In the ancient building of the 18th century our small apartment ( 36 mq ) , recently restored , extends on two floors . On the ground floor in a trendy atmosphere there is the living-room with new furniture (a crystal table, TV flat screen , Hi-Fi, INTERNET WiFi ). The kitchenette is completely equipped ( plate in glass-ceramic microwave oven) . An indoor staircase leads to the second floor where the bed-room has double bed king size divisible on two single beds with a window the next bathroom with a crystall shower . Also in this room there is a TV flat screen available . In the apartment the air conditioning is optimal with a dispenser in every room with separate control . The atmosphere is comfortable and elegant and caracterized by ancient and wooden ceiling beams .
The flat is in the heart of Naples. The historical centre walking distance to everything . The historical Naples of the Greek/Romain period and the most important cathedrals and churches are in the immediate vicinity:
Tourist Office in Piazza del Gesù ( 5 minutes walk ) . Piazza Dante ( Metro stop 5 minutes walk ) - Toledo ( Metro stop 5 minutes walk ) Montesanto (Funicolare and Metro stop - 10 minutes walk ) .The Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo, Piazza del Plebiscito ( 10 minutes walk ) , the Royal Palace , S. A Gem

A hidden gem in Naples, located in a quiet street, close to main metro stations and shops. The house is small, split over 2 floors and has everything you need for a great stay. The owner is friendly and helpful, check in was fast and easy. If you're looking at this review, all I can say is...book now, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great Value in central Naples

Great apartment and unbeatable value. Communication and service from Claudio was quick and professional. Yes it has little natural light and is a bit damp. Stairs to loft are a bit steep if you are not agile. Powerful AC kept it dry and cool during summer heat. Pictures and description totally accurate. Location is central and safe. Modern amenities and in good condition. Great for single traveler or couple.

Très bon séjour à Naples

Claudio a très bien communiqué avec nous avant notre séjour pour nous donner toutes les informations. Son ami s'est occupé de notre arrivée et a été très à l'écoute également, ce qui est un point important pour nous. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Naples et parfait pour un court séjour. Merci Claudio 😊

Great Little apartment in the Center of everything

This is an ideal place in Naples if you want to be able to quickly walk to restaurants, the Metro, the historic area and even the port. It is for one or two people who do not plan on spending any more of their time there than necessary for sleep, have breakfast and a quick stop between "A" and "B". It is entirely adequate for making a meal or two but with many good restaurants within literally feet the question becomes why. It is incredibly quiet, and although it doesn't have much light for me it was perfect. Claudio was extremely helpful making sure I found an ATM when I arrived and walked me to my Taxi when I left.

Bien situé....mais insalubre!

Petit appartement dans le centre historique, très bien équipé, sur deux niveaux; L'entrée se situe au fond d'une arrière-cour humide et très sombre ( la lumière est indispensable toute la journée ) mais ce n'est pas gênant dans la mesure ou l'on passe son temps à l'extérieur; Plus grave est l'odeur d'égout persistante qui remonte des canalisations dans la salle d'eau, et rien n'y a fait: ni la ventilation mécanique en permanence, ni les fenêtres ouvertes ( pas le top au niveau sécurité ), ni le remplissage des siphons... Dommage. Le propriétaire devrait se pencher sérieusement sur le problème.

Real Italy

We spent a week in the apartment in Naples and used it as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The apartment was small but had everything you needed. We enjoyed spending our time in Naples by the waterfront which was about a 15 minute walk. The only downside was the lack of natural light. It could be 2pm on a sunny day and you wouldn't know until you got out on the street. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment though so it was ok. If you're going to Naples this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. Claudio was such a great host, he even welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon!

