Excellent accueil de Françoise et Virginie. Appartement idéalement situé et très agréable avec son jardinet, et en plus un parking en sous-sol. Avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Annonce tout à fait conforme avec la réalité. TRES BON SOUVENIR.

Agréable séjour

Au calme dans cette résidence avec piscine. Location bien équipée. Excellent accueil par Virginie. Nombreuses possibilités de location de vélos à proximité. St Martin de Ré, est bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l'ile.

agréable séjour dans une location familiale et calme

bel appartement bien agencé et qui a tout le nécessaire ,on s'y sent comme chez soi ,ensoleillé tout l 'après midi et la soirée, une piscine et surtout une place de parking privée en sous- sol et tout cela à 3 mn du centre de St Martin de Ré donc du port ,des restaurants et commerces avec un beau marché quotidien , en résumé un bon choix

2nd stay

Stayed here last year and pleased to return.Ideally situated ,great for a couple. Good to have your own outside space with table ,chairs and parasol. Private parking. Wardrobe space available this year which was a bonus . We are hoping to return again

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen und damit vom Zentrum von Saint-Martin-de-Re entfernt. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass die Verwaltung es nicht geschafft hat, in dieser Woche die Beleuchtung an den beiden Treppen, über die man zu unserem Apartment gehen musste, in Ordnung zu bringen, obwohl wir den Schaden bereits am ersten Tag gemeldet hatten. Nach 9 Uhr abends lag dieser Weg somit total im Dunkeln und war nur noch unter erheblicher Gefahr für die Gesundheit zu benutzen. Es wäre schön, wenn jemand dieser Verwaltung nachdrücklich mitteilen könnte, dass zu ihrem Job nicht nur das Berechnen von Honoraren gehört, sondern dass man dafür auch etwas tun muss.

Prima Lage, alles da, was man braucht und in gutem Zustand. Sehr netter Empfang und Verabschiedung durch die Beauftragte des Eigentümers. Abwickung völlig problemos. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel avec parking en sous sol très appréciable. Localisation géographique idéale dans St Martin, Port et centre ville en moins de 5 minutes à pied. La résidence est sécurisée et très calme, on se réveille au chant des petits oiseaux. La sécurité de la piscine est parfaitement adaptée vis à vis des enfants. 2 suggestions : -1/Peut être serait il préférable que les frais de ménage soient inclus dans le prix de la location pour que tous les vacanciers trouvent le même niveau de propreté en arrivant. Nous nous sommes acquittés des frais de ménage pour être tranquilles,mais nous avons eu l'impression de payer pour le ménage de nos prédécesseurs, la dame venue nous apporter les clefs ayant convenu que le ménage des précédents locataires n'avait pas été fait à fond (poussière). -2/ Prévoir un deuxième jeu de clefs serait plus confortable car tous les locataires de l'appartement ne vont pas toujours ensemble se promener au même endroit ou faire les mêmes activités.
