Great Place

Very nice location right at the dunes. The groomed garden is a perfect match to the house. We loved to stay there. A clear recommendation.

Une semaine au son des vagues / A week with the sound of the waves

Une semaine très reposante bercée par le son des vagues de l'ocean à 200m. Le jardin est très agréablement aménagé avec un jacuzzi très bienvenue pour des moments de détente avant de préparer un repas sur la plancha avec les produits de l'océan achetés sur le marché aux poissons.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est agréable avec néanmoins quelques bémols : la dangerosité de l'escalier et la qualité du WIFI. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus.

Tolle Wohnung, imposanter Atlantik

Wir haben die Ferien im Haus von Didier sehr genossen, für den Hund war es ideal, dass alles eingezäunt ist. Wir haben viele schöne Spziergänge auch in den Dünen und am unendlichen Sandstrand gemacht. Wir hatten für Mai ausgesprochenes Wetterglück mit viel Sonne und vereinzelten Wolken. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Agréable w.e., à deux pas de l'océan

En ce beau w.e. du 11 novembre nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse extérieure et du spa. Maison très bien équipée ; le couchage est bon. Didier a été très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous sommes très contents.

Vacances très agréables

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Hôte très accueillant et très discret. Le ménage de la maison n'était pas au top mais on s'y sent très bien. Jardin excellent avec jacuzzi très appréciable et propre. Merci pour l'accueil nous reviendrons si l'hôte veut bien nous accueillir.

Quinze jours au calme

Belle petite habitation avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires, un jardin bien entretenu avec un coin spa très agréable. A cela il faut ajouter un quartier particulièrement calme en cette saison, avec pour musique de fonds, l'océan pour nous rappeller que la plage n'est pas loin.

Une petite maisonnette idéale

Cette petite maisonnette décorée avec goût est très fonctionnelle. Son jardin (entièrement cloturé) est très appréciable car le logement se situe dans une impasse très calme au bord de la dune et de l'océan. Chambre comfortable et literie au top ! Didier est un hôte disponible et très sympathique !

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Wir waren im September 2018 in Capbreton und ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend nah am Strand. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten ist ideal für Hunde geeignet. Nach Capbreton sind es knapp 2 km zu Fuß und hier gibt es alles was man braucht, vor allem gutes Essen. Der Strand ist ewig lang und besteht aus Sanddünen wie ich sie von früher noch kenne. Nur der Atlantik ist leider sehr wild, ideal zum Surfen, zum Schwimmen aber weniger geeignet. Ich glaube wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier. Danke Didier für den tollen Urlaub. Kerstin und José

Sehr schönes Fereinedomiziel

Wir waren Ende Juni 2018 in Capbreton. Wir können das Domizil absolut empfehlen. Sehr nah am breiten Strand, netter Vermieter, super Jacuzzi, schöner Garten, Wifi, Gasgrill (Plancha) lädt zum BBQ ein. Der Strand ist nur an den Eingängen etwas voller. Zumindest in den 2 letzten Juniwochen waren wir ein paar Meter abseits fast alleine. Capbreton ist ein netter Ort mit lokalem Markst, Fischmarkt und ein paar netten Restaurants. Supermärkte sind mehrere vor Ort. Alles da was man braucht. In 45 min ist man in San Sebastian - Pinchos essen. :D

only 2 of us but more than adequate for 4 people lovely and quiet.

We had a great holiday walked on the beach with the dogs every day nice little stroll into the town and also to the promonade a few times. The house Had a nice enclosed garden great for the dogs and a lovely sun trap. The hot tub was brilliant. We had a thoroughly great time. The property was nice and clean had everything you need except a hair dryer

Très belle location

jolie petite maison décorée avec gout. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et très agréable, le jacusi est appréciable. Attention cependant aux jeunes enfants l'escalier menant aux deux chambres est très raide. A noter également que les sanitaires se trouvent uniquement au rez de chaussée. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement et l'équipement en électro ménager est bien complet. Vous disposerez aussi de Canal +. La plage est très proche, il suffit de passer la dune. Le centre ville est accessible à pied en 15 minutes. Le quartier est calme car très résidentiel. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui est un gros plus ! Nous recommanderons cette location à nos amis.

Hawaii sur France

Wir waren das zweite mal zu Besuch in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Capbreton. Wie auch beim letzen Mal ein sehr entspannter Check-In mit Didier und seiner Frau. Sie wohnen neben an und sind sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Es gibt einen asphaltierten privaten Parkplatz auf dem Hof der durch das elektrische Schiebetor verschlossen werden kann. So kann entspannt ausgeladen werden und evtl Surfbretter auch längere Zeit auf dem Autodach gelassen werden. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man benötigt. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Was es für uns Perfekt macht ist der schöne Garten mit Palmen einer satten Wiese und der Gartendusche die für Abkühlung sorgt. Hier kann man nach dem Surfen wunderbar im Schatten entspannen. Im Garten steht ein kleiner Schuppen in dem man auch 4-6 Surfbretter problemlos unterbekommt. So müssen diese auch nicht draussen liegen. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt. Es ist sehr ruig, je nachdem wie der Wind steht hört man das Meer. Zu Fuss sind es nicht mal 4 minuten über die Düne an den Strand und Surfspot "la Piste". Für uns war es mal wieder der Pefekte Urlaub seit langem!
