VIlla very well placed in the nature and the ambience with living room with and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The home is the first of the row then with only 1 neighbor and a truly superb 270 degree view of the sea stretching till Cape Ferrato. The house was recently completed and has a large outdoor patio with direct access from the living room to dine outdoors. The sea has both rocks and sand depending on the side of the cost chosen. The context allow the possibility of various sports.

Un fantastique séjour en Sardaigne
De passage en Sardaigne pour deux semaines, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. La maison de Maurizio est idéalement située et offre une vue splendide sur la mer. Elle est très bien équipée et d'une propreté impeccable! Notre hôte a été très disponible. Nous recommandons sans réserve (même avec un enfant de 21 mois!).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nett, der Meerblick ist ein Wahnsinn. In der Gegend gibt es super schöne Badestrände. Um diese zu entdecken benötigt man ein Auto. Einzige Kritik.... es gab nur ein Weinglas 🍷

Absolutly lovely
We spent a wonderful holiday at porto corallo.The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning (extra cost) and much more - all in good shape. The view from the terrace ist marvellous and its empty and silent enough to enjoy it. The garden is lovingly arranged. Even before our arrival the owner helped us to find suitable beaches and restaurants to go to. Questions or notes during our stay he answered quick and satisfying. But you need to know that porto corallo is not a historically grown Italian village. It was built for tourists (not very successful some houses are still to rent or buy) and there are only tourists. The only chance to buy food is at the camping site. You will definitly need a car to go to such traditional towns like Muravera, Villasalto or San Vito. And you have to visit Cagliari (1 1/2 hours south), a town spared from overtourism where tourists and natives drink their cappuccino in the same bar. We really enjoyed our stay at Porto Corallo - due to this wonderful place!

UNA FINESTRA SUL MARE
La casa è molto accogliente, posta su due piani permette una vista sul mare sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera. La terrazza è molto bella, spaziosa e davvero godibile in ogni ora della giornata. I servizi della casa sono ottimi, mentre i servizi all'interno del villaggio di Porto Corallo sono veramente limitati oltre che scarsi. Esperienza di soggiorno piacevolissima e da ripetere.

Modernes, großzügiges Haus mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer
Im Haus fehlen nur eine zusätzliche Lampe über dem Esstisch auf der Terrasse und Handtuchhalter im Bad. Ansonsten ist es ein wunderbares Ferienhaus. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Un coin de paradis
Grace à son propriétaire nous avons trouvé un petit goût de paradis cette été dans cette petite villa. Elle est comme les photos, la description... bien sous beaucoup d'aspect. Loin du bruit, de l'animation du club plus bas, mais proche aussi, ce qui a permis de piquer plus d'une fois la tête dans la piscine ou autre activité proposée par leur fameuse équipe d'animation. Grâce aux bon conseils de Maurizzio, nous avons découvert des plages paradisiaques où les enfants et nous avons passé de très bon moment. Un tout grand merci à la Signora Luisa qui nous a attendu jusque 3 heure du matin à notre arrivée et qui nous a bien aider lors de la panne de la machine à laver. La prochaine fois, nous nous préparerons encore mieux afin de visiter plus les terre et ses petits villages. Ici nous avons découvert les plages, l'eau cristalines et ses petits et gros poissons. Merci, nous transmettons cette bonne adresse à nos connaissances.

Calme et agréable
En ce début mai Porto Corallo est encore très très calme alors que la météo a été superbe tout au long du séjour (30 degrés voire plus, l'air de la mer est présent car dans les terres il fait encore beaucoup plus chaud). Seuls les restaurants sont ouverts (pas encore la supérette ni le café de la plage). C'est un village destiné aux vacances, joliment conçu. On s'est baignés en mer ( c'est froid le premier jour - mai - puis on s'y fait vite). Le propriétaire n'habite pas sur place, mais nous avons été bien accueillis pas Luisa malgré notre heure d'arrivée très tardive. La maison est bien disposée et bien équipée, terrasse très agréable, et la vue est très reposante. Pour rejoindre la mer qui est en contrebas comme on le voit sur les photos, il y a pour la plage quand même 10 minutes de marche. En voiture on peut rejoindre d'autres plages magnifiques. Le ménage final payant est obligatoire et la location éventuelle de draps et serviettes sont en sus. Les distances en Sardaigne sont trompeuses, car les routes sont très sinueuses et les directions très mal indiquées. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Pace e tranquillità
Ho soggiornato in questa Villetta per una settimana e devo dire che è una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità. E' situata a Porto Corallo, una località esclusivamente residenziale, dove il paese più vicino è Villaputzu, tipico paesino sardo, con il minimo indispensabile. Per una settimana di totale relax, questa villetta è perfetta...la vista è mozzafiato e l'ampio terrazzo con piccolo giardino, è il posto ideale dove cenare e passare le serate in compagnia di amici in serenità. La casa inoltre, è dotata di tutti i comfort, dall'attrezzatura per la spiaggia, alla doccia esterna, ai condizionatori presenti in ogni stanza, al barbecue. I proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Stra consigliato. Già mi manca!