L'appartamento si trova al centro di Napoli, si può visitare quasi tutta Napoli a piedi, comunque ci sono le fermate della metroToledo e Dante vicine. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi, c'è solo un piccolo problema, la scala per raggiungere la camera da letto è alquanto ripida.

agréable séjour

Appartement situé dans le centre historique de Naples et proche d'une station de métro. Proche d'une place très animée le soir, le logement est néanmoins en retrait et au calme, et bien équipé. Mr Collinet nous a réservé un très bon accueil et sa maitrise parfaite du français a facilité la communication. Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour découvrir la ville.

De très belles vacances

Nous avons passé presque deux semaines dans cet appartement. L'accueil a vraiment été très chaleureux et agréable. La situation était idéale pour tous les transports en commun et les visites à pied. Le seul défaut est peut être le manque de luminosité, mais le confort proposé le fait vite oublier. Une location à recommander tant pour le sérieux et l'efficacité de Claudio que pour l'appartement.

Un séjour mémorable.

Nous avons passé de très beaux moments à Naples. Claudio nous accueillis avec beaucoup d'empressement et de gentillesse. Il était à l'heure pour nous attendre. Il nous adonné d'excellents conseils pour visiter la Campanie. L'appartement était propre, bien décoré, bien situé et bien équipé. Un quartier magnifique où tout se faisait à pied. Séjour à Naples avec nuits calmes et sans bruit

Un logement fonctionnel très bien équipé et propre. Claudio est un hôte accueillant et efficace, il nous a fourni des informations très précises quant aux moyens pour accéder au logement depuis l'aéroport. Malgré quelques petits inconvénients ( appartement de type "basso" situé dans un cour intérieur et un peu sombre, c'est un logement qui respire le CALME, indispensable pour de bonnes nuits eu égard au bruit continu de la ville ! Admirablement situé à coté du centre historique et de Spaccanapoli, du Quartier espagnol et ses petites échoppes et ses pizzas frites. Il est proche des métros "Toledo", "Dante" ainsi que de la gare de Montesanto (Pouzzole, Champs Phlégriens). A recommander pour un bon séjour dans cette ville fascinante

Super séjour !

Très bien situé, cet appartement en duplex correspond tout à fait à la description donnée. Propre, meublé récent avec mobilier simple et pratique. Idéalement situé dans le Naples historique, avec le métro à côté. Restaurants, transports, tout est parfait. Seul petit bémol, le trop peu de lumière dans l'appartement....mais en partant du principe que nous étions là pour découvrir cette belle ville, pas de problème ! Région riche en visites et découvertes de lieux comme Pompei et Capri....juste superbe ! Et les différents quartiers de Naples différents et typiques, juste formidable ! Les Napolitains : sympa et accueillants ! Les rapports avec Claudio et son ami Stefano ont été très agréables et bien sympa ! On reviendra sans problème et on hesitera pas à louer à nouveau avec eux ! Séjour Formidable !

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait chez Claudio. L'appartement est vraiment idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre historique et du quartier espagnol. Tout est accessible à pied très facilement. L'appartement en lui-même est très bien équipé, et très agréable à vivre. La faible luminosité ne nous a absolument pas gêné. Nous conseillons vivement cette location, d'autant que Claudio nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité. Une adresse parfaite pour un magnifique séjour à Naples!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft

Ciao liebe Interessenten. Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Appartement 8 Tage übernachtet. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Vom Flughafen mit dem Alibus bis zum Hafen und dann knappe 15 Min. zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung. In einem Radius von 0-3 Km sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus befindet sich in einem gepflegten und sehr sicherem Wohnviertel und liegt in einer schmalen sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes (sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig, 18 Jahr.). Sie ist neuwertig, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist die Wohnung auch bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm temperiert. Man kann hier wirklich sau gut schlafen! Wer allerdings Wert auf viel Licht legt, für den ist die Unterkunft nicht so gut geeignet. Es gibt nur 2 Fenster in einen schmalen dunklen Innenhof. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit in der traumhaften schönen , extrem vielfältigen Stadt und der wunderschönen Region unterwegs waren 😉. Der Vermieter ist übrigens sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Anmietung und Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben hier einer unserer schönsten Urlaube verbracht und können Euch das Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen. Also auf nach Napoli! LG Wolfgang und Birgit

