About this property

"La Paludière": House on the edge of the salt marshes of the Guérandaise Peninsula

La Paludière is an old Paludier house completely renovated and located in the heart of a small village 50 meters from the Salants marshes.
Calm, restful and exotic place.
We provide you with bikes to explore the surrounding salt marshes on hiking trails.
We offer you the opportunity to take your meals outside in the shade of a covered courtyard.
The large garden is lawned and enclosed, planted with fruit trees and equipped with a play area for children.


Outdoor games for children (swing, slide, boules, skittles).

During the summer period (June to September), stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Depending on the reservations, we may however slightly extend a rental week (a few days before or after a full week).
Heating costs are invoiced as supplements. Pellet bags will be made available at a rate of € 5 / unit.

un super accueil, merci vraiment, la maison adorable, typique à une maison bretonne avec tout le nécessaire, correspondant à nos attentes, propreté irréprochable, une maison ayant une âme ou nous nous sommes sentis bien, un jardin magnifique; ou nos 2 chiennes ont en profités avec joie, merci jean claude pour accepter les animaux, un patio avec son toit de chaume, village très calme et à proximité des plages, en moins de 10 minutes, et tant de découvertes, les marais salants; le port du croisic, la baule, toutes ces découvertes sont subilimes et peu loins, moins de 20 minutes, nous y retournerons

Séjour agréable
Logement très agréable avec un bel extérieur, propriétaire très accueillant qui nous a donné des conseils de balades pendant notre séjour. Idéalement situé au calme mais quand même à proximité de plein de belles choses. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si nous revenons dans la région.

Repos complet dans cette charmente maison
Nous avons adorés le calme de cette maison de campagne , nous aimonstoujours ce type de maison qui reste "dans son époque" Notre loulou a particulierement appécier egalemnt de gangader en toute sécurité dans le grand jardin arboré. Et encore un grand merci au proprietaire pour sa gentillesse et disponibilté , en deux mots on reviendras.

D'abord accueillis par un ami du propriétaire, nous avons rencontré celui-ci 48h après notre arrivée. Très ouvert et très à l'écoute, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme avec toutefois la possibilité de découvrir de beaux sites à 15 ou 30 mn en voiture de la maison. Merci Jean-claude pour vos conseils! Je recommande sans reserve.

Un très bon moment
Nous avons loué la maison pour 10 jours en août. La maison était très agréable, spacieuse avec un grand jardin dans une impasse au calme. Elle est proche des marais salants ce qui donne la possibilité de faire de nombreuses balades. La maison est bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge...) et peut facilement accueillir des enfants en bas âge. Enfin, le propriétaire a été très attentionné avec nous et nous a expliqué les activités à faire sur place.

Un été parfait!
Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites! Le gîte est très bien pour 4 (une famille avec 2 enfants). Le grand jardin clos et arboré était idéal notamment pour notre petit chien. Un grand merci à Jean-Claude pour son accueil si chaleureux et ses bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir cette belle région.

Séjour agréable pour la semaine de Noël
Gîte agréable avec un style campagnard et chaleureux; le poêle à granulés fonctionne très bien et son utilisation est simple. Le gîte est bien équipé et nous avons pu réveillonner sans problèmes (il y a même le grand faitout pour cuire les crustacés!...). Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir pu rencontrer le propriétaire.... Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous recommandons cette location.

Simplicité, calme et chaleur
Maison ancienne mais bien équipée et confortable à l'intérieur, beau terrain extérieur pour y accueillir notre toutou. Et on apprécie beaucoup le calme, et la tranquillité du lieu. Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement par M et Mme BERTHE qui nous ont bien orienté sur la région et ce qu'il y avait à visiter. Merci pour les détails, bien appréciables. Dommage qu' une semaine ne soit pas suffisant pour faire le tour complet de la région. Il faudra certainement revenir. Merci encore et peut-être à bientôt.

Très bien même parfait
Maison très bien équipée avec électroménager de qualité. Propriétaire très sympathique. Deux vélos en état de marche (c’est la première fois en plus de 10 ans de divers locations). Grande propriété fermée. Stationnement sous arbre à l’ombre très pratique en ce moment. Lit fait à notre arrivée avec draps fournis et serviettes de toilette aussi. Parfait pour nous. Great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area
We had a great stay, 11 nights in September with good weather, the location is quiet but well connected to visit the beaches and the natural park. Great for cycling. The property is rustic and quite old but it has had some improvements done, and we found it perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed sitting out and having BBQs. The owners were really friendly and helpful. We would go back!
