Vue splendide mais c'est le seul point ppositif

l'annonce sur le site est incomplète. Exemple : il n'est pas mentionné qu'il faut passer par l'extérieur pour aller du niveau 0 au niveau +1 de la maison (pas d'escalier intérieur), que certains appareils de climatisation ne fonctionnent pas (cmde à distance manque ou impossible d'obtenir de l'air chaud), que la porte-fenêtre du séjour ne se verrouille pas, il faut obligatoirement fermer le volet lorsqu'on quitte la villa, que plusieurs luminaires extérieurs ou intérieurs ne fonctionnent pas ou partiellement pas (ampoules défectueuses). Manque de soins du bâtiment de manière génégale - Cette remarque ne concerne pas le travail de nettoyage effectué par Céline mais l'état de la maison qui a besoin de travaux de modernisation compte tenu du prix demandé

Magnificent View!

The house is at the top of a steep hill giving a super ocean view over to Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. Bring some binoculars for spotting the ships and sailing boats! There are walking and mountain bike trails by the house at Impasse de la Galliarde. We found a quicker way to the beach... it is by the new house next door. It is quite a few steps so only for the fit/able! Proxi shop is by the beach for essentials. We had excellent mobile phone signal and you can also connect your device via HDMI cable to the TV. Check in and out process was easy and friendly.

Villa spacieuse et moderne, vue fantastique et jolie piscine.

Tres belle maison, vue magnifique et tres jolie piscine. Tres bien equipee niveau cuisine qui est neuve (ms pas de machine espresso), bbq au gaz propre et avec gaz. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la baie, spacieuse et pratique. Maison climatisee, Piscine agreable et moderne, bar, frigo, douche et WC a l exterieur pres de la piscine, chaises longues avec matelas. Possibilites de garer plusieurs grands vehicules dans la propriete. Bord de mer et plages accessible en voiture, vu le denivelle peu possible a pied avec des enfants mais en echange on a le calme et la vue et facile de se garer pres des plages des Issambres ou autres environnantes. le seul bemol : tres mauvaise literie sur les 2 lits doubles et une partie du linge de lit troue. Pas de serviettes de bain possible. voyager avec des serviettes de bain pour 10 personnes est tres problematique.
