platz um auszuspannen und den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Die Zimmer sind einfach und schön eingerichtet, mehrere Wandschränke sind vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Praktisch ist auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine.

Excellente location..

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre de Carry Le Rouet et de la plage. Possibilité de randonner dans les calanques ou la garrigue. La voiture n'est pas utile puisque tout se trouve dans l'environnement immédiat. L'appartement est spacieux, très clair, calme et la vue sur la mer imprenable. Il n'y manque rien puisqu'il y a même le WiFi. Accueil très aimable et attentionné de la personne qui s'occupe de la location. A recommander pour une famille de 6 à 8 personnes désirant se reposer et profiter de la mer.

Séjour confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine à nous régaler à la fois de la situation du site et du confort de l'appartement avec une belle terrasse dans la pinède et face à la mer. L'accès rapide, à pied, au port et à la calanque du Cap Rousset n'est pas négligeable ainsi que la proximité de jolies ballades. L' accueil et la disponibilité ont été fort sympathiques , ajoutant à la difficulté de rendre les lieux, sans nostalgie, en fin de séjour!!!
