Great place to live !
The landlord was so nice and the house was so beautiful and great ! We spent a perfect 21 days here with all the family. Perfect place to be far from the big agitation, and in the same time, be at 1h driving from Florence, and around 30m from Pise. We recommend this place ! S. and B.

Oase der Ruhe
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am Ende eines Bergpasses mit dem Innenhof ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Leider gab es keinen Blick über die Täler oder zum Meer, dafür aber einen friedvollen Ort mit einer sehr sehr hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Vermieterin, die immer für Ihre Gäste da war, ein offenes Ohr hatte und Hilfe anbot worum es auch immer ging. So eine tolle Betreuung muß hier lobend erwähnt werden, da diese weit über die normalen Dinge hinaus ging. Somit ist diese Unterkunft bedingungslos zu empfehlen, auch wenn man für alle erforderlichen Fahrten immer einen der zwei sehr engen Zufahrtsstraßen (Bergpässe) fahren mußte (ca. 15 Min) auf denen oft nur für ein normales Fahrzeug Platz war. Hier die Empfehlung nicht mit einenem größeren PKW, also eher mit Kompakt PKW oder Kleinwagen, anreisen , denn auch der tägliche Kampf um die wenigen Parkplätze (gilt für die ganze Region Toskana) ist schon recht anstrengend.

Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen
Eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein gefühlter Kühlschrank inklusive Wein und Früchte, was uns positiv überraschte. Es war genug Platz für unsere ganze Familie. Trotz Hitze war die Temperatur innen angenehm, obwohl es keine Klima gab. Allerdings muss man aufpassen, wenn man ein größeres Auto hat, da die Straßen und Einfahrten da oben ziemlich eng sind.

Lisa è una host eccezionale. Molto accogliente, disponibile. La casa in perfette condizioni.
Come dicevo Lisa è una host eccezionale. La casa è provvista con generi alimentari per prima colazione e pasti principali, veramente la casa è molto accogliente e Lisa molto disponibile. Località un pò isolata, molto tranuilla facile da raggiungere da Camaiore. Si può raggiungere anche da Viareggio, ma il nostro navigatore è impazzito e ci ha fatto fare dei giri come delle trottole. Pertanto consiglio raggiungere la casa da Camaiore. Grazie Maurizio

Urlaub auf dem Berg am Meer
Sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche uns bei der Anreise mit viel Obst und Lebensmittel im Schrank und Kühlschrank begrüßte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es liegt hoch oben am Rand eines Bergdorfes. Man wird mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick bis zum Meer belohnt. Für den Weg zum Strand muss man viele Serpentinen fahren. Leider kann man nicht direkt am Haus parken. Hundestrand ohne Bezahlung in Torre del Lago Puccini.

Juste magnifique
Lisa, la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Elle est au petit soin. Si ce n'est pas de suite, vous aurez de toute façon réponse à votre question. L'accueil est incroyable. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus. C'est vraiment de la folie. C'est la deuxième fois que je vois ça. Mais à ce point là, c'est vraiment une première. Vous pouvez arriver le premier sans vous souciez de faire des courses. Il y a tout! Il y a un peu de route pour arrivé à destination, mais rien de bien méchant. Je ne peux que vous recommander d'y aller.

Boligen var nogenlunde af et frimærke at være. Sengene kunne ligeså godt være overskud fra 2. Verdenskrig. . Adressen i annoncen og å bekræftelsen var forkert. Der stod i annonce der var wifi. Men ak NEJ. Efter 6 dage lå der en wifi router der kørte på mobilen. Problemet er så bare at det er ikke eksisterende. Kort og godt ingen telefon og internet i 14 dage med en teenager. Det går ikke. I landsbyen Pedona findes i restaurant men 5 hovedretter på menuen. Restauranten fungerer og så som "supermarked " med et MEGET LILLE udvalg. Nærmeste by Camaiore har en lidt bedre restaurant og en købmand. Parkering ved lejlighed er en grusvej med en hældning på 15%. Her skal man bakke ned for ellers kommer man IKKE op. Helst skal man ikke have en større bil end en Fait 500. Vi endte med at forlade stedet 6 dage før tid pga internet, kedsomhed og brand. Det er ikke et sted der kan anbefales med børn . Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!!!

