Wunderschön, herzlich, perfekt!
Mit unserer 13jährigen Tochter wurden wir wärmstens und mit zwei Flaschen hauseigenem Wein grosszügig empfangen! Das Grundstück und Weingut ist so schön und gärtnerisch interessant angelegt, dass jeder seine Privatspähre hat und auch von dem wirklich sehr grosszügigen Schwimm-Pool mit verschiedensten Wassertiefen und der eigenen Terrasse profitieren kann. Einfach Perfekt! Neben der privaten Terrasse mit Grill besteht auch die Möglichkeit, am Pool zu Grillen, Getränke zu kühlen, zu duschen (+WC) und sich auf Liegen und verschiedensten Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tischen in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu geniessen. Die attraktiven Ausflugsziele Lagrasse, Ribaute und Gruissan laden zum Besuch und Schwimmen ein, Narbonne zum Einkauf, u.a. in der Markthalle, Carcassonne ist nicht nur ein Spiel, sondern nur einen "Steinwurf" entfernt und auch verschiedene Kunst lässt sich im Nachbarort oder verschiedenen Sentiers bewundern, Klöster ohnehin...und und und.... Einfach eine perfekte Lage, um eine nicht überlaufene, sehr angenehm authentische und landschaftlich sehr attraktive Region Frankreichs zu geniessen! In der fussläufig zu erreichenden Bäckerei, "Tante-Emma-Laden" und Tabac etc wurden wir durchweg sehr nett bedient. Die herzlichen, sehr offenen, hilfsbereiten und aber auch diskreten Besitzer sind Spitze :-)! Im freistehenden Miethaus funktioniert alles, was heute ja leider nicht immer gegeben ist.Merci beaucoup und gerne wieder, a bientot!

Best time ever!!! We both learned so much about wine and had lots of quiet time
Kim and I had a wonderful time, The wine was fantastic We were able actually to work in the vineyard, the family was very so very lovely to be around. We only ate out once, the other times we grilled out over old vine branches,,,,,,and again yes there is wine and smiles and wonderful memories.....we will be back in 2024!

Good stay
Nice place. Pool green on day of arrival and person who we met forgot we were coming that day. Cobwebs in the gite everywhere. I get charm but not cobwebs. Ants in kitchen. Photos not as pictures and very basic kitchen with no real space to prep food. Breakfast bar not fixed so keep moving. Sofa in main lounge downstairs very uncomfortable.

Nice, but…
The people are friendly. The wine is great. The house is on a small part of the winery. The inside of the house is outdated (appliances/bathroom/toilet). The pool was great. The town itself is very small, but it’s right between Narbonne en Carcasonne. The price was a bit high for the quality.

Hele fijne vakantie
Een super zwembad, met een heerlijke overkapping om in de schaduw te zitten, grote tafel om spelletjes aan te doen.... te eten enz. Dat was echt de grote meerwaarde van deze plek. Het huisje was prima, alles wat er nodig is. Hoog binnen, wat ruimte biedt. De mezanine is door de kinderen volop benut. Wij waren met zn 6en . Is te doen, 1 badkamer en wc is dan wel even puzzelen. Voor 4 personen perfect. Wat problemen met de toiletten, maar daar werd wel direct actie op ondernomen. Interessante omgeving en leuk om op een wijngaard te zitten. Al met al een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht.

We had a very relaxing week long holiday in this Gîte. The pool was wonderful especially on a hot day. The wine was very good but more than this Anne Marie and family were very welcoming and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope we may return some day! Merci Beaucoup Anne Marie!

Magnifique séjour !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Ferral-les-corbières. L'accueil est parfait, les propriétaires et leur famille sont adorables. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils de lieux à visiter. Le logement est très agréable et la piscine au top! nous nous sommes reposés et avons profité! merci encore pour ce beau séjour.

Perfect - we can recommend it!
We’ve spent 2,5weeks with our kids and dog in the guest house of the Château Maylandie in the middle of a vineyard. The pool was amazing for the kids and everything was as we expected. We had a great communication with Ann-Marie and her family. They’ve been very supportive and take care of their customers. We can absolutely recommend it!

Un week-end en avant goût des vacances ... et une envie de revenir plus longuement
Excellent accueil et disponibilité d’Anne-Marie et son époux qui ont grandement facilité l’organisation de ce séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec le plaisir de profiter de la piscine et de sa très belle terrasse. La dégustation des vins du domaine a été également un très bon moment et de belles découvertes pour nos palais. Le gîte est très accessible de l’autoroute ce qui est un plus par un court séjour notamment. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir cette belle région des Corbières.

Un très beau gite au milieu des vignes
Quel plaisir de se réveiller au milieu des vignes, ou d'y préparer son barbecue après une longue journée de visites! Le gîte au château Maylandie est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les abbayes cisterciennes de la région (magnifique Fontfroide), les beautés de Carcassonne ou encore les pages immenses du littoral narbonnais. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre en fin de journée, notamment avec de jeunes enfants comme c'était notre cas. Le bon vin se trouve à demeure et les propriétaires sont particulièrement charmants et accueillants: que demander de plus?

Au calme, dans les vignes, tres bon accueil
Très bien pour les enfants, car la piscine est appréciée quand il fait chaud. La maison est entourée de vigne, très calme. Excellent accueil, et de bons conseils pour toutes les visites dans les environs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous y reviendrons!
