WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

The perfect place to get away from it all! The one-story private home features 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The living area is spacious and provides a great place to relax after a day on the beach. (home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach) The kitchen is located off the living and dining area and is fully stocked with ample cookware. The house offers a great floor plan and is decorated tastefully. Each bedroom is spacious and allows for ample space for guests to sleep and relax. The private pool and hot tub area are perfect for families and friends to cool off and catch some sun. The house also entails a garage for vehicles, and there is a washer/dryer located in the garage for guests to use for laundry. This is the perfect island home for families and friends to get together!

SPI Rentals Solved the Problem!

We encountered a couple problems with our rental and SPI Rentals were just a phone call away to remedy the situation. They went above and beyond; try getting the same personal service from an Internet booking service! None of the following review should reflect poorly on SPI Rentals. However, must downgrade the property rating. The interior is in desperate need of an upgrade. This is my third time in this rental and there's the same stained furniture and disgusting dirty area rug in living room. NO interior floor mats by the doors to catch sand and water making floors slippery and a hazard. Bathroom toilets are not water- saving and need upgraded. Hopefully the new property owners recognize a fresh up is overdue. The kitchen has been stripped of serving bowls and plastic wear leaving only heavy stoneware dishes and breakable glasswear, inappropriate for using at poolside.

Best Service on the Island!!

I love booking with SPI Rentals! They are so efficient and helpful. We had one problem at our rental due to the massive rain last week and they fixed it immediately. 10 out of 10 on quality of service and ease of service. Looking forward to next year!!!

Great place for the elderly and disabled, no steps to climb. Everything on one level. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Clean and everything we needed. Just wished they offered early check ins.

Labor Day Vacation

We enjoyed the stay. The property was comfortable, clean and walking distance to the beach. The only problem was the lack of cooking pans and griddle. The two pans we scorched, there were plenty of pots. The kids enjoyed the game room. We have been spending every Labor Day week on SPI, it our Back-to-School gift for our kids and grandkids. Thank for accommodating us.

Nice place

Quiet and comfy. Plenty of room to stretch out and amply furnished. The pool was great as was the garage game room. However the pool table lacked cue glide and cue chalk. A big plus was a very short walk to the beach.

Beach vacation

Hi we mostly were happy with the house. A couple of issues were no beach towels to use at pool - we had to go buy some. Pots and pans pretty worn out we had to buy a skillet and all seasonings needed. There were roaches in the kitchen. There are some concerns that might help efficiency- much hot air coming from chimney- living room stayed warmer than rest of house. Cold air from garage can be felt outside near the outside shower. We would consider staying again however due to excellent area. Thank you for sharing home with us.

Wonderful Rental

We love the three bedrooms and three private baths, it makes for ease in getting ready. The one level is nice as well, no stairs for the older ones in our group. The walk to the beach is very close and a very nice stretch of beach. We loved having the private pool, which was the perfect temp, and the hot tub being connected was convenient.We made use of the pool table. There was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, and almost everything you need in the kitchen. We could have used another big skillet, it just has one big skillet and a small one, but hey it was just for breakfast,so that gave us an excuse for eating out at all of the wonderful restaurants! We will stay here again!

Fam week

Location couldn’t be better. We could roll beach equipment easily to beach. Pool is big plus. The pool table and foosball kept us occupied. Lots of room for all of us.

Great beach house

House is so close to the beach, we enjoyed waking to see the sunrises every morning and close to a cute little coffee stop named Karma. We also appreciated how spacious the house was and each bedroom had its own bathroom, definitely a plus!

Family Fun

We visited SPI with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The house was amazing! We only had two small issues while there, and maintenance fixed them right away. The house is within a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful SPI sunrise each morning, as well. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus for this house. We enjoyed a lot of time outdoors. I've been to SPI in July, and I prefer December! The weather was amazing! There were no long lines at Gravity Park, and this house was close to many places. It was perfect, and it was a great place to be for a family getaway! We can't wait to go back!

Great Spot for Family

Home was clean & set up well, tvs in rooms were great! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, & kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, etc. (my only suggestion would be some sort of cutting board). Location was perfect, walking distance to so many places. Would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our week & the island very much!!!

Disappointed

After reading previous reviews I asked the management company to ensure that the outside light by the pool was in working order for our stay. When we arrived we had to immediately call maintenance to have non-working light bulbs replaced. Then the fiasco with the pool - the reason we booked this property in the first place. Four days into our seven-day stay the pool panel was finally replaced and we could enjoy the pool. The pool light never worked for the duration of our stay. The house itself is comfortable and in a good location. Although the management company was quick to respond, the pool issue was a major letdown and apparently a known problem before we arrived.

Slice of Tropical Heaven

This house is perfect for a Family Getaway!!!! Landscaped beautifully... the giant Birds of Paradise plants provide privacy without feeling confined! The house was spacious and the pool, although small, was just perfect for our group! The kids LOVED the "game room"! Perfectly located ... the beach is literally steps away! Recommend this House - highly!!!!! Will, for sure, stay again!

Roaches

Property was not as described. There was roaches in the kitchen, mess left from last party who stayed there before us. Pool tiles were broken, and outside lights didn’t work so we were not able to be outdoors at night. Defeats the whole idea of enjoying out relaxing stay by the pool

Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay for family R&R in South Padre Island! The guys enjoyed the pool table and girls enjoyed lounging by the pool. Easy access to the beach and restaurants! Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our time there. Check-in was super easy and we appreciated the text messages from the property manager just checking in to make sure we were ok and having fun! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
