Our second time here.

Kerry S.Montaigu de Quercy. France As we were here the same time last year this is just a copy and paste of last years review. We are an English couple in our early 70's looking for a quiet holiday. On our arrival young Klavdija met us, showed us around and made us welcome The apartment complex is gated and fenced giving a good feeling of security. Our car was safe in the designated parking bay under the building. There is a lift but the apartment is on the ground floor anyway. Now this apartment is perfect for us in every respect. The spacious balcony looks out over the 18th hole of the golf course so we weren't immediately surrounded by other apartment complexes. The only noises were the occasional "clink" of a club against a ball and the whirring motor of an electric golf buggy. The apartment itself is very well laid out and very spacious for just the two of us and being on the ground floor it was a level walk to the street gate. We enjoyed the comfortable seating, inside and out, and the comfortable bed. Everything was there you could need in the kitchen although we ate out most days and just had light meals in. Eating out was no problem as there are four restaurants within two hundred meters. Also opposite the restaurants is a bus stop. We do like to take advantage of public transport and fares are so reasonable in Spain. Regular buses into Motril town and onto Salobrena. So, all in all a very enjoyable experience. We hope to return next February/March (yes we did) K & V

Vacances de rêve à Motril

Très bon accueil, appartement propre et spacieux, très bien équipé,lits faits, serviettes de toilette et de piscine fournies, résidence fermée et piscine surveillée, parfait pour les enfants. Possibilité de pratiquer tennis et padle gratuitement sur réservation dans la résidence. Des propriétaires, chaleureux, joignables et disponibles si nécessaire. Conseils sur les restaurants sympas à Motril. La ville de Motril et ses alentours sont loin des clichés des stations balnéaires Espagnoles avec leurs grands buildings en front de mer et des restaurants à touristes. c'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir la "vraie Andalousie", très peu d'étrangers et une population très accueillante et chaleureuse même lorsque l'on balbutie l'Espagnol...!!! Notice pour les novices des bars à tapas : commandez votre boisson et attendez, ne demander pas tout de suite à manger, les tapas vont arriver tout seul, à Motril, ils sont souvent très copieux, vous pouvez aussi ensuite demander des extras tapas ( il n'y a pas de carte, le serveur vous renseignera) les extras tapas sont aux environ de 1,50 euros chaque. Voilà, nous avons été conquis, nous espérons que vous aussi, bonnes vacances !!!!!

Apartamento perfecto, no le falta ningún detalle. Ubicado en una urbanización tranquila y bien equipada. muy cerca de la playa y a diez minutos de Salobreña y de Motril. Los dueños muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. No le doy la quinta estrella, porque la piscina cerraba de tres y media a cinco, y porque la segadora del campo de golf me despertó una mañana, pero aún así REPETIRÍA.

Simplemente maravilloso

El piso es precioso, grande, perfectamente equipado y decorado. La terraza es grandísima! Siempre puedes encontrar un punto de sol o un punto de aire fresquito. El acceso directo a la piscina es un plus enorme, y es que está realmente cerca sin restarle privacidad a la terraza. La zona de restaurantes, heladería, playa y chiringuitos a 5/10 minutitos a pie y el Alcampo a tan solo 10 min en coche. Perfecto también el recibimiento que hemos tenido, siempre a disposición y con una gran sonrisa. Sin duda volveremos a reservar cuando vayamos por la zona. Gracias por todo!

A nice house with a beautiful sunny terrace.

Très bel appartement, conforme en tous points avec la description, je conseil vivement cette appartement situé en rez de chausse avec un accès direct au jardin et à seulement 10 mètres de l'entrée de la piscine. Acceuil et contact parfait. Piscine avec maitre nageur très bien pour les enfants, seul petit bémol le non respect d'ouverture et fermeture de cette piscine par des maitres nageurs ne respectant pas les horaires, jusqu'a une heure de retard inadmissible. toutefois il faut rester positif, cette location est superbe et le loueur n'est pas responsable du comportement des maitres nageurs. Je suis près à revenir sans hésitation.

Magnifique appartement Tropical Beach Golf Motril

Appartement luxueux (je n'exagère pas), très bien situé, calme, très spacieux, confort maximum, super propre, grande terrasse, sécurisé, a deux pas de la mer, avec piscine, espaces verts magnifiques et, cerise sur le gâteau, un garage. Idéal pour des séniors (petit immeuble avec ascenceur), des sportifs, des couples avec enfants (2 chambres + 2 salles de bains), des handicapés (aux normes européennes) etc... pour tous ceux qui recherchent l'idéal pour des vacances de rêve. Je donnerai la note 10 10 car TOUT EST PARFAIT.

Un séjour très agréable -

Un appartement vraiment joliment décoré, fonctionnel et tout équipé pour une utilisation immédiate : du sel poivre huile vinaigre, au tablettes du lave-vaisselle en passant par le linge de lit, de bain... Une résidence luxueuse avec une superbe végétation. La résidence est propre et close (très bien pour les enfants) La plage à 3min à pied. Attention la télé uniquement en espagnol et à la mi avril la grande piscine n'était pas ouverte. A cette époque la résidence était quasiment déserte donc très calme. Un accueil chaleureux et efficace. En résumé : enchanté par cette location, j'ai le projet d'y retourner.
