Contemporary, updated Condo with Queen + Queen sofa sleeper - Steps from the beach! Enjoy this peaceful home as your own. Located between Santa Cruz & Monterey in a secluded gated community where the beaches are quiet & pristine. Our home is professional managed by a property management company - On Site service and Professionally Sanitized Vacation Home. Our condo faces the Monterey Bay providing the best views of the sunrise.

Our home is on the top level of Pelican Point Building C. There are 3 levels to the condo building, you may access the home using the ramps or stairs. Our home has beautiful unobstructed views of the Monterey Bay and Moss Landing. High ceilings, fireplace, and 2 Flat Screen TVs, DVD/VCR, CD & iPod player, and set up for Roku/Netflix. Stroll our beaches while dolphin & whale watching with the sandpipers & pelicans. This is a truly peaceful oasis yet just a short drive to all the area attractions.

Kayak through Elkhorn Slough to view the sea otters; enjoy on site tennis courts, scenic strolls thru the dunes, & most of all, the Monterey Bay.

This lovely condo is about 900 sq. ft. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed and not allowed on the decks due to HOA policy.

Weekend at Pelican Point

Everything was excellent! The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well equipped.The view was beautiful. The location was very quiet and relaxing. We will be back for our 3rd visit to this condo!

Out of the Heat

Escaping from the heat of the Central Vally for the breezes, waves and coolness of the Coast. Pajaro Dunes is quite and accessible. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing, great view and access to endless beach!

I was looking for a place to “get away from it all” and this place fit the bill. The unit has an uncluttered, serene ambiance. The sight and sound of the ocean from the unit is instantly relaxing; the beach steps away!

Lovely, bright condo with a view!

We reserved this unit last minute- for two nights. The condo is bright, airy, and has a great partial view of the ocean. It’s fun to eat meals outside on the balcony! We will be back for sure!

Pelican 66–Amazing

The living room is spacious with lovely ocean views. The unit is well stocked with towels, linens, utensils, and comfortably sleeps 4. Our family loves coming to Pajaro Dunes and this 3rd floor unit did not disappoint! Thank you for allowing us to make more memories.

Lovely beach vacation

This was a great location. I would caution that the pull out couch is not fit for an adult or even two older kids. Our small children slept fine but the pull out was in rough condition. Everything else was great.

Relaxing location steps from the beach

My family and I stayed here for three nights. It was very relaxing. We left the windows open in the evening while listening to the ocean. Check in process was a bit confusing at the beginning but the front desk attendants were very sweet. There are several grocery stores about 10-15 minutes away + fast food. Very convenient. I will be returning to Pajaro Dunes.

Nice and quiet the inside was dated but as to be expected

Furniture was Lil uncomfortable bed needs to be replaced very used ,beach access was great check in was speedy yes I would stay agin but I would bring a foam mattress topper to help make bed more comfortable so I could sleep thru the night.. first 2 night found my wife asleep on couch said she keeps rolling to middle of bed every time I moved other then bed we enjoyed the stay price was great. Thank you

Great ocean view getaway!

Had everything we needed for a nice beach getaway. Great beachfront location at Pajaro Dunes. The pull out couch was not usable at all and should be replaced; I slept on the sofa as is, which worked fine, and my friend used the small bed in the bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils, pots, and pans we needed - bring your own olive oil and seasonings. We brought our own coffee and grinder, although they did have some pre-ground beans. Overall a great place I’d book again, although I’d likely bring something to sleep on for the living area.
