OTTIMA SOLUZIONE TEMPORANEA IN ATTESA DI CAMBIO CASA

In generale il soggiorno temporaneo è andato bene. La soluzione è ottimale per coppie che stanno cambiando casa e temporaneamente si trovano a dover chiedere una soluzione comoda anche con box coperto. La soluzione non è economicissima però molto pratica ed è in una zona che permette l'accesso agevole a bergamo alta, bergamo centro, ospedale, ma anche centri commerciali, scuole e strade principali. L'aeroporto dista a non più di 15 minuti di auto.

Location agréable pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 3, stationnement facile dans la rue, rue un peu bruyante le soir et d' avions. A prévoir un ventilateur, comme déjà précisé dans les appréciations des locataires précédents, quelques couverts supplémentaires, cuillères, fourchettes seraient le bienvenue,, pas de wifi gratuite,

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement confortable et spacieux pour 2, en rez-de-chaussée dans résidence entièrement sécurisée, à proximité des centres commerciaux. Il est situé dans les faubourgs de Bergame, ce qui permet de se garer facilement dans la rue de la résidence, sans souci d'insécurité pour le véhicule, un parking privatif n'étant pas prévu. la prestation ménage comprise dans le prix de location est de bonne qualité, l'appartement était très propre notamment en ce qui concerne les sanitaires Petit déjeuner et diner tous les jours sur la terrasse, isolée de tout voisinage. En ce qui concerne l'équipement intérieur, un ventilateur pour les nuits chaudes serait le bienvenu, ainsi qu'un réassortiment de petites cuillères et une cafetière de capacité suffisante pour 2 personnes. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui s'exprime très bien en Anglais.

Redelijke woning maar niet meer dan dat.

De woning is netjes en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed is prima maar de woning is nogal gehorig, wij hebben met slapen toch wat overlast van de buren gehad. Badkamer is prima maar bij de douchecabine toch wel veel schimmel in de voegen. Geen eigen parkeerplaats voor de auto terwijl er een parkeergarage onder het complex zit, auto parkeren aan de weg als er plek is. Jammer dat er geen wifi/internet is..(wisten we wel van te voren). Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

"Logement très bien équip...

"Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Mais contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l''annonce il se situe dans un immeuble et non au RDC d''une maison. De plus il est entouré d''immeuble. Il est également bruyant du fait des voisins de l''appartement du dessus se déplaçant en chaussures à tout heure du jour ou de la nuit sur un sol en carrelage!!"

"Excellent séjour : tout ...

"Excellent séjour : tout est parfait dans cet appartement récent avec tout le confort et qui reste frais par grosse chaleur car en rdc. Quartier résidentiel avec tous les commerces, un très chouette parc avec un espace pour les chiens où nous avons sympathisé avec les habitants et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du funiculaire pour monter à la ville haute. Avec le petit jardin, les draps, les serviettes et le ménage, c''est bien mieux qu''à l''hôtel. Nous reviendrons"

"Update: Bijzonder sch...

"Update: Bijzonder schoon en compleet appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige badkamer, slaapkamer en woonkamer. Meer dan volledige huisraad: Leuke keuken, vaatwasser, wasmachine en alle benodigde schoonmaakmiddelen. Een bijzondere prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Het enige dat we misten was een parasol. En dat klinkt zo zeurderig... Het tuintje is klein maar biedt voldoende privacy. Het appartement maakt onderdeel uit van luxe appartementen in een residentie-complex, afgesloten met beveiligde poorten en hekken. In de kelder een prima afvoer van gesorteerd afval. In de nabijheid een prima busverbinding naar station en de stad. ( lijn 8. ) Een supermarkt, bakker en slager in de buurt. Een appartement dat ik iedereen kan aanbevelen als uitvalsbasis voor tochten langs het merendistrict en stedentrips. "
