Private Bath with one bedroom. Playroom with sitting area. Home has fenced in backyard for privacy. All hardwood and tile floors throughout the house. Large family room with fire place and TV, dining room and family nook, and laundry room. Enjoy family and friends on the covered patio with surround sound or take a swim in the inground pool.
