About this property

Provencal house, quality abode.

This is an attractive and recently built abode. It has a very good insulation, nice amenities, quality furnishings combining old and new. It is located on a 5500-sq.m plot with pine trees and holm oaks. It is close to typical village, in a quiet residence with a very nice pool (10x5 m), and it is surrounded by wrought-iron fences and wire netting, protected by shrub hedges. We are located 5 km away from Bedoin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, famous for its cycling climbing. Nice pedestrian walks are also possible from Bedoin or from higher, in the small hamlets, hung to the slopes of the Provence Giant. You can also find good small restaurants in the sunny area of Provence. For your children, there are summer activities. The north side of Mont Ventoux offers with grass go-kart, downhill racetrack go-kart (very funny) or mountain biking. In Crillon, depending of the season, you will have the option to enjoy concerts of classical music or Jazz, depending of the years, on the town hall square.

Nice Holliday home
House was clean and interior (kitchen bathrooms etc) was comfortable. Swimming pool was great and was cleaned regularly...Very pleasant contact with the owners. Wifi needs improvement.

Super schönes, toll gelegenes Haus in der Provence
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist schön am Fuße des Mont Ventoux gelegen. Michelle ist ein toller Vermieter. Das Haus ist ganz im povenzialischen Stil gehalten. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wij, mijn echtgenoot, ikzelf en mijn ouders, verbleven in juli 2023 in het prachtige Crillon. Alles verliep naar wens. De heenreis verliep soepel, het weer was prachtig en de ontvangst van Michel en Brigitte in hun vakantiehuis was hartverwarmend. We genoten een week van de prachtige omgeving, het geriefelijk en ruime huis en het verfrissend zwembad tijdens de zeer warme temperaturen! Het dorp Crillon le brave is trouwens een van de mooiste dorpjes die we al in de streek hebben gezien. Echt de moeite waard! Ook onze uitstapjes naar Le Barroux, Bédoin en de Mont Ventoux waren zeer fijn! We kunnen iedereen zeker aanraden om hier een vakantie te boeken. Genieten!

agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. La climatisation dans les deux chambres à l'étage a été appréciée mais elle n'a pas suffi à rafraîchir la chambre principale du rez-de-chaussée où les nuits furent particulièrement chaudes. Les moustiquaires sur la plupart des fenêtres sont un atout. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur. Nous pensons toutefois que l'espace autour de la piscine ainsi que le cabanon attenant mériteraient quelques attentions supplémentaires. La présence de plusieurs parasols de qualité eut été par exemple grandement appréciée (1 seul en état). A noter que la 4e petite chambre à l'étage (pas de photos sur le site) comporte 2 lits superposés pour enfants. Le voisinage n’est pas gênant (une seule maison toute proche / canisses). Toutefois, la route située en contrebas de la terrasse où se prennent les repas est particulièrement passante en été (motos, voitures, camionnettes). Suggestions : une vigilance à apporter au nettoyage des casseroles et poêles fournies, ainsi que du local et des équipements de piscine nous semble indiquée avant l'arrivée des vacanciers (chaises et transat seraient à nettoyer ; tendance de la ligne d’eau de la piscine à verdir au cours de la semaine) ; maintenance régulière des éclairages de la maison et du ventilo sur la terrasse (malheureusement en panne durant tout notre séjour caniculaire). En résumé, un lieu agréable et bien équipé pour le repos autour de la piscine, à entretenir.

Lovely stay in Crillon-Le Brave
This is a wonderful house in a quaint hilltop provençal town. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs for a long or short stay. The pool is exquisite, the beds are extremely comfortable and the hosts, Michel and Brigitte, are warm, helpful and top notch. It is an excellent spot for visiting sights, shopping Provence’s Markets and cycling.

Superbe séjour en Provence dans une maison spacieuse et tres agréable.
Très belle maison , spacieuse et agréable, impeccable. Pratique pour toute la famille, 2 salles de bain dont 1 au Rez de chaussée. Équipement cuisine très bien. Grande piscine chauffée. Proche du village de Crillon le Brave , 700 mètres Par contre, moustiques mais comme ailleurs.

Une maison très agréable et spacieuse
Une maison très agréable et spacieuse et nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Peut-être que le jardin aurait besoin d’entretien (tailler la végétation) mais cela dépend de préférences personnelles. La piscine est de bonne taille. Et les propriétaires sont très gentils. La maison est située dans une belle région (des villages pittoresques, promenade à pied et à vélo).Très important dans la vacance: il y des bons restaurants dans l’environ. Par example, le Vassol et Le Bistro du Clos du Pâtre.

