Toller Sardinien Strandurlaub

Mietauto wünschenswert. Dadurch 10 Tage quasi jeden Tag anderen Strand besucht. Einer schöner als der andere. Super Strand aber auch fußläufig direkt vor der Haustüre. Gastgeber freundlich und entspannt+völlig unproblematisch. Wohnung sauber und neu. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwei Badezimmer! Für 2 Kinder Hochbett vorhanden (nicht für Erwachsene geeignet). Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Villasimius, Costa rei und Cagliari. Einzig wünschenswert wäre noch W-LAN in der Wohnung, da Netz nicht immer gegeben. Insgesamt super empfehlenswert für Strandurlaub mit der Familie. Besonderes Highlight: Obstbauern am Straßenrand😉 Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, ist wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet, der Cala Sinzias, ist meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Strände auf Sardinien (wenn nicht der schönste) ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt zwar kein Wlan, aber mit ausreichend Datenvolumen kommt man klar. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr entgegenkommend, reagiert umgehend auf Fragen, danke Giuseppe. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt möchte ich erwähnen, die Matratze auf der Schlafcouch ist etwas dünn, aber Giuseppe hat gleich angekündigt eine dickere zu besorgen. Man brauch auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, fußläufig ist kein Einkaufsmarkt, kein Bäcker in der Nähe. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous location

A mere few minutes walk to the excellent beach of Cala Sinsiaz. The house and garden looked pristine. The host was most accommodating. We especially loved the sea view terrace, a lovely feature to get the day started. The house is newly renovated, the décor is lovely and it has all facilities you could possibly expect. Overall, we had a superb experience at the property. Thank you!:)

Comodo, ben arredato, funzionale, vista mare

Ambiente spazioso. L'arredamento è moderno ed estremamente funzionale. La villa si trova leggermente in quota e questo le permette di essere ben aerata e fresca praticamente a tutte le ore del giorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire assistenza per qualsiasi richiesta. Noi siamo arrivati con una bimba di due mesi ed abbiamo trovato un next2me pulito e praticamente nuovo, pronto all'uso. La casa era peraltro già fornita di detersivi, bagno schiuma, shampoo, capsule per il caffè, ecc. Nel frigo erano disponibili anche due bottiglie di vino bianco e alcune bevande. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia. La zona è tranquilla. Per gli amanti della mondanità è comunque possibile raggiungere a piedi il Tamatete in pochi minuti. La cucina è attrezzata di tutte le stoviglie e sono disponibili vari elettrodomestici: forno, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere, ecc. Sono inoltre presenti due televisori. La veranda dispone di un bel tavolo e di un comodo divano. Sono disponibili vari tipi di illuminazione, anche a pavimento, funzionali e suggestivi. Le uniche due note meno positive sono le seguenti. Le due docce: non avendo una tenda o uno sportello di chiusura, dopo ogni utilizzo, tocca asciugare per terra. La casa è sprovvista di wifi e, tranne in rari momenti, la copertura di rete è assente. In conclusione, consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione. Le foto presenti sul sito, per quanto belle, non rendono pienamente l'idea della bellezza e dell'eleganza della villa.
