Freshly renovated apartment, comfortable, luminous, combining traditional style, architecture, furniture and modern equipment. Apartment has one sleeping room, living room with dining space, kitchen and a toilet/shower room. Shared garden with our private furniture and barbecue is at your disposition. It is a calm place; listen to the sea waves in the evening...

Parfait

Situé en plein cœur du village , à 2 pas d’une petite plage, l’app saura plaire aux amateurs de vieilles pierres. Proprio aux petits soins. Seul bémol l’absence de climatisation, mais des ventilateurs bien utiles. Un bon séjour 😊

Good value

My partner and I stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable in the apartment. It is very close to a pebble beach which has a beach bar (with the best beer prices in the whole of Croatia!) so we ended spending most of our days on the beach. Milutin was very helpful leading up to our stay and easy to contact. His mother was staying in the ground floor section of their building while we were there and was very kind to us with help and advice. We are travelling through Europe so needed to use her washing machine a few times which was no problem. The apartment is spacious, comfortable bed, clean and the kitchen suited our needs. Really good value overall. Glad we chose Komiza over Vis town too, much better village/town. Other highlights of our trip was hitting a quad bike for the day, visiting Stiniva Cove and going to Bisevo island to see the Blue Cave and spending the afternoon at Porat beach.

Excellent location

Lovely apartment in the gorgeous town of Komiza. Very well located - two minutes walk from the main restaurants and shops and another two minutes (in the opposite directions) to a lovely little beach (in the photos). Slight disappointment in that the barbecue and kayak weren't available to use because it was "too windy" throughout our week stay (despite courtyard being well sheltered?). Also the patio area is not private and overlooked by several other apartments, so not ideal. However, the apartment was clean, had everything we needed and it was absolute bliss being able to listen to the waves crashing while falling asleep. Easy enough to get to (ferry from split and bus from vis, all well timed to co-ordinate)
