Wonderful home right next to the Square

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There is a lot of character and plenty of room for a family. It was very comfortable and near everything in town being one block away from the main square, so very very convenient. All of our communication with Robert, the owner, was very easy and so helpful. And when we arrived, we were also surprised to find that the home was decorated for Christmas! Thank you to Robert for a lovely time!

Exceptional, stellar home in Canton, MS.

All the great memories of your grandmother’s home, with all modern-day necessities (like Keurig with coffee pods provided). Fully-stocked kitchen (coffee, foil and cooking supplies). Ice maker works (takes a little time to fill, of course). Beautiful, comfy bedrooms, breakfast nook, and 6-person dining table, if you move a couple of chairs. In town for business at Chancery courthouse for a week, within walking distance (blistering hot in late June), and fantastic for lunch meetings (preferable to nearby Subway). Clean and lovely with outside seating, and side-yard and grassy areas. Loved it!

Property owner was very accommodating

Did not actually stay at the house. When we got there, it was not clean enough. The owner had a problem with the previous renter and thought that it was sufficiently cleaned after them. Apparently, some people do not have enough manners in treating someone else's property with respect and decorum. The owner said they had to replace items that were damaged. Robert was very accommodating and helpful when we said that we could not stay there. He gave us a full refund. I think that the house would have been lovely to stay in had there been no issues. I am sure that he has addressed any problems relating to cleanliness.
