Emplacement idéal pour cette location au rapport qualité/prix honnête. Le quartier est charmant, les parties communes sont impeccables, l'intérieur de l'appartement est propre, les équipements proposés sont conformes à la description. La literie est confortable et de belle dimension. Quelques points seraient à améliorer : des efforts sur la déco pour rendre le lieu plus accueillant, des notices sur le fonctionnement des équipements, des volets à remettre en état, une porte des toilettes à reboucher (les trous ont beaucoup amusé les enfants, mais quand même...).
