Family Getaway

A beautiful home in a lovely location full of wonderful amenities. We really enjoyed time both inside and outside the house. Evening fires on the dogtrot were our favorite. Clay and Angi were great hosts and easy to communicate with. They made us feel right at home! The beds were super comfy, and there was room enough for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. We would love to come back again, as the value for a stay of this caliber was excellent!

Our family with teenage children absolutely LOVED our stay here. The home is beautiful with great views. The home had everything we needed for kitchen utensils and appliances. The lake was perfect and the kids caught a lot of fish. Grocery stores were close and other convenient restaurants nearby. The owner is very thorough and responds quickly if there were any questions. Our kids asked to return to this property. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful property
Beautiful lakeshore property with great views of the lake from many of the rooms and bedrooms. Our family of 14 people had plenty of space to spread out. Two primary suites, bunk room for the grandkids and 3 other bedrooms provided each couple some private space and quiet sleeping. Kitchen well appointed with amazing prep and serving countertops. Lower level hangout space large enough for our group. Only tricky thing was locking/ unlocking the entry doors— had to adjust handle while locking. Enjoyed spacious parking and great curb appeal.Enjoyed the lakeside yard and the hill down to the lake. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub on the listing were not working although that did not affect our plans. .

Excellent family vacation home.
We had 10 family members there for our annual family snowmobile trip. Very spacious, snowmobile trail runs on the roadside across from the driveway. Perfect for a large family gathering!

Perfect Family Christmas!
We loved our stay here so much. The home has such a unique layout that worked so well for multiple families. Spaces to be all together, but spaces for people to be on their own if they wanted. Clays house is a great space to spend a weekend with a large group of people. Communication was great anytime we had an issue. The house was clean and ready to use. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Three Generation Dream House
What a wonderful stay we had at this property with our adult children and grandchildren. The home and property were even better than advertised. The lake view is breathtaking from so many parts of the house and property. Easily facilitates comfortable time together and time for personal reflection. Our grandchildren loved the beach. Spacious, grand, well kept, and a good location.
We stayed here with seven adults and four children. There was tons of space for us, which can’t fully be seen in the photos on the listing. The place is really really nice, a grand cabin feel like something you would experience in the mountains out west. We loved the stay, and I’d expect it’s even better in the summer. Close to bars, a brewery, coffee shops, and a market. Would recommend this place to large groups!

What makes this property unique

6 1/2 Acres. 'Dogtrot' or breezeway with fireplace. 178' of Private Lake Shore and beachfront. This is a private lake. Serene. Typically not very busy. You will be right across the road from the Whitefish Chain of Lakes so if you want more action you can have it within minutes. We have our own landing capable of handling jet ski or small aluminum fishing boats. For larger vessels you can put in numerous places on the Whitefish Chain or rent a boat or pontoon through us.
