Maison St Vincent sur Jard

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Endroit très calme. Le logement est bien situé conforme à l'annonce et d'une propreté parfaite. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et à l'écoute. Rien à redire ni pour l'arrivée ni pour le départ, heures prévues respectées. Jardin clôture idéal pour nous qui avions 2 petits chiens. Vu notre expérience logement à recommandé sans problème.

Emplacement idéal et chien accepté

Découverte de cette région de Vendée où notre chien pouvait nous accompagner en laisse à la plage, endroit très calme en septembre (trop ?). Jardin clôturé et agréable. Intérieur maison fonctionnel mais vieillot et pas toujours nickel pour la propreté. Pas de wifi, dommage. Accueil par les propriétaires, très gentils.

Parfait

Maison tout confort entourée d'un grand jardin à proximité de la plage qui, il faut le noter, accepte les chiens. Cerise sur le gâteau, avec des propriétaires bienveillants et attentifs, bref un séjour au calme et reposant.

Maison de pleins pieds idéalement située à 10 minutes à pieds d'une splendide plage. Beau jardin !

TRES BON SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous ne connaissions pas la région et nous avons été charmés. Nous avons beaucoup appréciez le calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants. La maison est agréable mais aurait peut être besoin d'un peu de modernité surtout au niveau de l'électroménager.

Un agréable le séjour

Les hôtes sont sympathiques et la maison était très propre et suffisamment bien équipée. Un petit bémol cependant sur les appareils ménagers qui malgré de bonnes qualités sont très anciens et la sonorisation de la maison qui est vraiment à revoir. Le cadre est idéal pour des familles à 600 mètres de la mer qui accepte les chiens. Je recommande.

Ruhige Lage in Strandnähe mit tollem Garten

Das Haus und seine Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung ist älter und zweckmäßig. Dafür ist der große Garten sehr schön mit Kletterbaum und Schaukel. Man kann sowohl unter der bedachten kleinen Terrasse sitzen oder einen zweiten Gartentisch je nach Belieben in die Sonne oder in den Schatten der Bäume stellen. Hier wären Auflagen für die 3 Sonnenliegen schön gewesen. Das Haus steht in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel fußläufig zu einem tollen Strandabschnitt (auch mit Kleinkind machbar). Ebenfalls fußläufig um die Ecke gibt es eine Epicerie bei der man frisches Brot und Croissants bekommt. Alles in allem haben wir 2 schöne Wochen dort verbracht.

Außen top, innen schlecht

Vielleicht waren wir bisher verwöhnt oder sind wir zu anspruchsvoll? Wir können uns daher auch alle 5 Sterne-Bewertungen nicht erklären . Positiv: sehr gute Lage und wunderschöner Garten! Negativ: Inventar alt und abgewöhnt, wir haben alles bei Ankunft desinfiziert, da wir es sehr schmuddelig empfanden,. Die Schlafzimmer riechen allesamt muffig, selbst zwei Wochen durchgängig offene Fenster konnten das nicht mindern! Ehebett ca. 1,3m breit, wie soll man da entspannt als Paar schlafen können? Zweites Bett auch 1,3 m Matraze völlig durchgelegen! Wir könnten noch mehr schreiben....

Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind

Schönes Haus mit einem tollem Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer mit verschiedenen tollen Stränden. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt ist alles da was man zum Wohnen und Leben im Urlaub braucht. Wir können einen Aufenthalt unbedingt empfehlen.

Maison très agréable et très calme surtout en septembre. Equipement très suffisant. Propriétaires très gentils, dommage qu'il faille passer par ABRITEL HOMEWAY... Très insastifaite de leur service de réservation.

ideaal gelegen, prachtig huis met grote tuin

We hebben drie weken in dit huis mogen doorbrengen en we hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het huis ligt op een soort vakantiepark waar allemaal particuliere vakantiewoningen staan. Vooral Fransen brengen hier hun vakantie of hun weekenden door. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken; vaatwasser, wasmachine, lekkere zitbanken, goede douche en goede bedden. Al waren de bedden voor Nederlandse begrippen iets aan de kleine kant (1.40m). Maar daar staat tegenover dat je s,ochtends de luiken opendoet en dan uitkijkt op een heerlijk rustige tuin met mooie bomen. Onze kinderen vonden het een feest om in de tuin te spelen, vooral de schommel was favoriet. De tuin lag heerlijk rustig, geen inkijk van huizen erom heen. We konden onze bolderkar in de garage neerzetten en binnen tien minuutjes loop je naar een mooi strand. Een rustig strand geschikt voor kleinere kinderen. Bij laag water ontstaan er poeltjes waar kinderen naar allerlei diertjes kunnen zoeken. De foto's van het huis doen het huis naar onze mening niet helemaal recht aan. In het echt is het huis en vooral de tuin mooier dan op de foto's. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijke Franse mensen die hun best doen het huis in orde te houden. Frans spreken is wel een must, aangezien communicatie in Engels niet lukte😀 De omgeving was ook hartstikke leuk. La roche sur yon (plein waar allemaal dieren staan die kunnen bewegen door op knoppen te drukken, voor kinderen erg aantrekkelijk) en lucon (jardin dumaine) vonden wij oa. erg geslaagd.

Très agréable séjour

Une maison et un jardin très agréables pour un séjour détente. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et la localisation de la maison (éloignée des routes passantes). Les équipements sont en bon état et suffisants. Je recommande cette location et je pense d'ailleurs que je la relouerai...

Nice, calm and clean house

I have a very good impression about my stay in this house. We were four adults and two children (4 and 6 years old), and our stay was very comfortable. The house is close to the seashore (5 minutes of slow walk to the beach) and to a small convenience store. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two showers and the hall/dining room is reasonably sized. The house has a calm garden in the backyard, and the shadows of trees are indispensable in sunny days. Highly recommended.

Maison calme, plage accessible à pied

Maison au calme , tout près de la mer accessible à pied. ( grande plage de sable) Maison très propre et bien équipée. Cours de le tennis a 100 m réservé au lotissement. idéale pour famille. Entre les sables d'olonne et la tranche sur mer, pied à terre très bien situé pour découvrir la côte vendéenne.
