great view

the property was great. loved being that close to the beach and not staying in a condo. both decks were nice and we liked the fact that you could store your beach stuff under the house. also the outside shower area and faucet were a plus to keep from bringing sand in with you. they fixed the shower head the morning after we got there. the only negative i will say is it gets hot upstairs while freezing down stairs, the floors needed to be mopped, and both back door knobs had a issue opening the doors ( had to turn a certain way)

Spotless accomodations

Spotless. Great beach view from deck. All appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were modern. A tripped circuit breaker caused difficulty with bathroom receptacles, but the property manager replaced it quickly and effectively. Key lockbox was unsatisfactory. It did not work properly. Only one key was provided, and it would not fit the rear deck door. This made beach access awkward. Water pressure in showers was very weak.

Quick New Years Get-a-way

Great location. Easy drive from airport. Grocery store nearby. On the quieter side of Panama Beach City. Beautiful view from balconies. Great sunrises and sunsets. Easy beach access. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances, plates, cups, etc. Good, thick towels. Beds and linens were comfortable. Condo has been beautifully renovated. Highly recommend.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved this property. Access to the beach was great and we was able to leave our wagon under the porch so we didn’t have to lug it up the stairs each day. Only thing we didn’t care for was the couch was not comfortable and the beds were a little hard so we didn’t sleep that well. Also the upstairs would get a little warm even when we turned the air down. We will most likely come back to this property every year though. We had a great time!

Great Work Week Vacation Mon - Fri

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, nice space on the beach (not too crowded, August 7-11, 2023). Very comfortable, furniture, beds and air conditioning. We like it cool especially to sleep and the A/C worked better than needed. Nicely renovated recently, lots of upgrades for the age of the building. Well equipped kitchen for our needs to cook in instead of going out to eat every meals. On the beach, just down the stairs of the back deck. Nice to sit outside in earlier evening and watch the God AWEsome sunsets. Thank you, we will be back!

The townhouse was amazing. Newly remodeled actually meant just that. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing. We will be returning to this same place!

Lovely updated Beachfront Property!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Easy checkin and great communication from the host. The house was updated and fully equipped for our needs. Great beachfront location in the Heart of Panama City! Loved the views from the balcony and patio. If you are looking to get out of the highrise condos this is a great place to stay. We will be back again!

On the Beach- perfect location!

Our family of four stayed at this property. Mom and dad, 22 year old daughter, and 19 year old son. The location is perfect. You are on the beach. Although you are on a main street, this location is very quiet, yet close to everything you need. The two full baths and half bath downstairs was just perfect for the four of us. We spent every night on the back porch watching the sunset and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Everything in this condo is brand new and updated and clean! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. My family was very pleased! We did bring a 10 x 10 pop up tent for shade on the back porch. There really is no shade on the back porch but it’s so beautiful to sit out and look at the ocean. We really only slept in the condo! We would definitely rent again!

Go-Jo Getaway

This is a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. It has been recently renovated and had everything we needed. It was close to amenities and we loved listening to the waves. There were two deck options to sit out on and the sunsets were awesome. We used the kitchen for all of our meals and found everything that we needed. We hope to return to this wonderful property.

Gojo Getaway

The location of this property and the views and access to the beach are excellent however the property itself is in need of a major makeover! Living room furniture was filthy we did not want to cook with the pots and pans available screen door was off the hinges. First day and a half of our vacation the refrigerator was not working properly. That was fixed after two phone calls to the rental office. All in all we made the best of it however we would not choose to stay here again.

Love this property. I’ve been here several times and have tried many more. It’s hard to get for a reason. It’s not a luxury property. It’s a beach house with a million dollar view! Can’t wait to come back.

Loved location of property, property had everything u would need while staying and deck and floor had been updated seen past reviews of over grown walk way to beach wasn’t horrible but could be cut back alittle. Property was dated in some aspects but that wasn’t a concern to us. Only complaint is could have been cleaner fans were growing hair I personally cleaned the one in master bedroom, floors sticky, In guest bedroom there was food wrappers and socks left under bed by someone else only reason we seen them was looking for my little ones binki. And had some huge cockroaches or palmetto bugs whatever in the house and centipedes in master bedroom. Other then that enjoyed our stay

Nice quiet place

This was the third consecutive year that we’ve stayed at GoJo Getaway and we really enjoyed it. It’s a nice little townhouse, the best part is no elevators, just walk out your back door and down steps and you’re on the beach. We will definitely stay there again.
