Great Location

Great location near the Train Station. Yes there is traffic noise but you are in the city so no real issue there. The apartment was clean and had everything that we required. There were some good restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the area at all times.

Pleasant stay

Nice stay just on the periphery of downtown. Convenient location next to train station. Apartment was clean air-conditioned. Several amenities are close by including a supermarket. Patrizia was a nice host, and was attentive to our questions.

This was a nice roomy property, easy entry directions and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Be aware there is no living room area with a couch, just a dining room in addition to a kitchen table. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well appointed. Very close to both the Trastevere train station and the tram lines, so you can go anywhere in the city with ease.

Trastevere Roman Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and plan to stay there in the future. My first time at a “BNB” type accommodations. The location makes traveling from the airport and into the Piazza Venezia on a tram seamless. Also buses go everywhere. The rooms were nicely styled, clean, and comfortably sleeps 5 with has a lift in the building.

Public transportation

Probably the best place to stay when you want to use the public transport facilities of Rome. Near the Trastevere station. Supermarket and breakfast within 200 meters. Parking in front of the door. Apartment is clean and has very welcome airconditioning. Host Patricia is very helpful and caring.

Great place

Owner was extremely helpful. But there could have been a lot more information available before and during the stay. How to get there from port in Rome. Other travel info should have been available before and during stay. Skimpy info was available about busses. No train info. Should have been lots of brochures, bus and train schedules. Places to eat. Tourist sites. Grocery store etc. best ways to get around. but Pratizia was very helpful when we asked for assistance. We liked the street and especially the pizza restaurant across the street.

Very noisy environment

While the apartment was lovely internally, the constant noise from road & rail traffic was incessant. Could hardly hear ourselves speaking on the balcony over the traffic & roadworks. Public transport links into Rome city & sights were good, but we would have preferred to be within closer walking distance. I acknowledge that we should have looked more closely at this prior to booking so not a fault of the listing. Host was very responsive to any enquiries so we couldn’t fault her. We had, however, asked if our check out time might be extended from 10am to 11am, but this wasn’t possible & the cleaner was actually standing outside the door before 10am so we left then. A really nice apartment- just not in the right location for our needs.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum

Der Service vom Flughafen zur Ferienwohnung war von Patrizia gut organisiert. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Rom……leider zu kurz. Marion und Ralf

"Roma Caput Mundi, che altro dire! La città trasmette delle sensazioni uniche, i romani poi sono fantastici. L'appartamento è impeccabile, tutto in ordine. A due minuti a piedi dall'appartamento prendete il tram 8 fino al capolinea, largo di Torre Argentina, base di partenza per qualsiasi escursione a piedi nel centro storico. Patrizia è stata presente, puntuale, disponibile e molto, molto gentile. Un riferimento sicuro per chiunque voglia soggiornare con comfort in Roma."

Wonderful apt. in super convenient location!

We highly recommend this apartment for tourists visiting Rome! We are a family of four, but the apartment can sleep five. It was super clean and comfortable, everything you need including comfortable beds, a well-designed and equipped kitchen, a washing machine and air conditioning. The location is a nice, normal neighborhood, not a tourist spot, which we really appreciated. It was good to come home and relax after an intense day of visiting art and historical sites. The transit connections to anywhere in the Rome metro area, historical sites, airport and Rome train stations are outstanding. Supermarket and quick eats close at hand. It's not super quiet, but that's the price for convenience in a big, bustling city. Patrizia is truly as sweet, pleasant, helpful and responsive as other reviews describe. You can't go wrong with this apartment!

Wonderful location

Very nice apartment within a 5 minute walk of main train station to airport and business areas. And also the #8 Tram which will take you all the main sites of Rome. Apartment very comfortable and stocked for everything you will need. Patrizia very nice and willing to help you settle in. Plan to try and stay here again on mu next trip to Rome.

Wir waren drei Personen und haben uns in der gewählten Ferienwohnung während des einwöchigen Aufenthaltes in Rom sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Alles was wir brauchten war in der Qualität vorhanden, wie wir es vom eigenen Zuhause kennen. Patrizia lernten wir als eine sehr freundliche, liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin kennen: Hierfür ganz herzlichen Dank an Patrizia! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Rom

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles war sauber und wunderbar vorbereitet. Der Schlüssel war hinterlegt und wir konnten die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft bereits vor der vereinbarten Zeit direkt beziehen. Unsere sehr nette Gastgeberin Patizia kam dann pünkltlich zur vereinbarten Zeit, um uns die Wohnung zu übergegen und brachte zwei Flaschen vorzüglichen Wein mit. Die Wohnung ist an einer grossen Verkehrsader gelegen. Wenn die Fenster offen stehen hört man den Verkehr. Bei geschlossenen Fenrstern hört man ihn kaum. Die Wohnung ist ca. 200 bis 300 m vom Bahnhof Travestere bzw. der Strassenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Mit der Strassenbahn 8 dauert es ca. 10 bis 15 min bis zur Piazza Venezia. Zu Fuss etwa 45 min. Wir haben in der Nähe der Wohnung sofort einen Parkplatz gefunden Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

an unforgetable experience

A very nice and perfectly located apartment directly at the train station Trastevere only 4 minutes to the Peters dome and close to the tram station 8 which brings you in 10 minutes to the plaza Venezia. Patrizia was perfect. She explained everything and took us even in the evening to a tour through old Trastevere and to Piazza Navona including a very nice dinner. We had a wonderful week in Rome. Wunderschönes Apartment in Rom Trastevere

Ein perfekt gelegenes schönes Apartment in Trastevere direkt an der bahnstation nur 4 minuten zum Petersdom und 300m zur Strassenbahn Linie 8 die einen in 10 Minuten zum Piazza Venezia bringt. Patrizia war eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die und alles erklärte und sogar einen Abend mit uns im alten Viertel von Trastevere verbrachte und uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zeigte. Danke Patrizia

The BEST place to stay in Rome

If you want to be away from the tourist crowds and live where the locals live, but with instant access to all transport into the city, this is for you. Around the corner is the train, tram or bus into the center or anywhere else you may want to go. Around the corner is a good supermarket. It is 3 stops on the bus or tram to the old center of Trastevere. It is a delightful apartment, with an elevator, fully equipped kitchen, lovely new bathroom, washing machine and all beddings etc were lovely - super clean. Four friends stayed and loved our week here. Patrizia was delightful - very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again - highly recommend.
