Great house in a good location

6 of us stayed for the Ironman weekend, the house was well equipped and in a great location. Communication with Philippe was excellent before and during the rental.

Excellent séjour

We had a great stay. The location of the house is perfect. It is about 10mins walk from the sea front and apero bars. You actually don’t need a car if you stay only one week. Shops are walking distance as well as the train station which takes you to various wonderful Belgium cities (Bruges, Gent…etc). The house is well equipped and confortable even though a little bit of redecorating would be beneficial. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Careful bed linens and towels are not provided which can be a problem when you travel from far away. Overall we had a wonderful time despite of the weather which has not been that great. We recommend.

Heist a la plage

Tres belle localisation par rapport a la plage. Maison tres bien equipee en materiel cuisine. Il faut un peu jongler avec le lave vaislle et le four mais c est gerable. Ideal pour une belle rencontre familiale.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ganz tolle Lage und sehr familienfreundlich .

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte vor Ort mit 5 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern im Alter von 1,5 bis 10 Jahren. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wie Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit greifbar. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, 3 Kleinkindern, 1 Baby und 2 Hunden in dieser Unterkunft. Es war sauber und es ist ausreichend Platz für alle. 1 Badezimmer für so viele ist sehr wenig, aber dadurch, dass fast alle Zimmer ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel haben und eine zusätzliche Toilette im Erdgeschoss ist, hat es gut geklappt. Bäckerei, Restaurants, Strand usw. ist alles in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr familien- und hundefreundlich!

Une maison agreable

Nous avons passé un sejour tres sympathique dans cette maison. La piece de vie est trés agréable et les nombreuses chambres nous ont permis de voyager à 9. La mer est a 10 minutes a pied . . On peut facilement decouvrir la belgique et les pays bas. Le proprietaire a su nous conseiller sur les lieux a ne pas manquer

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten und 2 Hunden da. Das Haus bietete ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Die Lage ist super , ca 600 Meter - bis zum Strand und -Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für das Auto gab es in der Nähe auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzer war top , er hat auch öfters nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und wenn es Fragen gab hat er immer schnell geantwortet. Also von uns gibt es eine top Empfehlung ☺️

Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern, kann sich aber auch vorstellen, was einen erwartet. Es ist alles da, was man von einem Ferienhaus erwartet, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aangenaam verblijf

Over het algemeen was het verblijf aangenaam. De woning is ruim genoeg voor een groep van 9 met een hond en de slaapkamers waren in orde. Het debiet van het water voor het bad/douche was minder en het toilet is nogal lawaaierig (vermaler). De woning is goed gelegen tov de zee en winkelmogelijkheden.

Bel endroit pour découvrir la Côte Belge

Maison bien située, endroit calme,jardin agréable.Grill avec cheminée au fond du jardin. Meubles de jardin agréables, par contre les chaises en bois ( pliables ) de la salle à manger ne le sont pas du tout et enlèvent le plaisir de traîner à table et/ ou de faire des jeux de société...dommage ! Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec le propriétaire, avons dû malheureusement lui faire part d'un manque de propreté flagrant dans la cuisine et certaines chambres. Il a fait montre de fair-play . Pour une famille qui aime les vieilles maisons, celle-ci a un certain charme . La buanderie est très pratique avec sèche-linge , il serait néanmoins souhaitable de disposer d'une manne à linge et d'un séchoir pour étendre les vêtements sensibles directement dans la cour.

Agréable maison

Tout à été prévu par le propriétaire pour passer un agréable séjour (équipement plus que complet) dans une spacieuse maison très lumineuse lorsque le soleil nous honore de sa présence et dans laquelle tous les vacanciers peuvent trouver leur place (terrasse, jardin, grandes pièces, 5 chambres ). Rue très calme et pourtant proche de la plage et du centre de Heist où se trouvent les commerces de proximité et une grande surface à 5 minutes en voiture. Que demander de plus ?

Séjour très agréable

Maison idéalement située à 5 min à pied de la gare de Heist, 10 min de la plage. Boulangeries et traiteurs top dans la rue. Le propriétaire est extrêmement réactif et donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour .Propreté : nickel. La literie est très confortable et la maison super bien équipée. Seul point à améliorer : les chaises de la salle à manger ne sont pas très confortables. Si l'occacion se présente, nous y retournerons certainement.

Chouette séjour.

Avantage: Propriétaires accueillants très disponibles pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Maison impeccable de propreté; au calme dans un agréable jardin bien orienté. Proche des commerces. Inconvénient: une salle de bain pour 5 chambres. Évier de petite taille dans la cuisine.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Für unsere Ansprüche war es das richtige Haus. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und ordentlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so brauchen kann. Den Vermieter war unkompliziert und herzlich und er war stets erreichbar, wenn es mal Fragen oder technische Probleme gab. Die zentrale Lage wäre auch optimal für eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn Corona es im nächsten Jahr zulässt.

Günstiges Domizil für die Gegend um Knokke, gute Lage in Heist

Sehr groß, viel Platz, Parkgebühren hoch, wenn man das Auto vor der Tür parken will. Diese sind aber in der ganzen Gegend einzukalkulieren, egal ob Knokke, Heist, Brügge, Ostende...

Toller Familienurlaub!

Insgesamt ein sehr solides Objekt, viele Zimmer und viele Betten. Der Innenhof lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden im großen Kreis ein und im Garten steht sogar ein Steingrill, bei passendem Wetter eine nette Ergänzung zu den in Ferienorten teuren Restaurants. Die Lage ist optimal, jedoch wie in anderen Rezensionen bereits erwähnt sind die Parkkosten sehr hoch(07/19 -> 10 EUR pro Tag und Fahrzeug) kostenlose Parkplätze sind einen guten Spaziergang entfernt und meist in nicht gut überwachten Gegenden... Orte in der Nähe wie Sluis/Holland oder Brügge sind innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Nahverkehr kann sich für so einen kleinen Ort auch sehen lassen, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn zu allen Orten in der Nähe, die Stationen sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten bei gemütlicher Gangart entfernt, jedoch sollte man die Gezeiten beachten, sonst hat man vom Strand bis zum Wasser noch einmal ein paar Kilometer vor sich ;) Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, auch in Englisch ohne Probleme. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel beim Einzug war etwas schwieriger, da unser Vermieter selbst ebenfalls im Urlaub war und nur ein Freund von ihm die Wohnungsübergabe machte, leider nur französisch war sonst jedoch super nett und mit Händen und Füßen klappte es dann doch alles ganz gut. Die Bausubstsanz des Gebäudes war zwar etwas angeschlagen, aber dennoch gut genug um ohne Sorgen in dem Haus Treppen zu steigen und Türen zu schließen. Die vorhanden Möbel waren auch bereits etwas älter, doch insgesamt robust und akzeptabel. Die Betten reichen von sehr groß bis hin zu Einzelbetten; Bettwäsche und Bettbezüge müssen selbst mitgenommen werden, und hier für die Decken unbedingt Übergröße mitbringen, diese sind bei den Doppelbetten auch für zwei Personen(1 Decke für 2) gedacht. Die Elektronischen Geräte sind auch in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem funktionieren alle einwandfrei(2 Kühlschränke, Backofen, Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Fernseher, DVD-Player, Senseo-Maschine, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher). Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer und ein zusätzliches WC, jedoch für die Katzenwäsche sind 2 weitere Waschbecken mit Spiegeln vorhanden. Die Gegend und das Haus sind auch Haustierfreundlich! Alles in Allem kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmen hier absolut, es ist zwar kein 4-Sterne-Hotel aber für einen Familienurlaub definitiv empfehlenswert!
