Spacious 2 bedroom condo in a private and elegant part of Naples. Located in Concord at the Vineyards. First floor unit on the lake and steps from the heated pool and spa. Completely furnished unit. Master suite with large bath and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom is king size bed . Large guest bath. Large open living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. Carport parking in gated parking area. Large lanai with table and chairs. Entrance to pool a few steps from lanai. Approximately 15 minutes to Naples beaches (Clams Pass). the property is not available from Dec 1st to April 10th

Bill and Peggy are retired educators who love life in northern Indiana, but also love winter in Naples. After renting our beautiful condo for 9 years, we bought it in 2013. We enjoy visits from our family and are grateful for the wonderful Concord neighbors.
Why they chose this property
We bought our condo because we couldn't imagine going anywhere else in the winter. The Gulf is a short drive away, however, we especially love the Concord pool which is only a few feet from our lanai. We love to walking to convenient shopping and a large park are very close.
What makes this property unique
We have one of the nicest pool setting in the Vineyards and only a few feet from our condo.
