zeer slechte woning voor zoveel geld
Is een vervallen vakantie woning, ik schat het 40 jaar oud, niet onderhouden, vet druipt van de dampkap enz... Bijna volledig vervallen. 4 slaapkamers klein en geen privacy. Wc buiten niet te doen. Echt een vervallen woning die niet onderhouden werd. Geen airco in woning behalve op een slaapkamer. De prijs die betaald werd is oplichting !

Schöne Lage für uns ein zu ruhiger Ort mit wenig Flair. Bei Ankunft Schock Realität in Vergleich Bilder vom Internet.pool dreckig,backofen total dreckig,nicht besenrein,Lebensmittel noch in Schränken vom vormieter , haben das beste draus gemacht Vermieter hat im nachgang viel gemacht werden nicht wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen Preise pro Tag von über 200 Euro stehen in keinem Verhältnis.hatten schon überlegt am ersten Tag abzureißen.

sehr schönes Künstlerhaus
schönes Haus mit Pool direkt am Meer. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für einen Urlaub ausreichend. viel Platz und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten ,2 Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Haus am Meer
Wir waren im Oktober 2016 fü zwei Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und zwei Hunden in St. Pierre de la Mer. Erstmal das Positive: Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklch traumhaft!!! Direkt vor der Terrasse der wunderschöne Sandstrand, von zwei Schlafzimmern und der Küche/Wohnzimmer immer der tolle Blich auf`s Meer. Das Haus besitzt viel Charme, wird wohl überwiegend privat genutzt und ist dementsprechend individuell gestaltet. Uns hat`s gefallen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Negatives: Das Leck im Flur ist noch nicht repariert, bei Sturm tröpfelt es im Eingang. Die zweite Toilette ist im Prinzip nur im Sommer nutzbar - sie befindet sich draußen, neben dem Pool. Die zweite Dusche ist auch eher Dekoration. (Funktioniert, aber das Wasser kommt recht spärlich und ist schlecht einzustellen.) Uns hat es nichtsdestotrotz gut gefallen. Die direkte und weitere Umgebung sind wunderschön, jede Menge Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und das Meer vor der Haustür.

"Haus war völlig schmutzig. Anscheinend kam die Putzfrau nicht (Chips auf Sofa, schmutziges Geschirr, oelige Glaskeramik, Bettwäsche zT angezogen und schon benutzt. Die 150Euro zusätzlich für Reinigung und Bett-und Frottewäsche wurde uns ohne zögern erlassen, aber die Enttäuschung war gross. Bei einem Gewitter regnete es in den Flur und die Sicherungen flogen raus. Hatten einen Tag keinen Strom. Hausgrundriss und Lage sind aber toll. "

"maison très agréable, très au calme, quartier résidentiel mais vide en février. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût. nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants. Le pays est magnifique."
