This waterfront villa is very well located and is an easy walk to local restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theaters and coffee houses. Some of the favorites are Hello Betty, Flying Pig, 333, Bagbys, Masters and Bessies. Oceanside boasts two different farmers markets each week you can walk to. Water sports and fishing are just minutes from your backyard with boating arranged at the nearby Harbor. For kids, we are about a 10 minute drive to Legoland amusement park, a water park and an aquarium! Location is everything in vacation rental and you will just love the location of this home.
On the Strand, Oceanfront Location, Beach often accessible at low-tide via nearby stairs, otherwise sand is just a short 2 minute walk to the Pier (we provide wagons to haul kiddos and sand toys!)

The house is located on S. The Strand which is a one way street that is an easy walk to downtown Oceanside and the pier. The Strand is alive with excitement and in the middle of all the action. The street is excellent for walking, jogging, bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, people & dolphin watching! There is also a park with play structure for kids and lots of grass. Very close to the pier is another play structure right in the sand!
This oceanfront building is comprised of 8 pristine condos ideally located along the pristine coastline of San Diego North County. Surf, swim, and walk or jog on the beach. Walk to the longest wooden pier on the west coast for dinner or fishing, and then stroll into the village area of Oceanside to visit its many restaurants and lovely shops. Hop on the Coaster train or Amtrak and you are off to San Clemente or San Diego destinations, each just 30 minutes away. If you are a super athlete, Oceanside is the home to the Ironman. Don’t forget to walk by the home where TOP GUN was filmed! The Mission of San Louis Rey, Oceanside Harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance from our waterfront villa.
Oceanside offers an inexpensive and fun electric shuttle for all of our guests! Just download their” Ride Circuit” app and select Oceanside and you will be picked up at your rental and taken to any beach , restaurant or shop in our coastal zone. It makes all the beaches easy to get to without any cars or parking!! When you are ready to return, they can pick you up! $ 6 per carload
City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities
The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules.
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.
2. Occupancy.
The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children).
A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans
A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans
A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans
A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans
A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans
3. Noise.
Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.
