Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kurzem Weg zum Meer viele kleine Buchten und viel neues zu entdecken. Auch zum Einkaufen ging es durch das romantische Städtchen einfach nur schön. Es gab Muscheln die ich noch nie gesehen habe.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir waren zu viert als Familie in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Wir konnten sogar nette nachbarschaftliche Kontakte knüpfen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung und die Lage innerhalb der kleinen Ortschaft und zum Strand. Kinder.- und Elternschlafbereich sind mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, was uns in keinster Weise gestört hat. Und auch sonst war die Größe der Wohnung für uns völlig ausreichend. Was wir im Inserat nicht lesen konnten ist, dass man die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss. Wir hatten dies zum Glück zufällig dabei, weil wir zuvor schon an einer anderen Station waren. Zudem: Die Endreinigung muss durch den Nutzer selbst am letzten Urlaubstag erledigt werden. auch dies ist natürlich nicht ungewöhnlich, war uns aber vorher nicht klar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Appartement tres comfortable aproximite des commercants et de la mer.

Le studio est vraiment tres comfortable, propre, avec un cuisine ouverte tres bien equippée et avec une decoration qui rend le sejour encore plus agréable. Les lits sont confortables. Le studio est tres bien placé, à proximité des commercants, de la pharmacie, de la plage et des rochers sculpte de Rotheneuf. Déplacement facile sur st malo intra muros et st malo gare en bus (arret situe a moins de 100 metres de l'apparetement). La communication avec le proprietaire s'effectue facilement. Location vivement recommandée.

C’êtait la deuxieme fois et c’êtait aussi formidable que la prémier séjour dans cet appartement

Die in Strandnähe liegende Wohnung war immer noch genauso schön wie wir sie in Erinnerung hatten: sehr ruhig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sie besticht durch die geschmackvolle Dekoration. Dass die beiden Schlafräume nur durch einen Vorhang von einander getrennt sind, sollte man bei der Auswahl berücksichtigen. Uns (Mutter und Tochter) hat das auch dieses Mal überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und neben unseren Lieblingszielen Mont-Saint-Michel und Saint Malo dieses Mal Brieuc erkundet, was auch einen Ausflug wert ist. Wir danken den Eigentümern auch nochmals für den netten Empfang und haben uns gefreut sie wiederzusehen. Merci beaucoup! À bientôt!

Juste parfait !

6 ans après notre premier séjour dans cette location nous avions hâte d'y retourner. Mr et Mme Gougeon sont toujours aussi charmant. Accueil toujours aussi sympathique. Location très propre à notre arrivée. Concernant la location quelques changements depuis notre dernière visite (désormais une télé écran plat, un nouvel aspirateur, porte de douche, nouvel déco). 2 plages non loin de la location (5 et 10 minutes à pied) et à 2 minutes des commerces de proximité (café, épicerie, pharmacie, boulangerie, restaurant, coiffeur, etc...). On se revoit dans quelques années ;-)

Très satisfaite

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rothéneuf. L'appartement est parfait pour 3 personnes. Il est charmant, propre, très bien équipé, et surtout décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les photos présentées sur le site sont parfaitement conformes à l'appartement. Le quartier Rothéneuf est très calme, proche de la côte et dispose de commerces de proximité.

Séjour très moyen, 1 chambre pas 2

Petit village sympa, mais quelques mauvaises surprises. Il n'y a pas deux chambres, mais une chambre commune à l'étage, 1 lit double + 2 lits simples avec comme séparation un simple rideau. Etat de la location nickel, par contre nous avons eu pendant trois jours des travaux dans la copropriété, côté bruit la voisine ne nous a pas épargné avec ses visiteurs. Location très bien à deux mais pas en famill/

Très bel appartement! Very nice! Wirklich schön!

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et décoré de bon goût, situé dans un quartier calme et quand même près de trois (!) plages et de tous qu' on a besoin comme une boulangerie, charcuterie, un épicier, restaurant ect. Nous recommendons des excursions à St-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne, Mont-St-Michel, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte et des randonnées sur le sentier des douaniers. Merci beaucoup encore aux propriétaires, qui nous ont fait un accueil chaleureux! Quand nous reviendrons dans la région ce sera dans cet appartement. Very nice, well-equipped and cosy appartment. A peaceful location, however, close to three beaches, baker's, butcher's, grocer's, restaurant ect. We recommend a trip to St-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne, Mont-St-Michel, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte and walking tours on the "Sentier des Douaniers". The owners are very nice, supporting you to have a pleasant stay. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und dennoch in Fußweite von drei Stränden, einer Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Lebensmittelladen, Restaurant etc. Als Ausflugsziele empfehlen wir St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne, Mont St. Michel, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte sowie Wanderungen auf den Zöllnerpfaden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sympathisch, geben Tipps und halten Infomaterial für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bereit.

Excellent accueil

Ravissant appartement conforme aux photos. L'accueil des propriétaire est excellent et l'appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier préservé de Saint-Malo. Transports en commun, commerces à proximité, plage de sable fin et sentier de randonnée, tout y est. De quoi passer un séjour très agréable.