Wonderful house and hosts
We loved our stay here. The house is just as it appears on the site - there were no problems with anything. There was an all-time heat wave during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in and around the beautiful pool. The area is fantastic. A short walk from the house brings you to to the center of the small town of Crillon-le-Brave, which hosts a great bakery, a few good restaurants, and a world-class view of the vineyards below. We rented bikes and loved riding through the vineyards to nearby villages. In many ways, the highpoint of our stay was dealing with Michel, the owner, who is unusually sweet and accommodating. At one point, we had a minor car accident. We planned to call the police, file a report, call our insurance, deal with the rental car agency. It was intimidating, particularly since we don't speak French well. We wrote Michel. He drove over, inspected the damage, called an auto body place for us, drove with us to the auto body shop, talked to the owners -- and had our car fixed up for 30 euro! It took him a few hours -- and probably saved us a day of report-filing, and hundreds of dollars in damages and/or insurance premiums.

Amazing house
Michel and Brigitte's house in Crillon is perfect for a Provence get away. We were there with two families, lots of room for everyone, the kitchen and outdoor eating area are great. 10 minutes walk to town, but you may not want to ever leave. Perfect location for cycling as well, tons of beautiful routes and Ventoux is a few K away. Michel and Brigitte could not have been nicer. Already planing our next trip there

Séjour parfait, à recommander vivement
Accueil charmant, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prennent soin de tout vous expliquer pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. La maison est très jolie, comme sur les photos. Rien n'y manque. Tout est bien pensé. La terrasse à l'ombre, un peu à l'abri du vent, avec un toit et près de la cuisine nous a particulièrement charmé. Il est très agréable d'y prendre ses repas ou d'y boire un verre pour la soirée. Cuisiner à la plancha était très sympa aussi. La piscine au milieu des arbres est très reposante. La situation au calme et dans le village de caractère de Crillon-le-brave est idéale. Il y d'agréables promenades à pied à faire dans les environs. Bref c'était vraiment ce que nous recherchions. Aucune remarque négative à faire sur cette location, au contraire, nous aurons plaisir à y revenir et nous la recommandons vivement.

Séjour hyper agréable
Nous étions 3 couples, dont 4 cyclistes qui ont particulièrement apprécié le voisinage immédiat du Mont Ventoux. La maison est très bien conçue, agréable à vivre, très bien équipée ; la terrasse couverte est un pur plaisir, un appel à la convivialité et aux échanges, tout en dégustant les spécialités locales ! La piscine chauffée est un plus, que du bonheur ! Mr et Mme Grimaud, les propriétaires, vous accueillent avec le sourire, dans la bonne humeur, et vous donneront tous les renseignements requis pour passer de très agréables moments dans leur location. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à toutes les personnes aimant le calme, la sérénité, mais aussi le vélo ... Elle est parfaite aussi pour des familles avec des enfants. Nous y reviendrons sans doute !

Großartiges Ferienhaus für Radgruppen
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen im Mai für eine Woche in Crillon-le-Brave, um uns auf dem Rennrad fit zu machen für die Sommersaison. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und außerordentlich gut gepflegt, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vor allem das große Wohnzimmer und die gut ausgestatte Küche machen den Aufenthalt auch für größere Erwachsenengruppen sehr angenehm. Leider gibt es keine Wiese am Haus (nur Schotter und Wald), und zum Einkaufen muss man die 4km nach Bedoin fahren. Für Rennradgruppen aber ideal geeignet, da Fahrräder im Keller oder Abstellraum Platz finden. Außerdem liegt Crillon-le-Brave ideal für Rennradtouren in die Berge oder auch in die Rhone-Ebene. Sehr gerne jederzeit wieder!

schitterend vakantiehuis
Dit huis is mooi en praktisch gelegen met vlot bereikbare winkels, stadje, restaurants. Het wordt in de puntjes onderhouden door een aangenaam koppel dat je hartelijk verwelkomt en vlot bereikbaar is. Met de airco was het huis aangenaam koel ondanks de zeer hete zomer (38 graden). Mooi groot zwembad. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met praktische voorraadkamer en grote frigo/diepvries die dicht gelegen is bij het overdekte en koele zomerterras. De mooie markt van Bédoin, theaterfestival van Avignon, prachtige fietstochten en de Ventoux maken dit een ideaal vakantieverblijf.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Tolles Ferienhaus, wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) dort. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung ist korrekt, lediglich ein "Solarium" gibt es nicht, dafür Sonnenliegen (8) am Pool (die Vermieter vermuten einen Übersetzungsfehler von der französischen Anzeige. Liebevolle Einrichtung, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Grundstück. Im beheizten Pool kann man auch schwimmen, wenn es draußen kühler ist. Wenige Autominuten bis nach Bédoin mit seinem tollen Wochenmarkt. Freundliche Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen!
