Beautiful holiday home rental in Loctudy on the south coast of Brittany. Comfortable house , very spacious and bright, for 8 people, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Lodonnec. 4 bedrooms, 2 sofas 2 bathrooms 2 toilets.
New furniture. Neat decoration. Calm neighborhood. garden with trees. Terrace facing south/south west, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, awning, deckchairs. 4 bicycles available. Wireless. Big screen TV, Hifii system.
Lodonnec beach, the most beautiful in Loctudy, is a 10-minute walk away or 3 minutes by bike.
It is exposed south/east, and therefore well sheltered from the prevailing winds and currents. Children can swim in it in complete safety.

Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location spacieuse, tous conforts, au calme, et bien située pour une découverte de la bretagne sud. Et en plus, plage ou petites criques (eau extra limpide) à 10 mn à pieds de la location 👍😎

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung
Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt. Sie haben uns wertvolle Informationen über die Region gegeben. Das Haus war super eingerichtet, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist klasse und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Wanderungen auf dem GR 34 (Zöllnerpfad), hier zeigte sich die atemberaubende Landschaft der Bretagne in vielfältiger Weise.

Une jolie maison fonctionnelle et pratique avec un très beau jardin fleuri
On a bien apprécié la maison et la région même si le temps n’était pas magnifique. Très joli jardin fleuri avec une table extérieure où on prenait nos repas avec le barbecue à côté. Les 4 vélos disponibles sont très pratiques dans cette ville avec peu de côtes. On a aussi apprécié l’accueil des charmants propriétaires.

Communication with owners was excellent from onset of booking. We were met at the house and given comprehensive local information. The house and garden were superb, the best equipped accommodation ever. Use of cycles was a bonus. We could not have been more satisfied and would not hesitate to stay here again. Cette location à Loctudy est parfaite en tous points : belle maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée, bel environnement à 2 pas de la mer, proche du port et des commerces et idéalement situé pour découvrir ce beau Finistère Sud. Propriétaire s extrêmement agréables et attentionnés. Très bons souvenirs.

The house was as expected, fully equipped with everything you could hope for, very clean and well cared for. Well located in a rural setting, but not far from town and beaches, very quiet. The host Jean Pierre and his wife where most accommodating and very pleasant .

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen ( 6 Personen). Das Haus liegt ruhig, hat einen großen Garten mit Liegestühlen. Es sind drei Strände in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable à vivre et très bien située.
Nous avons passé quinze jours de vacances très agréables et reposantes. Nous y étions avec vos enfants et petits enfants qui ont bien apprécié le grand jardin ensoleillé et les belles plages de sable blanc à proximité. La maison, très récente, proposait toutes les commodités pour un séjour harmonieux en famille. L'accueil par nos hôtes était parfait. Nous recommandons cette belle location.

Optimale Bedingungen für einen Familienurlaub in der Bretagne
Mit dem modernen und sehr gepflegten Haus von Familie Euzen haben wir für unseren Sommerurlaub in der Bretagne optimale Bedingungen vorgefunden. Die Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt deckte sich in jeder Hinsicht mit den Angaben im Internet und die Abwicklung von An- und Abreise durch die sehr sympathischen Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme. Ausstattung wie Lage des Hauses ermöglichten einen entspannten Aufenthalt auch in der Konstellation zweier Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern. Die Nähe zum Meer mit herrlichen Sandstränden - hier insbesondere die Sables blanches - wie auch zum Ortskern von Luctudy, einem sehr ansprechenden und gepflegten Hafenort mit allen wichtigen Einkaufs- und zudem schönen Einkehrmöglichkeiten, garantierten bei bestem Wetter erlebnis- und genußreiche Urlaubstage. Auch weiterreichende Exkursionen sind bei sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung problemlos möglich, so dass unsererseits eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung dieses Feriendomizils ergeht und wir uns für den schönen Aufenthalt in Loctudy bei Mme. und M. Euzen herzlich bedanken.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt! Alles vorhanden, um einen gemütlichen Urlaub zu verbringen. 2 Kühlschränke, zwei Kochgelegenheiten, eine in der Garage, da zieht der Fisch-/Muschelduft nicht durchs ganze Haus. Ein wunderschön angelegter Garten, ich war bin sehr neidisch auf die schön blühenden Sträucher. Die reichhaltige Küchenausstattung läßt bequem eine Familie versorgen, alle möglichen Kochutensilien in guter Qualität vorhanden. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Martine und Jean-Pierre sind sehr liebe und überaus hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Wir bekamen u. a. jede Woche per Mail den Newsletter des Touristbüros zugesandt. Beide haben uns mit sehr leckeren Crepes und Cidre und ganz viel Infos zur Umgebung herzlich empfangen. Also wir (insgesamt 7 Personen) sind rundherum begeistert von unserem 3 wöchigen Urlaub. Nochmal ein großes MERCI an Martine und Jean-Pierre. P. S. der Knoblauch und die Zwiebel hängen im Korb :)

Wunderbares großes Haus für einen Familienurlaub am Meer
Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 7 Personen im Sommerurlaub und waren alle rundum zufrieden. Die Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung war perfekt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in dem tollen großen Garten und am Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Toll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns in dem netten Haus mit dem tollen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung (Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, ...) ließ keine Wünsche offen.
