We rent an apartment in Santa Maria Navarrese with veranda, kitchen, bathroom, matrimonial room, double room and possibility of one another place. The house is distant 400 meters from the beach. The village, site in the communal territory of Baunei, in the East coast of Sardinia (Ogliastra province), has all the main services: post office, pharmacy, tourist doctor, tourist market and offices. From a little port the ferries can be taken and they carry to the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. Besides the splendid beaches, the zone also offers the possibility of excursions on a famous plateau near Baunei.

L'appartamento è molto pulito, fresco e in ottima zona per raggiungere il mare e il centro del paese. Anche a piedi. Consigliatissimo!!!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage. Die Vermieter waren außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzig kleine Nachteil war, dass kein Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung kommt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft dennoch weiterempfehlen!

La vacanza è andata bene, qualche appunto sulla struttura. Pulizia generale buona, piuttosto scadente la parte esterna, scomodo accesso alla veranda (devi sempre passare dall'ingresso principale). Arredo molto essenziale e posizione abbastanza triste che da poca idea di trovarsi al mare. Prezzo corretto per il periodo del nostro soggiorno. Consiglio, qualche intervento strutturale e più cura della parte esterna, dove in estate si trascorre molto tempo.

Guter Durchschnitt

Wohnung groß, gut klimatisiert und ausgestattet, zentral gelegen. Andrea hervorragend, sehr nett. Internet sehr langsam und instabil, VPN nicht möglich. Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer nur in Kindergröße, Sanitäranlagen alt, Wasserhahn tropft, Duschwanne rostet, keine Befestigung für Duschkopf, Warmwasser reicht nicht für 3 (E-Boiler).Matratze des Doppelbetts sehr hart und durch (man spürt die Federn). Lärm war jedoch problematisch, man hört jeden Pups von den Familien über einem. Die Klospülung ist laut so dass die Nachbarn es hören müssen. Schlafen war so eher nicht möglich. Meine Frau sagt "typisch südlich".

Séjour reposant

Santa Maria navaresse est une jolie petite station balnéaire , calme et familiale. La plage au centre ville abritée derrière une lignée de pins est très accessible et pratique pour se baigner le matin. Elle est faite de sable grossier et cailloux, prévoir chaussures. Pour les plages en sable fin il faut rejoindre tortoli et ses très jolies plages lido orri et surtout musculedda. Nous avons apprécié la découverte de l'altiplato di golgo à banai, rencontres avec animaux en liberté (vaches, cochons, chèvres, ânes) et la chiesa di San petro. L'appartement situé en rez de chaussée, est très propre, sobre et fonctionnel. Gestes attentionnés du propriétaire (eau au frais, café, charbon de bois, lessives...). Présence d'un parking très pratique car rues étroites et qui demande quelques manœuvres. L'accès à la plage du centre ville se fait à pied sans difficultés (500 m) et la supérette est située à 250 m. Concernant la terrasse, il convient juste de préciser que son accès n'est pas direct car pas de porte fenêtres, il faut donc sortir de l'immeuble par le couloir des communs ou enjamber la fenêtre de la chambre pour y accéder.

Littoral splendide

Santa Maria Navarese est un emplacement idéal pour la découverte du littoral nord est seulement accessible en bateau. Nous nous sommes inscrits à une journée découverte en bateau. Cela nous a permis de découvrir les falaises et quelques petites plages aux eaux limpides et seulement accessibles en bateau. Nous ne regrettons pas cette ballade.

Unkompliziert, nett… und alles, was man zum Leben braucht

Das Appartement hat einfach alles, was man zum Leben braucht; alles Andere wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ok, ein Duschvorhang wäre nett (Andrea wird einen aufhängen). Aber selbst Verbrauchsmaterial, wie Waschmittel, Spüli, Toilettenpapier usw. ist alles da. Die Wäsche trocknet draußen blitzschnell auf dem Ständer. Sogar ein Grill und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Dank der überall vorhandenen Fliegengitter können wir die Fenster immer offen lassen und haben bisher nicht ein einziges Mal die Klimaanlagen benutzt, die sich in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnraum befinden. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig: kein Verlehrslärm… nichts! Die Fliegengitter sind übrigens unabdingbar: im Patio lauern Mückenhorden auf unschuldige Gäste. Wir haben ‚Deet‘ dabei. Um uns machen die Viecher einen weiten Bogen. Auch positiv: hier trennt man den Müll noch weiter, als wir es bereits tun - Dosen und Plastik, Papier, Kunststoff, Kompostierbar und Restmüll … und täglich kommt eine Müllabfuhr, die eine der Müllarten abholt. Neben dem fehlenden Duschvorhang wäre noch ein kleiner Couchtisch und eine Ambientebeuchtung für Abends auf unserer Wunschliste. Die ‚Kaffeemaschine‘ sind drei Bialettas (wir nehmen lieber unsere French-Press) und gekocht wird auf Gas… aber alles funktioniert und der Kühlschrank ist wirklich groß, sodass jederzeit kühle Getränke bereit stehen. Auch schön sind die zwei Eingänge. Mit unserem Sprinter ist die Via Selole mit geparkten Pkw schon sehr eng aber im oberen Eingang (Via Forola) sind Parkplätze und damit Möglichkeiten zum Be- und Entladen vorhanden. Andrea wohnt in Girasole und arbeitete während unseres Aufenthaltes häufig an den anderen Gästewohnungen. Die inserierten Bilder zeigen das Objekt, hier wird nichts geschönt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung wurde sehr sauber bezogen. Es handelt sich um eine einfache, aber geräumige Wohnung, die aber mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet ist. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt möchte ich einen fehlenden Duschvorhang und eine Wandbefestigung der Handbrause anmerken.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. In 5 min. ist man fussläüfig bei dem nächsten Supermarkt und zum Strand sind es nur 10 min. Der Kontakt mit Andrea war unkompliziert und er war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Noemi haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, angenehm kühl und wir konnten meistens auf die Klimaanlage verzichten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Séjour très agréable