loft carino ma buio

L' appartamento è situato in una zona centrale vicino a molte attrazioni e la maggior parte possono essere raggiunte a piedi. La metratura e'sufficiente per una casa vacanza anche se i locali sono un po'umidi e sopratutto situati in una zona piuttosto buia dello stabile. Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari forse migliorabile la dotazione delle stoviglie.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Claudio. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. Certes, il est très sombre mais parfaitement situé, à quelques pas de l'une des rues les plus commerçantes de Naples, et très calme. Nous recommandons cette adresse sur Naples.

Posizione top

La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione riguardo alla posizione e ai servizi offerti era accurata, esaustiva e corrispondente; è facile arrivare dalla stazione Garibaldi o dall'areoporto ed è altrettanto comodo muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. La metropolitana di Toledo è un incanto, la linea 2 lascia basiti per la architettura e luci. L'appartamento era pulito, in ottimo stato, con tutti i comfort. L'accoglienza fornita dalla proprietaria è stata molto gradita. Potrebbe creare qualche perplessità l'ingresso dal portone del palazzo, all'appartamento vero e proprio, ma si dimentica appena entrati per il silenzio impagabile. Consiglierei questa locazione perchè in dieci passi ci si trova in via Toledo, dove bere il caffè al Bar Gerardi è un'emozione che merita, come la pizza fritta di Sorbillo sulla stessa via (in prossimità di P.zza del Plebiscito) e una puntatina al Bar Augustus dove preparano piatti gustosi della cucina locale. Da qui si raggiungono i centri di interesse turistico in breve tempo Non ultima, professionalità, cortesia e simpatia degli abitanti.

Perfect hospitality, very central location

Communication was always friendly and swift, and our greeter Stefano was right on time. He did not only show us the apartment, but also gave us an overview of the city and suggested places to visit. It can't get much better than that! Kitchen/dining/living room is downstairs, the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and connected by small stairs. Both levels are equipped with a/c that can also be used for heating. Wifi is fast and you even have a telephone. The apartment is clean and has a modern, well kept interior. Since the apartment is deep inside an old 18th century house, you'll have very little daylight. Some people might perceive this as a downside, but since we spent the daylight time out in the city, it was not an issue to us. The apartment is very nicely located, but still very quiet. Just a few steps to shopping street Via Toledo; walking to the port will take around 20 minutes. Forgot to buy a wine for dinner? You'll find an Enoteca just 20m down the alley. The supermarket on Via Monteoliveto is a 3 minute walk away, the metro stations on Line1 around 5 minutes. The apartment is equipped for cooking, but you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars around if you don't want to. For us it was a perfect place to stay. It was my second time in Napoli and this beats the first trips' s hotel on Lungomare any day.

Apartamento altamente recomendable

Hemos pasado ocho días en este precioso apartamento situado en el centro de Nápoles, a dos minutos de la Calle Toledo y del auténtico Nápoles. El apartamento tiene todo lo que tiene que tener. Es pequeño pero muy cómodo y todo está muy bien puesto. No le falta de nada. Nos recibió el marido de Fulvia, muy muy servicial y nos esperaba con un pequeño regalo de bienvenida -gracias Fulvia-. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Quand le plaisir rencontre le fonctionnel ....

L'accueil chaleureux de Stefano a été très agréable et a bien initié notre séjour. Les cadeaux de Fulvia à notre attention nous ont touché. Nous avons trouvé ce loft, dans le centre historique de Naples, très agréable. Tellement bien situé que nous avons pu rejoindre à pieds une multitude de sites et de lieux à visiter. Cet appartement est très fonctionnel avec un équipement tout à fait moderne de quoi rendre votre séjour des plus agréables, tel qu'a été le notre. Virginie et Jean-Michel (Gard)
