studio in marina di torre del lago

.... praktisch eingerichtetes studio in der nähe des meeres & eines naturparks. ich konnte mit meinem hund wunderbare spaziergänge im wald & am strand machen. die stimmungen bei sonnenauf- und untergang waren beeindruckend. auch einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen quasi um die ecke. bei fragen bekam ich von den vermietern innert kürzester zeit eine antwort. ich habe im studio & vor allem in der einmaligen umgebung eine erholsame zeit verbracht, danke.

Una vacanza per riposare

Appartamento come da foto e da descrizione nell'annuncio, piccolo ma davvero confortevole e immerso nella pineta... abbiamo visto due daini! Parcheggio riservato proprio sotto casa; spiagge a 5 minuti di passeggiata in pineta e possibilità di scegliere tra stabilimenti balneari e spiaggia libera (accessibile anche ai cani) ; c'è anche a pagamento una spiaggia attrezzata per cani, dove noleggiare sdraio, lettino e ombrellone o gazebo, completamente recintata ( qui però i cani possono entrare in acqua solo al mattino entro le 9 e la sera dopo le 19). Sul lungomare ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie. Poco distante dal residence c'è il paese con tutti i negozi utili ed il supermercato. La posizione è anche comoda per gite di una giornata: Viareggio è vicinissima, Lucca e Pisa sono a meno di mezz'ora in auto. Dulcis in fundo i proprietari dell'appartamento sono davvero cordiali e disponibili!

Super Urlaub

Wohnung war sauber. Klein aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über die heißen Nächte gerettet. Die Küche war mit dem Induktionsfeld sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war relativ neu und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Park war abends sehr angenehm. Wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr. Vielen Dank.

novembre in versilia

Come da titolo, siamo stati nell'appartamento della Sig.a Germana a fine ottobre-inizio novembre. Oltre la tranquillità del posto (dato il periodo), il verde attorno e tutto quanto già scritto dai colleghi vacanzieri precedenti, aggiungerei che è il posto ideale per visitare i dintorni, da Viareggio a Forte dei Marmi su fino a Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, non senza fare una puntatina più all'interno per visitare la Certosa di Pisa a Calci e l'attiguo Museo di Storia Naturale (adatto ai giovani, ma molto interessante anche per i "vecchietti" come noi), o il parco della Villa Reale a Marlia (molto bello e molto ben tenuto). In definitiva: consigliato. Bruna e Franco

Nice apartment

The apartment has everything you need for a decent stay: modern bath, good airconditioning, nice sitting area and balcony and a nice beach only a few walking minutes away (more exclusive than the one in Viareggio). You sleep on a couchbed thats comfortable (for 3 nights at least). The apartment has wifi and a good tv. I recommend a bike or a car cause the way to the next station takes half an hour by foot. The next supermarket (Coop) is only 10 Minutes away. The communication with the owner was without problems, Ms Molinari provides you with everything you need.

Le giuste dimensioni...

... per un'appartamento al mare: il giusto spazio in casa e tanto spazio fuori. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ad agosto. Coppia con ragazzino 10 anni. Appartamento fedele alle foto ed alla descrizione, ben organizzato, pulito. Balcone adatto per pranzare e cenare. Tanto verde attorno e molto apprezzato il fatto che tutto il complesso residenziale è interamente cintato e molto curato. Sistemazione adatta per chi si vuole scordare dell'automobile. Abbiamo avuto fortuna con il tempo, che è stato stupendo per tutto il periodo. Ottimamente esposto e posizionato: nonostante il caldo durante il giorno, la notte si dormiva bene con le finestre chiuse, senza necessità di utilizzare il condizionatore. Un consiglio per la proprietà: installando un chiavistello per tenere leggermente aperta la porta di entrata aiuterebbe a creare un buon riscontro d'aria con l'unica finestra esistente. Spiaggia libera e attrezzata raggiungibile in 10 minuti con percorso pedonale. La spiaggia libera purtroppo era pulita nei pressi della battigia, ma appena dietro, prima delle dune, assolutamente non curata, con sporcizia di ogni genere. Peccato! Probabilmente non torneremo proprio per questo motivo. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili.

Tranquillità, comodità e confort

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane. Coppia con neonato (6 mesi) e due cani di taglia medio-piccola. L'appartamento è fedele alla descrizione nell'annuncio: non è molto ampio, ma risulta davvero spazioso. E' ben organizzato e arredato. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito ed era tutto in buono stato. La terrazza è godibile per i pasti. Il residence è immerso nel verde, recintato e molto curato, a due passi dal mare (10 minuti a piedi). I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Nelle vicinanze ci sono stabilimenti balneari (che non abbiamo utilizzato) e una lunghissima spiaggia libera (abbastanza selvaggia e pulita). Abbiamo cenato molto bene al Ristornate Le Cicogne (si raggiunge anche a piedi e si trova proprio sulla rotonda del lungomare). Lucca e Pisa sono a mezz'ora di macchina.

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal mare.

Con la mia compagna e la nostra cagnetta, siamo stati ospiti a Marina di torre del lago nel monolocale di proprietá dei Sig.ri Molinari. Accoglienza ottima da parte dei proprietari, appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni confort, inoltre con una piacevole passeggiata di 300metri circa si raggiunge il lungomare e le spiagge sia libere che attrezzate... Consigliatissimo.....

Schöne Zeit in der Toskana

Magnifique point de chute

Emplacement idéal entouré de verdure, à 2 pas de la mer à travers les dunes. La montagne n'est pas bien loin. Idéal pour partir visiter la Toscane. Accueil *** avec panier garni pour bien démarrer le séjour ! ... avec la petite confiture maison tellement si bonne... Merci !

in vacanza come a casa!

Appartamento piccolo, ma molto confortevole, a brevissima distanza dal mare raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti attraverso un camminamento nella pineta. Ottima l'esposizione sul verde che rende l'appartamento più fresco.Proprietari cortesi e disponibili, ci torneremo!

Relax nel verde a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento si trova in un contesto tranquillo e protetto, completamente immerso nel verde della pineta. Ben tenuto ed arredato. Seppur di modeste dimensioni ben si adatta ad una coppia giovane con un bimbo sotto l'anno. Strategico il terrazzino dove abbiamo praticamente mangiato sempre.

Bel monolocale nella pineta

Monolocale ben attrezzato, corrispondente alla descrizione. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili. In maggio/inizio giugno abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, le passeggiate in pineta, e la bella e ampia spiaggia libera, entrambe abbastanza vicine da non richiedere spostamenti in auto.

Bell'appartamento in mezzo al verde

Appartamento ben arredato e pulito, situato in mezzo al verde. Proprietari molto cordiali. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse spiagge da visitare (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi); molto vicine anche Pisa e Lucca (si raggiungono in mezz'ora). Posto tranquillo, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi.
