Wonderful central Nice stay

We had an amazing time in Nice staying in this incredibly well located apartment. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our time there. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift access!) providing a lovely airy feel to the place. Nice Old Town is a 5 minute walk away, where we spent most of our time exploring. Nice is also a fantastic base to experience the Cote D'Azure from - Monaco, Villefranche-Sur-Mer, Ez Villages - all are on your doorstep with fantastic public transport available. Highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and location!

Appartement avec balcon bien situé entre 5 et 15 minutes à pied de tout; épicerie, tramway, train, boutique, vieille ville. Bien équipé permettant de faire des repas au besoin. Proprio facile à rejoindre avant et pendant le séjour.

I was attending a conference at the Acropolis - and the flat is very close by

The coffee machine and WiFi were both great- and I loved the Japanese French restaurant in the street.

Sehr, sehr laut / very loud street and building / très bryant dans la rue et dans l'immeuble

1 Monat habe ich in der Wohnung verbracht, weil ich einen Sprachkurs besucht hatte. Die Lage ist Segen und Fluch zugleich. Der Strand ist in ca. 15 Min zu erreichen, auch zum Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit. Aber die Straße ist eben sehr stark befahren, morgens werden die kleinen Geschäfte in der Straße beliefert, abends um ca. 23 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr und zwischendrin viele Motorräder, Autos und Leute. Die Verglasung ist sehr gut, aber im Sommer bei der Hitze mit geschlossenem Fenster geht gar nicht… Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional sowohl von den Gegebenheiten als auch von der Einrichtung. Am modernsten sind wohl die Mikrowelle und der Backofen in der Eckküche. Die Reinigungsutensilien sind in die Jahre gekommen, funktionieren aber. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist schlecht, so dass man das Wasser abdrehen muss, damit es nicht aus der Duschtasse läuft. Der Eigentümer hat dann zwar eine "Reparatur" vorgenommen, aber richtig gut ist es nicht geworden. Ich hatte wohl auch das Pech, das während meines Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung darüber renoviert und zeitweise stundenlang gebohrt und gehämmert wurde. Das Haus ist halt auch alt und sehr hellhörig. Ganz leise sind auch die Innenhöfe (zum einen Küche + Bad, zum anderen das Schlafzimmer) nicht, aber trotzdem war das im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Leider ist die Internet- und dadurch auch die Fernsehverbindung nach 2 Wochen immer wieder unterbrochen worden, manchmal stundenlang, manchmal im Stop and Go-Modus. Der Eigentümer, der durchaus sehr bemüht ist, meinte jedoch, er könne nichts machen. Für Kurzurlauber, die die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringen, viel auswärts essen und zumindest etwas günstiger in Nizza übernachten wollen, ist die Wohnung sicherlich eine Alternative. Wer auch nicht viel Wert auf Gemütlichkeit legt und sich mit dem einen oder anderen Manko arrangieren kann, ist mit der Wohnung wahrscheinlich auch gut bedient…

Très bon séjour!!!!!

Très bon séjour!!! Je suis restée dix semaines dans l'appartement de Maxime. L'appartement est vraiment joli, très propre, super bien situé et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Merci beaucoup à Maxime qui a toujours répondu très vite et qui était très serviable! :-)

Schöne Zeit in Nizza

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Nizza ! Das Appartement entsprach genau den Angaben . Es war gut eingerichtet . Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt . Ein netter und freundlicher Vermieter, Maxime , stand uns gegenüber . Diese Wohnung würden wir wieder buchen!!!!

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had a delightful experience staying five weeks in Tonduti de L’Escarene. This is a central location and very convenient for the shops and promenade. Maxine was always very helpful and attentive to anything we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here.

Two fantastic stays!

I liked this flat well enough to extend my first stay, which was in October 2015, by a month and then to spend a further two months at the beginning of 2016. The flat has everything you need, is right in the centre of the city but quiet enough to get on with serious work (which I had to do whilst there). The shape is also great, with an extra space between the kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom with a small table I used to work at. Everything was nice and clean when I arrived, with spare fresh linen and plenty of towels. All the other things you could need are present. Kitchen with two-hob stove, oven, microwave and washing machine. Iron, hairdryer, a good quality flatscreen TV. Internet was fast and rock-solid. The owner, Maxime, is a thoroughly helpful and relaxed guy. He was there to meet me on both visits and popped in when we needed to transact some business. He's quick to answer messages and I always felt sure that if there had been a problem he would have been there in a flash. His English was also excellent. If you've done your research on Nice, you'll realise that, for a holiday rental, this attractive flat offers good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Séjour à NICE en couple.

Appartement confortable, idéalement situé par rapport à la mer et le centre ville avec ses restaurants et spectacles, bon voisinage et bonnes prestations à la hauteur de l'annonce avec la chambre sur cour . Nous avons appréciés la rencontre avec les propriétaires qui sont des personnes charmantes. Nous recommandons cet appartement aux amoureux de Nice.

"I have just spent eight ...

"I have just spent eight days in Max's apartment in Nice. I really didn't want to leave. The apartment is central to all the main shops, the old town, transport and the beach. I was easily able to visit Monarco, Cannes and Grasse. The apartment itself was very comfortable, it is modern, clean, excellent wi-fi strength, four English TV channels, a lift and balcony. The lady who works for the landlord, Virginie, greeted me warmly, orientated me to the apartment and gave me lots of advice on places to visit. If I return to Nice, I'll certainly want to stay here again."

"We stayed in this lovely...

"We stayed in this lovely apartment for 8 nights at the beginning of September. The owner, Max, was there to meet us upon arrival. Very clean and modern apartment with full american style kitchen (with all utensils, etc. you could need) which was great when we wanted to make meals instead of dining out. There were only the two of us so we used the bed in the bedroom, but I do believe the couch was a pull-out as well. Having the balcony was great!!! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, bus station (to go to Monaco, Cannes, Airport and more), etc. Perfect location, lovely apartment and we loved our stay! The owner and also the agent, who was there when we departed, were both extremely nice and very helpful to all of our e-mails prior to arriving and once there."

"Clean, centrally located...

"Clean, centrally located appartment. Bus station within 5-10 minutes walk, with buses going to Monaco, Cannes, the airport. Old town close by, beach within 15-20 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafees in the neighbourghood. Carefour witin some 20 minutes walk (close to Acropolis) for those who prefer lunch/dinner at home. Not a great view through the windows, but nothing dissapointing either. The balkony door seals the noise from the street very well. The old type, but very smooth, lift with double wooden doors is an attraction in itself! Very helpful and friendly owner representative."

"Very nice apartment, it ...

"Very nice apartment, it had everything we needed. The noise from the street can be a little bit loud if you have open windows. Location is good, since it is really close to the historical centre, maybe only weakness is that the people in our neighbourhood did not make me feel safe. In other words, we were little bit afraid to go back home in the night. But I must say that the lady which accommodated us was really really nice and polite. I recommend this apartment."

"This is a nice small fla...

"This is a nice small flat just to accommodate a family of 4. Nicely located, close to Nice center, with all equipment available, and necessary shops for self-catering located nearby. During our stay, a balcony was under reparation, but this had not provided any inconvenience. Both the owner and his agent were very much helpful and supporting during both the preparation period and during our stay in Nice."
