Panoramic villa located in an excellent position to walk to the beach and the small town of Porto Rafael as well as the famous exclusive square.
Very bright, with sea view also from the inside from the dining area.
The place is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing even in August, relaxing in the shade with a sea view of the archipelago of La Maddalena in the midst of colorful flowers and natural Mediterranean vegetation. Possibility of lunch outside, on the square, on the lawn or in the barbecue area.

Schönes Haus in nobler Lage, wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern (6 und 9 Jahre), dafür war es perfekt, gute Kücheneinrichtung mit mehreren grossen Kühlschränken, Spülmaschine, Nespresso und Biletti Kaffeemaschinen, schöner grosser Grill im Garten, nette Besitzer und gute Erreichbarkeit mit WhatsApp… wir und die Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Authentisches Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail!
Wir haben hier knapp eine Woche verbracht, das Haus wird direkt von den Eigentümern vermietet - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und toll! Das Haus ist authentisch gebaut, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen mit runden Elementen. Die Schlafbereiche haben Klimaanlagen, diese haben wir auch genutzt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ist auch sehr authentisch. Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir hatten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, man kann den Bootsverkehr wunderbar beobachten. Ein Strand ist direkt zu Fuß erreichbar und ganz "süß" - jedoch etwas voll zur Hauptbadezeit. In der Umgebung gibt es eine Festung, die man besichtigen kann und landschaftlich macht es einfach Spaß. Auf dem Grundstück haben wir auch eine Schildkröte gesehen - wow! Wünsche: die Veranda ist durch einen Pavillon vor Regen geschützt, eine feste Überdachung würde dem Außenbereich aber eine noch bessere Möglichkeit bieten auch bei Wind und Regen draußen mehr Zeit zu verbringen.

A Beautiful Treasure by the Sea
The home is perfect - even better than the pictures suggest. The bedrooms are spacious and tranquil. The common areas offer room to relax, enjoy the company of friends and family. The whole home is beautifully decorated and well supplied. It is situated five minutes walking from the beach and five minutes walking from a bar and restaurant. There is a marina less than a mile away where boats may be rented. Daniela, Paola and their entire family were so incredibly warm and gracious- the perfect hosts! They shared recommendations and responded to our questions and concerns immediately and were so helpful when we had a flat tire. This home is a very special find.

Nice stay in Porto Raffael
Super nice hosts - very fast response rate in case we had questions. It is exactly as on the pictures online, no surprises at all. Super nice roof terrace, very well equipped with literally everything you'd need, even baking a cake is possible ;)

Soggiorno paradisiaco!
Ho passato 3 fantastiche settimane in casa di Daniela, a dir poco meravigliose. Tutto a dir poco fantastico, in casa era tutto perfetto e c’era tutto il necessario, una meravigliosa vista sul mare, uno spazio esterno ben ventilato e camere spaziose. Daniela mi ha accolto con estrema gentilezza ed ad ogni problema che è sorto era super disponibile a risolverlo al più presto. Una host a dir poco eccezionale. Grazie mille

Maison très agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison vraiment très agréable, bien équipée, et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. De quoi passer un super séjour, en famille ou entre amis. De surcroit, les propriétaires sont adorables, à l'écoute, et complètement disponibles en cas de besoin.

Outstanding location, extremely helpful hosts, very comfortable house.
The property is in a beautiful area, a 5 minute walk to a market with delicious bread and 5 minute walk the other direction to a beautiful, quiet beach. There are lovely walks, and it's a wonderful area for running.

Sehr ruhig und schön
Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne relaxte Wochen im Ferienhaus. Wir waren nur zu Zweit und hatten das ganze große Haus alleine für uns. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen fast im "Zentrum" von Porto Rafael. Der Ort ist sehr, sehr klein und mit einem mini Markt ausgestattet. Wer etwas erleben möchte oder Restaurants besuchen möchte, kann einfach über den Hügel (5 min mit dem Auto) fahren. Ein paar Weingläser wären schön gewesen, ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation mit Paolio auf englisch war prima und kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

VACANZA IDEALE
Dopo la splendida vacanza di giugno, la tentazione è stata talmente grande che a settembre sono tornata in questa meravigliosa villa dove i comfort sia all'interno che nello splendido e curatissimo giardino ti permettono di vivere un momento magico; il barbecue - a lato giardino -(mai trovato niente di più funzionale!!!) ti permette di gustare ottime grigliate tra gli ibiscus e le palme. Credo di aver trovato il luogo delle mie vacanze! Difficile trovare la disponibilità e la gentilezza ricevute dai proprietari, disponibili in qualunque momento. E' così bello che non sembra neppure vero. Grazie Daniela, grazie Paolo, mi preoccuperò per tempo di prenotare per il prossimo anno Claudia B.

Excellent Villa, lovely owners
The villa has lots of character and space, a short walk down to a nice beach or to the village centre or 5 minute drive to the supermarket just outside Palau. The owners were very sweet and accomodating. There was 4 adults and a toddler in our group and we were all very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Villa di grandi dimensioni, calda, accogliente ed arredata con stile tipicamente marinaro. Curati gli interni e gli esterni con garbo:incantevole il giardino, il barbecue, la vegetazione con fiori vivaci e del tutto unici. La cordialità della proprietaria, poi, ha reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole e senza nessuna sorpresa od aspetti negativi da segnalare. Villa di grande impatto estetico e ubicata in posizione strategica per godere appieno delle bellezze di Porto Rafael. vacanze splendide
Porto Rafael è un posto incantevole, quello che ti immagini quando pensi ad una vacanza: con un mare cristallino, in mezzo a fiori di tutti i colori, pace e tranquillità; Palau a 5 minuti di macchina rende piacevoli e vive le serate. La Villa è molto bella, curata e fornita di tutti i comfort, con un panorama mozzafiato sul mare che si può ammirare dallo splendido giardino, dove alla sera si possono gustare squisite grigliate. La proprietaria Sig.a Daniela è una persona squisita, disponibile in ogni momento. Ho già voglia di tornarci...!!!

Relax totale a Porto Raphael
La casa è molto accogliente e ben curata, non le manca assolutamente niente ha tutti confort necessari. Il posto è incantevole e tranquillissimo. I proprietari sono stati molto carini e disponibili. L'unica pecca le porte un pò cigolanti soprattutto la notte quando si creava riscontro con le finestre aperte.

"The most charming and be...
"The most charming and beautiful location, lovely views and lots of space. Villa is just fantastic and lends itself to communal fun with lots of quite places to retreat to. A short stroll down to the local beach. Owners could not be more friendly and helpful. One of the best holidays homes: Clean, quirt, private, lots of shade,all amenities there, driveway, BBQ, walking distance to local ( expensive ) shop, short drive to supermarkets and to the most amazing coastline. Enjoy."
