Cozy house

The property is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking, and the living area is cozy, with plenty of natural light. Maison familiale

Maison spacieuse, agréable et bien équipée, entourée d'un grand jardin clôturé et d'une terrasse ensoleillée. La situation géographique permet de tout faire à pied ou en vélo. Notre séjour en famille y a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Belle maison dans un très beau jardin

Bon rapport qualité prix. Tout n’est pas nickel neuf, mais l’équipement est complet y compris les sacs poubelles en suffisance. Maison très lumineuse et agréable. Nous étions 10, de 7 à 67 ans.

Ruim en praktisch ingericht familiehuis. Mooie omgeving. Rustig. Winkel (klein) in de buurt. Parkeerruimte voor meerdere auto’s op eigen terrein. Tafeltennistafel in de kelder met veel batjes en balletjes. Ook leuk voor volwassenen. Fijne bedden. Wastafel op aantal kamers. Open haard in woonkamer zorgt voor sfeer en extra behaaglijk klimaat als het wat killer is. Afgesloten keuken en woonkamer. Prettig en vlot contact met eigenaar.

Pas au standing

Globalement correct, mais équipements vieillots et mobilier sommaire. Banquette usée et tachée, WC à détartrer, literie moyenne, une chambre sans table de nuit ni lampe de chevet, vaisselle passée, électricité pas adaptée... Bref, un rajeunissement s'impose. Le standing n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Une maison bien adaptée aux petits enfants

La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien située par rapport au centre de Hardelot. Son jardin totalement clôturé est un vrai paradis pour les petits enfants. Tout aurait été parfait si la propreté des sanitaires et de la literie avait été au rendez-vous et si l'évier bouché de la salle de bains et l'évacuation difficile de la baignoire avaient été vérifiés avant la mise en location. Heureusement, le dépannage a été rapidement pris en charge et le problème résolu en cours de séjour.

excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo peu clémente. La villa est spacieuse ,lumineuse et bien aménagée. Nous avons surtout apprécié le jardin bien clôturé où les enfants ont pu s'ébattre tandis que les adultes se mesuraient au ping- pong. La situation est excellente, au calme mais proche des commerces et de la plage. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est à l'écoute et efficace. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille.

Séjour agréable en bord de mer

L'expérience locative était superbe. Seul petit bémol mais rien de gravissime, il n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce que nous devions apporter nos propres draps et taies. Donc nous nous sommes retrouvés à aller en acheter dès notre arrivée et vu le nombre de lits, cette dépense n'était vraiment pas prévue. Donc n'oubliez pas de l'ajouter à l'annonce. Sinon pour tout le reste, très agréable, belle et grande maison..toutes les commodités. A proximité de la plage et du centre ville avec ses petits commerces. Par contre hardelot est très calme le soir venu. A part 2 ou 3 bars, il ny avait pas grand chose à faire. Nous nous sommes rendus à Boulogne sur mer ou il y avait une fête forraine. Moment de détente totale pour les enfants.

Grande maison familiale fonctionnelle et lumineuse entourée d'un grand jardin clos.

Avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Nous ne nous y sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. La maison 🏡 et le jardin sont propices aux parties de cache cache pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. La table de ping-pong 🏓 occupe bien en cas de pluie☔. Pas de soucis de stationnement. Nous avons pu garer les 3 véhicules sur le terrain. La plage et les commerces sont à 10 mn à pied de la location. À savoir, en cas de ménage ce n'est pas 70 euros mais 100 euros. Nous garderons de très bons et beaux souvenirs de notre séjour dans cette maison familiale.

One of the best

We spent a Family Christmas in this lovely house and it gave us all we wanted. Always cosy and warm with central heating and a log fire to add to the ambience. The bedrooms were large, the kitchen had ample facilities and it was a lovely, short walk into the restaurants and shops. A brisk walk along the seafront after Christmas dinner was enjoyed by all. For a (large) Family holiday at any time of the year this is the place.

Groot huis dichtbij bossen en strand

We hebben er fijn oudjaar doorgebracht! Leuke wandelingen in het bos en langs het strand. Het huis zelf is verouderd met hier en daar wat mankementen maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Toujours aussi satisfaits !

C est la deuxième fois que nous venons avec notre grande famille, et nous apprécions cette grande maison au calme avec son jardin vallonné, clos et très vaste: un super terrain de jeu pour les enfants.! Le temps était superbe et comme la maison est très lumineuse, ça rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Commerces et plage sont accessibles à pied et à vélo et nous avons donc très peu utilisé la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison ideale pour les vacances !

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse . Elle fonctionne très bien . Les propriétaires rénovent la maison elle n en sera que plus agréable encore . Le jardin est superbe les enfants y ont passé tout leur temps . Nous n avons pas eu à prendre la voiture de la semaine , l emplacement est ideale . Au mois d avril nous n avons pas eu d autre choix que de mettre le chauffage . Pas de wifi ; à savoir pour les personnes accros . La literie était très propre ainsi que l ensemble de la maison . Nous y retournerons volontiers .

This was an ideal house f...

This was an ideal house for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and a toddler. It was large and wonderfully light, particularly the living-room, which had glass on two sides, making you feel as if you were in the garden. It must be said that the furnishings and decorations were a little shabby, but that made it possible to be more relaxed about the children. The garden was completely fenced, with just grass and trees, making it quite safe for the children to run around and play. They were also delighted by the cupboard full of toys in their bedroom! Although surrounded by other houses, the size of the garden and the surrounding trees meant that it felt completely private. There was an excellent childrens' playground very close to the house, and the beach was about a 15-minute walk. Hardelot-Plage is full of places to eat and has a small supermarket, several good boulangeries (we liked Clement for bread) and a pharmacy. It wasn't easy to find the little side road leading to the house when we arrived (we were using Google Maps), as we had to drive over a kerb to turn into it, so missed it a couple of times.
