Great Location
The condo was in a great location and we loved the view of the ocean. My only complaint was there was not enough seating in the TV area. A love seat and one chair is not enough places to sit and and get comfortable to hang out at night. The love seat was also old and made noises when you sat on it. I looked at some other 2 bedroom condos in the same building that had full couches and 2 recliners. This would be a great change to it. Everything else was great.

Spring break 2023
Me, my husband, and teenage son stayed for a week. The views are absolutely beautiful in this unit. You can see the beach from every window. The unit is well maintained and had nice decor. It’s very spacious and was comfortable for 3, but could definitely use more seating in the living area. The beds were very comfortable. The complex had nice amenities including an outdoor/indoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The location is perfect! I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again!!

Relaxing vacation
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view from the main bedroom was amazing and totally unexpected. We saw the sunrise and set and we also watched dolphins jumping from the bedroom window. The balcony is also great. The only issue we had was with the microwave and it was replaced quickly. We would stay here again.

Great girls trip
It was very clean, but a little outdated. That did not stop us from having a great time. The only issue we had was with the door code on the 3rd day. The rental company let us check in early and gave us an early check in code, but failed to tell us that code would expire and we would need to use the original code. About 45 minutes of being locked out of condo. But overall a great time.

We loved the condo unit - it looked exactly like the pictures - great views of ocean from all rooms. Appliances and kitchen modern. Easy to get in and out of unit - they had nice big roller carts for your luggage. Pool areas and beach easily accessible. We will go back.

This property needs to be updated, the bathrooms are not nice at all. They also need to to a better job cleaning the condo, even my kids made a comment about it. We will be marking this condo off of our list!

Stylish, comfortable Condo!
What a week! The condo is so stylish! Obviously there has had a recent remodel. The kitchen is well appointed with necessary dishes and cookware. The master bed is comfortable and the linens were very nice. Every thing was so tip top that we found ourselves referring to the condo as home. That is the ultimate compliment!

Disappointed
There has been a partial attempt to update this unit. The new flooring in the living area was nice. And, the TV's were large and appeared to be new. However, that's about all that I can honestly say was nice. The Master Bath Shower had a tremendous amount of mold as did the other shower....though not quite as much as the Master but still was very unpleasant. We went to the grocery store & bought some Mold & Mildew spray. I used about half the bottle over two days to get rid of most of the mold. Secondly, the floors with hard surfaces were not clean. There were little particles of stuff - not sure what it was. Thirdly, the balcony reeked of cigarette smoke for a day or two when we first arrived (There was a cigarette box wrapper on the balcony floor). The smell went away after a couple of days. Third, the carpet in the Master Bedroom was filthy....both dirty from foot traffic and was not vacuumed near the bed. Fourth, the sink in the Master Bath drained very slowly. Fifth, there was a Chocolate Chip that was ground into the arm rest of the sofa (which we cleaned). Sixth, the sofa itself looked dirty & looked to stained. In fairness, I'm not entirely sure it was stained. But, we did not sit on the sofa the entire time we were there. Lastly, the door frame around the front door was dirty and in need of painting. And, paint was peeling off the wall around the door frame. Suffice it to this rental unit did nor meet our expectations.

Amazing family comfort
Terrific condo in quite location of Perdido Key!! My family loved our picture perfect view of the ocean, being able to walk right to quite beach, playing in pools! Short drive to local restraunts! Management was terrific! Easy check in/ check out- just left and already want to plan next trip!!

Great place to stay!
My husband rented us this condo a few weeks ago as an anniversary present and it was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the owner did a great job decorating. I liked the location cause we were right across from a shopping center where we ate at a few nights. The price was very reasonable. Definitely renting this same unit next time we come!
