A charming little ground floor apartment with a patio and fabulous hosts

The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the Teatro Regio. There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in. The hosts, Natalya and Antonio are extremely kind and thoughtful, the apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen quite small but adequately equipped. Highly recommended

Bon petit appart proche du centre-ville

Tout a été bien passé. L’appart est, environ, 1 km (15-20 min à pied) des principales attractives de Parma. La propriétaire est très gentille et cordiale. La petite rue est un peu moche, mais juste derrière une des principales rues de Parma. Point un peu négatif : le système de chauffage ; c’est un seul appareil, installé dans la cuisine ; conséquence : la cuisine devienne très chaude et la chambre pas assez. Il faudrait changer et moderniser le système chauffage.

Kleines Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine knappe Woche im heißen Parma verbracht. Die Wohnung war ideal, da kühl mit hübschem kleinem schattigem Hof. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, der Kontakt war problemlos.

Parma é stupenda

Natalya é una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La casa é piccola ma pulita, centrale e dotata di tutto. Il quartiere é simpatico e tranquillo. Da ritornarci.

Appartamento perfetto.Sia a me che alla mia collega è piaciuto tantissimo.Molto bello,dotato di tutto( asciugacapelli,asciugamani,persino il thè per la collazione e l'ombrello in caso di piogia).L'unico ramarico è stato non aver potuto sfruttare il delizioso terrazzino,causa pioggia.Non solo tornerei,ma ci andrei a vivere proprio.

Small , dusty room on bottom of building with good kitchen.

Small room , dusty , good kitchen. You must confirm with host before renting that you want wifi . The street is mainly non-Italians living there. Very close to everything important and great restaurants.

Great apartment!!!

My wife and I love to travel and we have visited many places and stayed in many apartments, but this apartment was the best.The apartment is in a 16th century building, designed as a 5 star hotel! Everything is so clean, comfortable, beautiful, everything is thought out for easy living.The bedroom, kitchen and yard are all striking with their design. There is a charming courtyard where you can sit in the evening and have a cup of coffee or a glass of Italian wine. The landlady ,Natalya,is very very hospitable, tried to help with everything, tell us how to better navigate in Parma, what sights are worth a visit. Once again I want to mention the incredible design of the apartment, its beauty and comfort, the best apartment we have stayed at ever!

"Das Apartement ist klein, aber sehr hübsch und komplett eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Terrassenbereich gehört dazu. Obwohl es zentral liegt, ist es sehr Ruhig. Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. "

"Proche du centre historique, l''appartement est cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Il est également très fonctionnel. La petite terrasse est bien agréable et au calme. De plus, la propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux !"
