The house is ideally located between the « Bassin d’Arcachon » and the Atlantic Ocean, in the typical village called « Claouey ». It’s a wooden house with character (70 m2) with an independent studio (20 m2). The furniture is design and the large terrace in wood (250 m2) with the swimming pool (4m x 2m) is very pleasant. House with a good aspect, with an open outlook.
