Toller Urlaub!!!

Wir wurden von Maurizio sehr herzlich mit Prosecco empfangen. Er erfüllte unsere Wünsche d.h. deutsche Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Grill..... Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig. Sie ist zwar ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber der Bäcker,der Supermarkt sowie eine Pizzeria sind direkt vor Ort. Maurizio war jederzeit ansprechbar und gab uns gute Tipps. Wir würden immer wieder bei Maurizio buchen. Maurizio, mille grazie per la tua accolianza!!!

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr über die kostenlose Nutzung der Fahrräder gefreut, so konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und waren nur mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Dazu gab es von Mauri auch noch einen Stadtplan und viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Hotspots in Riccione. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Vermieter + super Lage

Wir wurden von Maurizio sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen oder Problemen an ihn wenden - wirklich ein supernetter vermieter! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Bad ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut! Toll sind auch die Fahrräder, die man kostenlos benutzen kann. Auch die Lage fanden wir sehr praktisch. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleine Laden, wo man zB morgens Brötchen holen kann. Etwa 300m weiter ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem großen Supermarkt. Zum Strand und Promenade geht (oder radelt) man ca. 2km durch einen schönen Park und dann am Kanal entlang. Auch die Autobahneinfahrt ist in der Nähe (keine Autobahngeräusche!), was die Ausflüge in die Umgebung erleichtert. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Zeit verbracht!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. L'accueil du propriétaire était très sympathique et professionnel. L'appartement est à proximité de la plage et de la Viale Dante. Les vélos sont à disposition. Très bon séjour.

Great Location - Great Host

Maurizio was a fantastic host. We were able to park our car in the gated yard near the house and use the bikes to bike along the coast 10 miles into Rimini. We loved our stay here!