vacances de rêve garanties dans cette maison!
La maison est très bien équipée. Tout est en très bon état de fonctionnement: nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Au contraire, nous n'avons eu que des bonnes surprises... La terrasse était très agréable, ombragée par des canisses et un superbe bougainvillée qui retombait face à la mer: très joli! A l'arrière de la maison, un petit jardin en étage est en train de prendre forme sous l'oeil attentif des propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et de très bons conseils pour notre séjour. La vue est magnifique depuis toute les pièces, y compris la chambre des enfants et la maison est tellement bien ventilée que l'on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. La climatisation, pourtant présente, n'est absolument pas nécessaire. Pour apprécier la maison, il faut aimer le calme et ne pas rechercher un centre touristique animé car elle n'est pas du tout située à un endroit répondant à ces critères. Il faut également avoir un véhicule car elle est sur les hauteurs et un peu loin du village. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

It was our first visit to this island. Marvellous memories!! Thank you people from Sardinia! You are so kind and helpful all the time, an authentic and sincere sense of the hospitality! Great support from the owner, we could find the place very easily. A very serious gentleman at all times. If you have a problem, he will try to solve it on the spot. Thank you! At arrival we immediately fell in love by this gorgeous spot. The house is exactly as in the description, was very clean and equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable, including air conditioners in every room, that certainly bring comfort during the hot summer days. A huge terrace to enjoy in the evening and even a grass corner to sunbathing and shower outside! Very quiet place allowing a restful sleep, though not far from the places where you can go for a drink and fun. The view is superb over the vast Mediterranean Sea. Unforgettable! You can find beaches at walking distance or go around and discover other spots. The owner was very welcoming, giving clear and complete instructions on how to reach the place, where to go to supermarket, and good recommendations for restaurants in the area, serving delicious fresh seafood and fish. The most beautiful beaches. Always available to answer your messages when you ask questions. A five star support!! The father of the owner is sometimes around and is equally kind and supportive, making suggestions to visit places that are particularly beautiful. When we were leaving things went very smooth as well. The two ladies Luisa and another, working for the owner gave us excellent support. We strongly recommend this place!

Merveilleuse location
Superbe maison située sur les hauteurs d'une colline avec une vue mer exceptionnelle. Location conforme à l’annonce avec tout le confort et très propre. L'accueil et le départ effectués par MME Luisa se sont très bien déroulés. Le propriétaire nous a indiqué les sites à visiter et les bons restaurants. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub ...
Ein wunderschöner Urlaub alles entspricht den Angaben und der Vermieter und auch der Vater vom Vermieter sowie Luise haben uns sehr gut betreut und mit Infos versorgt. Ein Auto ist ganz wichtig um an die tollen Strände in der Umgebung zu fahren. Dieser Ort ist kein typischer Touristenauflauf man muss wirklich nach Villaputzu oder nach Muravera fahren wenn man ein bisserl einkaufen will. Aber Erholung pur und die Aussicht von der Terasse aus ist ein Traum wir haben unser Frühstück immer auf dieser genossen. Bin begeistert von der regelmässigen Müllentsorgung. Der Gasgrill hat uns tolle Dienste erwiesen.Der grösse Kühlschrank ist ideal für die ganze Familie. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.Wir werden mal in der Vorsaison kommen und die Landschaft geniesen. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden wiederkommen, alles Liebe an Luise und die gesamte Familie von Maurizio, senden die Familie Eisenberger aus Graz Österreich

Very Nice Home/Appartment...
Very Nice Home/Appartment. Very well equiped (especialy the Kitchen). The Terrasse is marvelous with a beautifull view on the Sea 200m lower. Porto Corallo was very quite for us in July. The village nearby (Villapuzu) is just excellent for local food shopping (Butcher, Fisherman, Pasta,...). The beaches around (from 5min walk to 40 min by car) are simply astonishing.

And even over 70 TV-programs in german language plus radio! We can definately recommend this house! Thank you very much! We''d love to return! Porto Corallo is not that overcrowded like you will find it at Costa Smeralda or Costa Rei. We found a lot of very empty beaches with beautiful sandy and clean beaches. PERFECT!!!"
