Beautiful, quiet holiday apartment to feel good

Arrival was uncomplicated. The apartment met the expectations and was very comfortable. It was very suitable for a family with children due to the location of the room. If you want to grill, there is a high-quality Weber grill. The location is quiet and very well connected to the city center. There was a tram stop in the immediate vicinity. Checking out was also very easy. We were able to adjust the time flexibly to our own needs both on arrival and on departure. Overall, this was a very nice holiday home that does what it says on the tin.

Vacances en ville

Logement très bien équipé , avec ventilo et bloc climatiseur.Terrasse sympa mais trop de moustiques pour en profiter. Logement idéalement placé près du tram pour profiter de Bordeaux centre.ne pas s'arrêter à la vue quand on sort :macadam et compagnie. On s'habitue très vite au bruit du train et du tramway.

Great house and location

Myself and friends had a wonderful time in Bordeaux and Lydia's house was the perfect place to hang out and relax and as a base to explore the city. My only confusion was around an incremental cleaning fee for EUR 80.00 that was raised after the host had apologised that the house wasn't super clean (it was in no way dirty or unclean so we had no complaints but the incremental fee was puzzling). I would prefer that all fees and charges are 100% transparent and payable upfront.

Quelques jours très sympa à Bordeaux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec 2 enfants à Talence. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme chez nous" chez Lydia et avons apprécié son accueil. Son échoppe est vraiment très chaleureuse, spacieuse, et surtout bien située : le tram et les commerces sont à notre porte, et Bordeaux est même accessible à pied. Les enfants étaient ravis de profiter du chat et de la superbe collection de mangas de ses fils. Merci à eux! Dommage qu'il ait fait si chaud, du coup on n'a pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse! Mais on s'est quand même fait quelques barbecues très sympa!

Typiquement Bordelais

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette échoppe dans laquelle notre famille de 4 était bien au large. Le confort était au RDV et l’accès au centre-ville par le tramway très pratique. Attention une des trois chambre donne sur la rue avec les bruits inhérents, notamment le tramway. L’accueil de la propriétaire est parfait, il y a même le chat Grenadine pour vous faire des câlins.

sejour magnifique dans tres belle maison de ville

Tres belle maison de ville située a 2 pas du tram et des commerces y compris cinema. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la proprietaire. La literie est très bonne et la maison vraiment très belle. Superbe sejour... merci Jacqueline.

Excellent séjour à Talence

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Echoppe très agréable, propre et spacieuse. Centre-ville et gare très faciles d'accès en tramway et en bus. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nos enfants (6 et 10 ans) étaient ravis de profiter du jardin. Nous recommandons cette propriété. Encore un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable dans une échoppe typique et bien située

Séjour parfait, en famille. L'échoppe correspond en tout point à la description et aux photos et elle est très spacieuse pour une famille. Suffisamment zen aussi pour que nous puissions poser nos affaires. Trois chambres bien séparées et pièce à vivre lumineuse, avec belle hauteur sous plafond, où tout le monde trouve sa place. Terrasse et jardin appréciable et reposant en ville. Accès rapide sur Bordeaux avec le tram qui passe devant mais aussi possible à pied en marchant un peu.
