The house has a shared laundry room, for guests, TV with Freeview, the kitchen has an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer and a large water reservoir. On request we also provide sheets and towels, large garden and close to shops, ATMs, post offices and restaurants. Geräumige Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse

Gian Luigi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Er war immer sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Den Willkommenswein und Kekse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Zum nächsten Strand ist es innerhalb von 10/15 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Perfekte Lage für Strand oder Motorradurlaub

Vom Empfang durch Herr Luigi Sale bis zu den Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten und der Lage in Berg- und Strandnähe war alles perfekt. Auch unsere kleine Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Luigi war sehr familiär und man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Empfehlenswert !

Tolle Aufenthalt mit vollen Genuss

Der Vermieter ist echt klasse und aufmerksam. Man bekommt von Ihm zum begrüßen eine Flasche hausgemachte Rotwein und Gebäck. Ich würde die Wohnung jeder empfehlen. Toll ausgerüstet und sehr bequem und gemütlich. Danke nochmal lieber Luigi.

Sehr gute Lage in einer traumhaften Region

Il Sig Luigi è una persona gentilissima e molto professionale. Durante il ceck-in ci ha dato tutte le notizie necessarie per la gestione dell’appartamento e per avventurarci nelle meravigliose spiagge. Assieme a mia moglie, il cane e il gatto (che sono stati accolti in maniera ineccepibile,) raccomandiamo la struttura al 100%. Grazie ancora Sig Luigi.

Una perla in Sardegna

Cominciamo con il Sig.Gianluigi un host con i FIOCCHI con un accoglienza straordinaria che ti sa catturare con la sua professionalità e con i suoi consigli utili per affrontare a scoprire Cala Gonone e d'intorni. La casa è super ben accessoriata e pulitissima in ottima posizione con 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 2 min. di macchina.Ideale da passare una vacanza in famiglia e amici con un mare veramente favoloso. Klare Empfehlung!

Großzügige und sehr saubere FeWo. Sehr gute Einrichtung und Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Klettergebiete in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Strand auch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Supermärkte und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung

Sehr saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns viele Infos zur Umgebung erklärt und war immer erreichbar bei Fragen.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Buongiorno a tutti😊il nostro soggiorno e stato bellissimo. Cala Gonone e un paesino tranquillo pulito una vita diversa dalle grandi città...per noi un piccolo paradiso. Il sig. Luigi ci ha accolto veramente bene con gioia. Presente per sosia di problema si presentasse. Il mare stupendo...le cale le grotte e tutto il resto. La nostra spiaggia preferita Osala.😊grazie Luigi

Prima locatie

Woning was netjes en schoon. Kaal maar functioneel. Geen bank om op te zitten. Omdat het lekker weer was hebben wij dit niet gemist. Jammer dat je apart moet betalen voor handdoeken en beddengoed. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep vlot. Hij is erg vriendelijk en gaf ons handige informatie voor ons verblijf.

Très bel appartement, très spacieux et très propre

Très bon accueil, Gian Luigi est très gentil. Il prend le temps de nous informer des visites à faire à Cala Gonone. Vous le rencontriez dan la ville, il s'arrête pour vous saluer et discuter. C'est top.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a wonderful stay (1 week) with our young child. Gianluigi is very kind, very attentive, available and gives lots of advice on visits in Cala Gonone and its surroundings. The high-standard accommodation is very clean. Cala Gonone and the beaches around are beautiful and suggest you to rent a boat to discover the coast for 1 day! I recommend! Grazie mille Gianluigi ! Soggiorno perfetto!

Il signor Luigi ci ha accolti con grandissima gentilezza e disponibilità facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. L'appartamento è ideale per una famiglia. Attrezzato di ogni comfort. Spazi comodi e vivibili , per una vacanza al mare ( 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia) o a contatto con la campagna! WI-FI perfetto. La zona è riservata e tranquilla. Persino una bottiglia di ottimo vino offerto come benvenuto...cosa chiedere di più? Consigliatissimo!