Lisa ist sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit, check in und check out, waren schnell erledigt. Der Knackpunkt ist die Fahrerei bergauf und bergab. Ansonsten für Touren zum Wandern oder baden super. War eine schöne Zeit. Christian

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unglaublich ruhiger Ort. Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wifi nur zeitweise verfuegbar. Keine klimaanlage, nachts aber nicht zu warm und Fenster kann man offen lassen.Parken bzw Anfahrtsweg schwierig mit groesserem Wagen

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin (Lisa). Sogar gefüllter Kühlschrank und sonstige Lebensmittel für die ersten Tage waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Betreuung
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage und ist relativ günstig für die Ausstattung und den Zustand. Die Betreuung war toll und wir sind sogar zu Beginn wegen der späten Anreise an einem Samstag Abend mit einem etwas gefüllten Kühlschrank für den Sonntag belohnt worden. Es gab Getränke, Eis etc.. Das war total nett. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, da sehr eng. Wir waren mit einem Wohnwagen unterwegs und den mußten wir anderweitig unterstellen, da beim Haus kein Platz dafür war. Auch Wohnmobile können dort oben nicht rangieren. Unser Navi konnte die Hausnummer nicht finden, da diese nicht chronologisch angeordnet sind. Die Wegbeschreibung müsste besser sein. Es war aber ein schöner Aufenthalt. In der Nähe kann man essen gehen und unten in der Stadt gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn man etwas sucht, kann man fern ab der übervollen und teuren Strände wunderschöne Strände mit wenig Besuchern finden und im tollen und warmen Mittelmeer baden.

Kleines Haus mit ganz viel Charme
Wir wurden herzlich mit ganz vielen Leckereien aus der Toskana von Lisa empfangen. Während unserem Aufenthalt in Italien haben wir uns in dem kleinen Bauernhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir zum Kochen benötigten und zum Glück auch eine Waschmaschine. Lisa war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Fußweg zum Supermarkt und Restaurant von Pedona dauert ca. 15 Minuten und ist auch mit Kindern gut zu gehen. Wer etwas Ruhe, eine tolle Aussicht und die Toskana liebt wird sich in Pedona sehr wohl fühlen.

Calme et paisible
Belle petite maison de montagne. L'accès peux effrayer au départ, mais finalement on s'y fait. Le logement est grand, les équipements sont complets. Une bonne note particulière à Lisa qui est une hôte très agréable, aux petits soins pour les vacanciers.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Lisa. C'est une hôtesse charmante, très à l'écoute etc attentionnée. L'emplacement est idéal pour le calme, la campagne environnante est magnifique et les points de vue sur le paysage environnants magnifiques. La maison est bien entretenue et agréable.

Ruhige Unterkunft in den Bergen
Sehr angenehme, ruhige Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Bergdorfes Pedona. Die Fahrt nach Camaiore dauert etwa 10 Minuten, wir haben das gerne in Kauf genommen. Das Haus bietet Platz genug für vier Personen, der Aussenbereich ist schlicht, aber gut nutzbar, alles war sauber und angenehm. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und im Kühlschrank waren frische Früchte und Getränke für uns bereit gestellt - kurzum: wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

très bien
Merci à Lisa pour cet accueil exceptionnel, avec une location très sympathique et très propre avec tout le linge de lit et de serviettes fourni très appréciable, même le frigo était plein à notre arrivée. La location se situe au frais dans un cadre magnifique à la montagne et au calme, à une vingtaine de minutes de la mer. Ruhige Lage
Ein schönes altes renoviertes sehr sauberes Haus mit drei Etagen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen in der ruhigen und beschaulichen Ortschaft Pedona. Das Mittelmeer kann mit dem Auto in ca. 30 Minuten erreicht werden.

Une valeur sûre !
Nous avons passé un excelent séjour. Merci Lisa pour cet accueil formidable et ces échanges très intéressants. La location est tranquille, propre, très agréable et très bien située car elle est dans un petit village à une vingtaine de minutes de la mer.