Prestation sobre avec un gros avantage qu'est la climatisation. Naomi est présente au moindre souci s'il y a. Le logement est très au calme dans une petite ruelle à 450m de la plage. Santa Maria Navarrese est très appréciable pour les familles avec sur la côte, de nombreuses et sublimes Calas.

Sehr schöner Ort für die Ferien

Der Kontakt mit Noemi und ihrem Bruder war super und unkompliziert. Sie stehen jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite, wenn Hilfe benötigt wird. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und da im Erdgeschoss gelegen, angenehm kühl auch wenn es draußen heiß ist. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorhanden und nun auch eine Luftmatratze 😉 Fön ist ebenfalls vorhanden, steht so nicht in der Beschreibung. Ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar, wie auch der Strand und die Restaurants. Man braucht also im Ort selbst kein Auto. Man kann es also unter dem eigenen Carport getrost stehen lassen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen in jedem Fall wieder 😉 Danke für alles

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, schneller Kontakt. Ganz liebe Menschen, die einem wirklich einen schönen Urlaub bereiten wollen. Die FeWo liegt in guter, fußläufig das Meer erreichbaren Lage. Sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Alle nötige Infrastruktur am Ort, keine Touristen Hochburg. Zu 5 (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Baby) gute Größe. Terrasse mit großem Tisch und genug Stühlen. Einrichtung etwas einfach gehalten, was mit Kindern nicht unbedingt von Nachteil ist... Gut ausgestattete Küche. Duschvorhang wäre toll gewesen um auch im Stehen duschen zu können, hier wird Noemi nachrüsten. Besondere Pluspunkte: durch den Steinboden und das Parterre angenehm kühl. Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern! Absolute Buchungsempfehlung wenn man es gern bodenständig mag. Wir fühlten uns wirklich wie auf Sardinien, unverwechselbarer Charme, haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Urlaub mittendrin

Bei unserer Sardinien-Rundreise haben wir fünf Nächte in Santa Maria Navaresse verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir konnten Supermarkt, Metzger, Konditor, Apotheke,.. per Pedes erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss und ist angenehm kühl. Sie ist ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine aber dafür mehrere Espressokannen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wir wünschen Naomi, Andrea und der ganzen Familie alles Gute und weiterhin viele nette Gäste. Carmen und Herbert

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, bien situé

Appartement superbe, bien équipé, spacieux, propre et bien situé. Nous pouvions aller à la plage, boire un verre, nous restaurer et faire nos courses à pied ! Nous avons fait la Costa Rei, de la plongée, une journée en mer, visiter deux grottes et de nombreux villages ! Santa Maria Navarrese est une station balnéaire pleine de charme 😊 Un grand merci à NOEMI pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en Sardaigne !

Schöne Lage, tolles Flair - wir kommen wieder!

Wir (Pärchen, Ende 20) verbrachten ein paar Tage im wundervollen Santa Maria Navarrese. Empfangen wurden wir herzlich von Noemi und ihrem Bruder. Die Wohnung liegt nah an Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Gemüse-/Brotverkauf (Kartoffelbrot ist zu empfehlen ;)) und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Hier fühlt man sich mittendrin im italienischen Leben, alle Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Die Souterrain-Wohnung ist im Sommer angenehm kühl, Klimaanlage auch vorhanden, aber brauchten wir nicht. Sie ist außerdem sehr geräumig. Auf der kleinen Terasse gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen für Frühstück, Abendessen etc im Freien. Zum Strand und Zentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Hafen für Bootstouren etc ist gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Noemi vorab und vor Ort verlief einwandfrei! Wir kommen wieder :)

Sehr zufrieden

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Große Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöner Balkon. Super sauber und ordentlich. Kein Luxus, aber völlig ausreichend für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand, Restaurants... Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Super vacance

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien équipé, il y a même la WIFI ce qui est très pratique. De plus, l'appartement est frais même avec 30° dehors, ce qui est très appréciable surtout la nuit. Je vous recommande cet appartement ainsi que ses propriétaires qui sont adorables et serviables ! Nous recommanderons cette adresse et reviendrons sans hésitez !

Tranquilla vacanza vicino al mare e negozi

Appartamento al piano terra di una casa fresca d'estate. E 'grande abbastanza per ospitare una famiglia di due adulti e due anfants con spazio per l'archiviazione. L'appartamento è pulito e si trova vicino al supermercato, ufficio postale e vicino a due spiagge di ghiaia e sabbia. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti in grado di camminare, anche arrampicata al porto di Santa Maria Navarrese. La proprietaria è molta premurosa e su zii che vivono accanto sono molto belli. Consigliamo questa struttura il cui prezzo è molto corretto per la stagione.
