Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage einem guten Bäcker im Ort. Zur nächsten größeren Stadt Troyes,mit allem was das Herz begehrt,sind es nur 35 Minuten. Rundherum war alles super!

Schönes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in 5 Autominuten von einem Badesee mit sehr gepflegtem Strand und einem Hafen und verschiedenen Restaurants entfernt. Im Ort ist ansonsten nicht viel los. Es gibt eine Bäckerei, eine Post, eine Bar, einen kleinen Laden - fertig. Vielleicht nicht unwichtig: die beiden Einzelbetten sind im Dachgeschoss und über eine Leiter erreichbar. Das Haus scheint keine Hausnummer zu haben. Der Name Gîte "La Simonette" wird aber von Google Maps gefunden und richtig angezeigt.

Schöne gemütliche Holzhütte

Schöne Holzhütte in ruhiger Lage, gute Ausstattung. Nette Gastgeberin. Hilfreich wäre, die Hausnummer im Inserat mit anzugeben. Ein Stück Seife im Bad wäre ebenfalls hilfreich für die Gäste. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Chalet agréable propre, bien situé.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce petit chalet très bien pensé. La localisation est très bonne : Petit village sympathique à côté d'un des lacs de la forêt d'orient. Le chalet en lui même est très propre, confortable et bien équipé. La propriétaire est disponible et souple sur les horaires. Donc que du bonheur !

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Bon séjour, le chalet est agréable, l'endroit est plutôt calme. La plage du lac se situe a 15 min a pied. Les équipements étaient propres, mais il y avaient plusieurs toiles d'araignées et de poussière au mur et au plafond. dommage. Le wifi et la connexion tv fonctionnent moyennement. Je regrette aussi le manque de vrai volets aux fenêtres pour occulter la lumiere, a la place des stores. et la clim est tres bruyante, donc je ne l'est pas utlisée. l'emplacement parking était appréciable. pour faire les courses, il y a un intermarché a 10 min en voiture.

Un bon week-end

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce logement chaleureux et fonctionnel. Nous étions à 5/10 minutes à pied du lac d'Amance et de Port Dienville. L'accueil est bon et la région fort belle.

Endroit agréable, isolé mais proche de villes et des lacs/Troyes

Nous avons passé un bon séjour cocooning, propriétaire attentionnée, équipement suffisant même si un peu juste pour 5 pour l'équipement cuisine (taille des poêles et du micro ondes). Bien agencé, propre, suffisamment d'espace libre, tranquille, facile d'accès. Nous avons par choix préféré éviter le couchage des enfants en hauteur avec l'échelle, mais cela nous a très bien convenu ainsi. Rapidité d'accès aux lacs et à Troyes.
